For the last 3 – 4 months we are not receiving the Telephone bills for example, we did not receive the bill due for January’09 as well for May’09. When contacted on phone we were informed that the same has been sent as usual, for your information when I enquired in the Post Office about the latest Bill, I could see almost 8- 10 persons complaining of non-receipt of the current Bill.
You will appreciate that at the fag end of the life, one has to travel all the way to Chelakkara or Wadakkanchery to make the payment.
In view of the foregoing, I hope that you will take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties in future.

dsl disconnection of broadband connection
I am having home 299 combo broadband plan on my landline telephone number [protected]. This service is provided in Ranebennur District: Haveri Pin-581115. My broadband connection gets disconnected every 5 minutes, and the error message what I get is "Linik to broadband connection failed. Reconnect pending". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request karkala BSNL officers to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.i am not good in english please help me.Read comments
