dsl disconnects
dsl disconnection of broadband connection
I am having home 750 broadband plan on my landline telephone number [protected]. This service is provided in my residence "NAMANA' shalini nagara. bajagoli post. karkala taluk, udupi district-574122. My broadband connection gets disconnected every 5 minutes, and the error message what I get is "Server Error". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, I reboot the Modem and I am able to establish the connection immediately. Like this, every day, I have to reboot the Moden not less than 10 to 15 times. This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request karkala BSNL officers to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.i am not good in english please help me.NmanaGanesh.

My broadband connection gets disconnected every 5 minutes, and the error message what I get is "Linik to broadband connection failed. Reconnect pending". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request karkala BSNL officers to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.i am not good in english please help me.Read comments
Im also suffering from same problem.Im staying in Kadavoor and my BSNl telephone exchange is in Anchaalumood. Ive been also suffering from no connectivity for 2 months. Even they are sending the bill in correct time but the exchange not showing any kind of response after further calss. They always say that "ENGINEER ON LEAVE" but i head up to exchange and i found that Engineer was rite there on the same day i called them and they said like this.


I also given a written complaint but no response. I complainted to the head office in Chinnakada and Vellayittambalam. Still no response

Even they say that they DONT KNOW how to rectify it

Is that the way they learned to deal with customers ??


Im using this bsnl 750 unlimited because I have online interviews and exams to appear. But due to this fault from BSNL exchange im really disappointed

If there was another broadband solution like Asianet or Airtel in this area then i would surely turn to that. But all these are only upto Thevally

They are just thinking that evn they dont respond nothing happens because they are govt servants!!!

I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE-24365 THEY ALWAYS TOLD ME THAT THE TERIFF PLAN IS SAME FOR BOTH SIMS BUT IN BSNL LOCAL OFFICE IN BHOPAL THEY TOLD THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER CARE IS WRONG THEY DONT KNOW THE CORRECT INFORMATION,
    MY MAIN SIM CHARGE FOR LOCAL CALL IS 50paise FOR OWN AND OTHER NETWORK WHEREAS MY ADDON SIM THEY CHARGE FOR LOCAL IS 80paise.

      Hi,

      I have recently taken the 500C plan from BSNL DataOne.
      the give the facility o[censored]nlimited night usage from 2 am to 8 am, apart from the 1.5 gb for the rest of the day for the whole month.

      now, i had logged on 1:58:xx am on day, and used the connection for about 3 hours.

      when i checked my charge details, i saw that the whole of the charge being billed as outside the 2 am to 8 am time span! and i have to pay for it!

      it means that they log the login time and then the amouont of time one is logged in for that session, even if one goes into the free time.

      now i suppose that is a very wrong kind of charging. just because my computer, s clock was 2 mins faster that that of BSNL's, and i had accidentally logged in 2 mins before their free time, doesnot give them the right to charge me for the next 2~3 hours even if it is actually 2 mins that chould be chargeable.

      so, i have though of a plan to make them pay for their own crooked method of billing. if what that guy said is correct, then if i log in at 7:58 am and keep the session up for the whole day, then it would ideally be free (according to their logic), since i loggedin inside the free time slot. i am yet to try it. if that is the case, then i urge all 500 users to make bsnl pay for their light-headedness.

      ill let you know once i have tried it.

      This is not any problem with BSNL. Its your problem. You was too excited to download the porns and forgot to check the exact time. So you have to pay.

        Retailers in Malerkotla charging the old service tax i.e. 12.30% from the customer even though they know that service tax charges has been reduced. In BSNL exchange counter they are charging the existing service tax i.e. 10.30%. When asked for bill they refused to give so. I request the administration to check this as early as possible.

          Sir,
          I had selected 'vitthal awadi prembhav '(RBT_105510) as caller tune.As per instruction I selected 'buy'
          option once time for it.To enter the download confirmation number bsnl has sent 12 confirmation number but after entering each number 'invalid number' message displays but the charges are being deducted (nearly Rs.40).

          Also for registration I am calling the 56700 number lots of time but the option 4 for registration is not available but for calling i have to pay for charges.
          Please help me.

          BSNL Ringback Tone — Download cost everymonth

          It was informed by BSNL Tamilnadu websites that the Ring back tone service is given by pressing a star button* but the song download is Rs12 and monthly rent Rs25 for BSNL postpaid connection, but every month renewal is not Rs 25 But 25+12. this is meaning less because every month why should we be paying for download of the song as Ringbacktone????

            i am trying to open my portal to check my account usage, but i am unable to open it . the dataone website works fine except for the portal . how should i come to know the remaining bandwith for this month in order not to exceed my limit? kindly help
            Dear Tech Group - Broadband Services - BSNL:

            I have been experiencing lot of difficulty accessing the internet thro your BSNL Broadband connection.
            We have a unlimited plan 750 (Modem Type-II) using the telephone[protected] and find that, most often, when we log in, a message appears as 'Server not found'. All the four green lights of modem are on, and the computer's signal strength also appears to be good. Besides, even when we are connected, the signal gets cut off several times. The laptop we use is a standard DELL make and is either kept in close proximity to the modem or in the next room.

            A additional observation is that we are able to secure internet connection even if the signal strength received by the computer is low. This means that it is a server problem we experience most often.

            Why is this so? Even after switching from a 125 plan thro' 500 plan, we find the sevice from BSNL needs much to be much desired...

            Please send in your support staff to rectify the problem.

              26/10/09 evening i did received sms( promo.[protected]@gmail.com)nokia award 500, 000 pounds.paymentno.44/wt77for clims [protected]but idont know what is this
              in ayanavaram near noor hotel area cellphone-bsnl signals are weak inside house now and then for few days and again getting noprmal. this problem continues for more than one year. cpomplaint letter also handed over at kellys exchange. even today, 09.3.2011, no signal inside house. bsnl authoprities should make arrangement for permanent solution. -r. thangavel
              in ayanavaram near noor hotel area, inside house no cell signal today (bsnl-cellone). this problenm is frequently occurring for few days now and than for the past one year. bsnl authorities should make permanent solution for this. many tim, es i booked complaints through customer care. though it became okay after two days, again problem after few weeks. once complaint letter handed over at kellys exchange too.

                I have set-up auto-payment system through ICICI online payment against "Bill Presentment by BSNL Cell One".

                The latest bill of Rs.450 due on[protected] has been already paid on[protected] through ICICI online payment system.

                Though the previous payment had also been paid under the same system which is reflecting in the current bill, how come the current payment is NOT ACCOUNTED FOR by BSNL Cell One...?

                The outgoing calls of the subject mobile phone have been barred since[protected]. This is highly improper and inefficient management in the part of BSNL.

                    i am bsnl postpaid user. my number is [protected]. i am frm kerala, ernakulam dis., nettoor.

                    even though there is a bsnl tower and a bsnl service office near my house i am getting slow gprs connection
                    i have taken 199 plan. when i go to neighbouring town i am getting speed abt 20 kbps but when i reach at my home. i am only getting 2kbps... is there any remedy for this problem? can i get service frm the tower of ma neighbouring town?

                    bsnl-postpaid — gprs-settings

                    I have activated the gprs in my nokia 3110c phone at 24 oct. 2008 but i did not get the settings for the gprs. When i sent the sms for the settings, then the reply from the bsnl is "there is no mobile format".
                    Please send me settings as soon as possible.
                    my gprs plan 49 is active however i changed my plan fom 525 to 725 two months ago . from that time packet data is not active several time settings dowloaded but not rectified yet

                        with due respect and hummble submission .i want to say that iam hari bdr thapa using your services, telephone no 275039 since 4-5 years and iam very satisfy for using your services but now i want to disconnect your service due to the retairement of army and i have to go to nepal for forever thats why i want to disconnect your service other wise i have no problem, so i want to refunf my security deposite but the main problem is that firstly this service is used in the name of laxmi malla and she transfer thisno in the name of hari bahadur thapa but the company said that it didnt be transfer in the name of hari bahadur thapa and didnt transfer the security. so, sir i want to request you please do somthinf for it

                          sir/mam,
                          i m jatin gautam from panchkula. I m using bsnl prepaid mobile connection, i m sorry to say but i am not satisfy with your services that you are prevailing to yours customers. the sector i.e 25 sector, panchkula in which i am living, network problem remain everytime. i cant understand whts the problem in this, even when power cut took place in our locality our network also go. whats the link with electricity in that case. from last 2 weeks it is now 2 much, there is a bsnl tower in our sector but not working, we are facing roaming while we are in punjab region. we go in bsnl exchange to file a complaint also and asked them for the solution of this problem but they said to us, "if network is not coming than switch of[censored]r mobile phones what we can do" .Is this is the way of saying to your customers. we are harrasing from your services.
                          sir/mam i m really very much obliged to you if you do some action and solve this problem as soon as possible. on the behalf of whole your customers(in this sector)i m requesting you. i hope again you will provide us better services now and in future also, and help us.

                              Dear Sir,

                              For the last 3 – 4 months we are not receiving the Telephone bills for example, we did not receive the bill due for January’09 as well for May’09. When contacted on phone we were informed that the same has been sent as usual, for your information when I enquired in the Post Office about the latest Bill, I could see almost 8- 10 persons complaining of non-receipt of the current Bill.

                              You will appreciate that at the fag end of the life, one has to travel all the way to Chelakkara or Wadakkanchery to make the payment.

                              In view of the foregoing, I hope that you will take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties in future.

                                Sir/ Madam,

                                I have one BSNL line number[protected] Tingre Nge, dhanori pune 15 ), My number is not working since 25 days and we continously compalining for the same but still there is no response and the executives who are there in Yerwada office they don't have manners to speak to the customer, some peoples are so arugent that they think they are the owner of the company they never listen to customers.

                                I'll never pay the rental this time because i m not able to use your service when i need that on urgent bases.

                                I hope this mail will go to the rite person he/ she will understand out problem and will take necessary action on priority.

                                Please let us know if BSNL is able to provide service or not because this is not the first time we are facing this problem, frequently this is happening.

                                  I typed my given user name and password in bsnl web but they show invalid user name or password then how to find my usage details

                                  BSNL — invalid password

                                  i am used broad band 1 month and i am check my account so my user name and passwoard are show to inwalid so i call the custumer care but not provide my valid user name & passwoard.plz i request for u provied my valid user name & passwoard and iam check my account.

                                    Noisy Land line telephone

                                    My problem is pending with the Neelankarai Telephone exchange for a long time. We live in independent house and use parallel telephones for the first floor and the ground floor. Some time back I went to the exchange personally and met the concerned officer and requested him to enable caller id facility. The caller id was given after two visits and calls on telephones after a week.
                                    Now my problem is as soon as I connect the telephone there is ear damaging noise on the phone and neither we could speak or hear what others say. We did not have any problem before the caller id was given, though we were using parallel phones.
                                    This problem was reported few months before and till to day nothing fruitful has been done by the department. The way they handled the complaint was even the most man of PATIENCE could be irritated to the core.
                                    1. First they came and attended saying that out side they checked the entry point and said their side had no problem .It is only the internal cabling.
                                    2. They started to check the internal wiring by opening all the boxes and could not find anything wrong.(Damaged my costly fittings of wall sockets due to untrained unskilled work men.)Some of them sent were cable duct diggers.)
                                    3. They said there could be a problem in the pillar and then went off.
                                    4. They bring in new instruments and check that nothing is wrong with our instruments.
                                    5. They bring different men again and again open up the boxes and check the same way..!(More damages)We were constantly disturbed.
                                    6. If they come and even if they are not able to solve the problem the docket will be closed. Again I complain then a new docket is given and new people like helpers are sent and same routine unwanted work is done..Wasting time and our peace living.

                                      my name is manoj.i already buy ur evdo product, my native place is in kottiyam[kollam district], i cant able to browse through evdo. some times it shows evdo signal.at that time browsing speed is good.our nearest tower location place is in kottiyam.alredy evdo facility is available in that tower, but i didnt get any signal.kindly check and do the needful, username:[protected]

                                        The telephone cable is cut from 3 days. Complaints lodged several times but not attended. we are in tourism area and our business is being affected very badly.
