[Resolved] BSNL / Landline — Phone Dead | |
I am using BSNL landline phone[protected] along with broadband internet feature but for almost last two month I am unable to use it properly because it was very noisy and dead from couple of weeks. I complained 3 times (details below) they rectify and starts working with noise for 2-3 days and again dead. The last complaint was on 20th Sep and no one has attended till date 30th Sep). Their web site says "it would be resolved within 3 days from complaint date". Because of this my son is not able to complete his project work and I used to work from home connecting to office but not possible now. I have to run outside to make STD calls for which I used this phone frequently [protected][protected] Landline Sri. C. LOGANATHAN . BSNL Landline — Not working ( Noise & Dead) for the past 3 months
Sir,I have reported several times about the dead phone (over noise ) of my residence[protected] and haven't received any response on it
In spite of my several complaints reported, still no action was taken by the telecoms. If it continues no other way to complaint to court to get precise solution on this.

SirThe above mentioned number is dead form 05.11.2009. I have already given the complients. the Complient Number is 47882. date 05.11.2009.
Do the needful as early as possible.

haiour land line is not working sinces 3 days and my land line number is : 23552236 and the holder is k. santosha and when i complaint to ur help line number every time ther are totally in engage so please take any action to this mail
