Dear Sir,

I have unwanted calls coming to my residence number ([protected]).

Due to this I want to enable Caller ID service on my line and fix a called ID device to trace unwanted and disturbing calls.

I tried calling my local exchange but no help advised for last two weeks. Please advise whom to contact and whats the procedures.

My mother is a 77 years old lady staying alone receiving some unwanted calls during last 2 months in her telephone no.[protected] specially at her resting time. There is no caller ID. A female voice from a very near location watching all her activities and calling my mother. She is frightened and her Blood Pressure also increasing.

I am getting purposeful unwanted and disturbing calls since few weeks from a particular unknown person from various numbers (not suggestive of any location) , probably internet calls from abroad.The numbers are not even similar.
