m a resindent of mumbai . my landline is not working form last few days . so i request you to take some necessary actions.

our's is an proprietorship firm at mla colony, banjarahills, road no.12, near vlcc, opp: kbr park, door no.8-2-293/83/j364/A, hyderabad, same entrance our firm and lazy boys showroom
our firm is having an swipe machine (credit card machine) without phone connection our business is not running properly.

Can someone please come and check our landline phone, it has not been working for last 2 weeks, there is no dial tone now. We have given complaint in exchange 2 or 3 times, still no response from the exchange side. Our landline no is[protected].

From Last 3 Weeks My Telephone Line is Dead Every Day I Complaing About the same but in nallasopra East Telephone Exchange Give Me Abuse Answer. Every time he told me after 2/3 days it will work

For complain BSLN has number 198 but it can be dial from BSNL phone only, we can not Dial it from mobile.
I leave in Adajan area of Surat and there is no fixed line number for complain.
