BSNL Landline Connection — Phone is dead

Phone is dead since 24th June09. I have made a complin on 198 and doket number is 63024. Also inform to respective area supervisor. But no response even after several folloups. Bills are submiited regulary without any delay.
As no respnose from supervisor end i made a call at DGM udaipur office and also inform them personally. But still phone is not working.
Please let me know what i have to in this case.

BSNL Landline Connection — DISTURBANCE OF CONNECTION

IAM TAUFIQ KHAN I have landline connection([protected]) .my no. is disturbing 3times in a month .no authority is giving attention

My land line no.[protected] is dead last five days.I file complaint in BASTI TELEPHONE OFFICE also.
