BSNL Landline — Internet connectivity | |||
We have a BSNL telephone[protected] connection for the past 15 Years. The wires are all old and the connections from the exchange are also very old. The service gets disconnected every 3 weeks and also the Internet connectivity suffers due to these outdated wires. We have made numerous complaints to the concerned authority but they are refusing to change the old wires in the exchange. Kindly look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

my land line number[protected] is. most of the time is dead. previously my no. was[protected], most of the time it was not working, then the exchange people changed the no.& told that now there will be no problem but again there is no connectivity. if things dont improve, i will be forsed to surrender the connection.
