BSNL Landline — Phone not working - 3 months

My landline telephone has not been working for 3 months, to date. Several calls have been made to the complaint line of BSNL. The registered docket number is 1386.

Dear Sir,

My Telephone[protected], is not working properly for the last 3 months. I am not able to use broadband connection of this phone. I have given the complaint to the concerned department officers for so many times and i have not received proper response from them.

Please register a complaint for telephone not working, and make it working at the earliest.

land line phone — NOT WORKING SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS

WE ARE OPERATING BSNL LAND LINE SINCE LAST FOUR YEARS BUT FROM LAST THREE OR FOUR MONTHS OUR PHONE IS NOT WORKING CONDITION SO MANY TIMES WE COMPLAINED BUT NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY, SO PLS DO THE NEEDFULL FOR THE SAME.

BSNL Landline — Phone Not working since 3 months

I have been complaining to the bsnl people regarding my phone not working i.e. dead since 3 months but on deaf years. they dont forget to send the bill but they dont have time to get the phone working. its ridiculous that i have been complaining since long but no response. i even visited the office but no response. the only answer they have is "ho jayega" but in how many days or months or years no idea. my landline phone is in shahwadi area near narol. my landline n broadband both are not workin. thr is some problem in line past ten days after rain came during diwali. i request u to look after the problem. my landline no is[protected] chennai.!!!

Our land line no[protected] at Panshet is not working from last 3 months. We have registered complaint by phone. But still not single action has been taken.
