New connection formality done, Security amount depsoited in Sector 17 Chandigarh BSNL office. Now they are saying that they dont have budget to install. More than a month time laps. No confirm date now avaialble for same.

Since last 5 days i have been told that today they will come to install phone but till today they haven't come. So kindly do the needful

Sir several time complains to BSNL dead number 2627105 but still telephone is dead .We are senior citizen.
