[Resolved] BSNL Landline — No Service | |||
My Telephone Number[protected] have a broadband connection, it was dead for almost a month before this, the issue was resolved in over 1 month, I'm tired of this service, broadband connection was working fine before, but now it stays connected but does not open any website other then Google or such lite websites, it takes upto 20-30 mins to sometimes open some websites, although it shows the Internet light(Link) but it keeps on getting disconnected, I can not download any files due to this, neither can I stream anything over the internet, ping is usually very high to outside servers, nothing below 150-200ms, kindly get this fixed asap, because we pay for this service even if its not working sometimes, they said the underground line needed to be changed for a good connection, but they never changed it for years, when we call to customer care, they say if the internet light is showing on the modem then it should be working fine, and also they do not take in complains for high pings, jitter/packet loss in p2p via internet, they say as long as its working its fine, kindly either change the staff to one that at least knows some very basic terms that even kids knows these days from Hardware and networking, the staff almost feels like its illiterate, they don't even understand when i talk about high ping that i get, please get my broadband fixed asap, current complaints are as follows 1. Fix broadband line, it shows connected but pings goes to Infinite and In/Out data/second goes to 0 even if its connected, which means there is no data transfer, that also means there is no connection while it still shows connected. 2. get the underground line changed, since they say it needs to be changed but they never change it. 3. Change the customer care staff to a literate one, that knows at least a bit about the technology they're working on. 4. whenever i call customer care i'm put on hold for over 30-40 mins, god knows who they are talking to? or is there just one CCR who is attending to every call in India? I had your company connection with internet facility, but since begning its not working properly(landline and internet). I complain so many time to zirakpur(punjab) exchange, but i couldnot satisfy, now i am in a cretical possision. sir kandly advise me what to do.

Dear Sir,
We are BSNL user since 2006 and I have shifted my phone line in the year of 2008 1st quoter. From that time to till I hardly enjoyed my line due to problem but every month they are charging bill.For this problem I have complained them several time but no response. Are they justified with their customer?
My request the please punished them for this practice.

BSNL Landline — not getting service from bsnl
we have some defect in telephone as we can't hear & lots of distrubance is therewe have complained abt that from 15 days
still there is no action taken on that
