[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Landline not working

Sir,

My dombivili East home phone No. 2803126 has not been working for the last 10 days.

Please attend.

Also, this type of non-functioning occurs at least once in a quarter. Please depute some experienced line man to check the wiring inside the house for any faults.

Also, please intimate how does one lodge a complaint from Mulund for a BSNL phone at a Dombivili address.

Early action and a line in reply will be appreciated.

bsnl liandline beraring number 23056064 is not working since 2weeks.even after lodging a complaint regarding this necessary action was not taken.we would be thankfull if it is corrected as soon as possible.

my landline number[protected] is not working for past two days.the complaint has been registerd for past two days at local office ( NEYVELI-MANDHARAKUPPAM ), but the is no response.necessary action to be taken.

My bsnl land line no is[protected].It becames dead from 03/05/2009 but not been repared till today.
I request to bsnl service provider to take desipeniary action from this regards.

I Sameer.M.Puranik stay in Pune, Surobhi township, B-201, Near father michael soc, Tingre nagar, Pune-411015.In our society there is a franchise named as ACE communications appointed by BSNL .It provides us landline as well as intercom facility but very often landline stops working.Sometimes landline is dead for 3 to 4 days .I had contact BSNL officials but always they give false promises so please help me out .The monthly rental is around Rs142/- Even after paying bills on time, the BSNL is cheating with no of customers.There are around 40 connections.So please help me out also, take strict action against the respected officials.My landline no is[protected].

My BSNL Landline[protected] is Dead since July 15th 2009. Complaints have been made and a reference number have been received through SMS but no action is taken so far. (Complaint No. [protected]). No Pending bills are due so far. I request the authorities to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The above telephone no. is in the name of Satishchandra Shah . Thsi landline telephone no. i not working proplerly. In this regardsm I want to say that in a month this phone is dad for 20-25 times. I am facing this problems since last 2 - 3 months.

Your local officer are not given satisfactory answer & they can not take any step against this complain.

My land line number is[protected].The phone has been not working since last four days.I called exchange[protected] on the same day and they said the complaint will sovle in nextday.The next day I directly contact the exchange, at that time they said the workers are in a training programme so compliant will only solve tomarrow.To day I again contacted your office and they said there is no field staffs all are in another sites, your comlaint may solve tomarrow.Please do the needful to service the line.

This is regarding the landline number[protected] in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad(UP).

We applied for a new BSNL landline connection around 5 months ago. However, since its installation this connection is dead. We have complained about this and appealed to repair this connection in Indirapuram, BSNL office 3 times, but still nothing has been done.
A similar comlaint is from my neighbor with connection number[protected].

I have BSNL landline at my home. My phone number is[protected], it is not working since last month. I had went to BSNL office at Sakardara and launched complain many times, but there is no response from BSNL's side. I am having this connection since many years. The line gets disconnected frequently and now its more than a mounth its not working. Please look into the matter soon, and solve my problem.
