I shifted from quarter nO.C 217 A.G. staff quarters, . Erragadda to Plot No.47, Sri Ram Nagar colony, Hydershakote, hyderabad 500 008 in July 2007.I contacted the CRO /Erragadda telephone exchange on 3.7.2007 to shift my telephone No.23815462 to my new residential address. I contacted many a time, the officers at Hydershakote telephone exchange to arrange shifting of my telephone immediately. I was informed that there was shortage of cable to shift my phone. Many a time i visited the exchange and requested the officials to do the work at once. Though 10 months have elapsed the phone has not yet been shifted so far. To my amusement i find the BSNL is sanctioning on the spot telephone connection in Hydershakote recently. I wonder the way the existing customers are treated, causing lot of inconvenience. I therefore request the top authorities of BSNL to look into the matter and arrange to shift my phone immediately or else take action to refund my deposit forthwith.

Dear Sir

We have a BSNL landline connection in Yamuna Nagar. But due to some personel reasons we have disconnected the connection. But now its about five months but we still not get back our security that is about three thousand rupees. The connection is on the name of Mr. Balbir Singh and the telephone no. is[protected]
Please let me know the status. Your quick action should be appreciated.

    Sir,

    I am surprised at the fat telephone bill I have received for my landline number[protected]consumer no.[protected] for Feb.-March 2008. Of course, I have taken broadband connection, bought modem paying Rs1248 and an annual subscription of Rs 2698 under 250 Home plan. But I have been billed for a total Rs 6260.My telephone usage is minimum and I have not down loaded/uploaded more than one GB from Net in a matter of 27 days as I got my connection just on 3/3/08. I find some problem with billing.

    All this is because I was moved from ‘Dial –up-connection’ to ‘Broadband connection’ after about a month.

    Worst is I am yet to get the e-mail connection. My compliant (No[protected] made on 13/4/2008 is yet not attended. Several calls made to enquire to various BSNL help lines are unattended even after long wait holding the line.

    Kindly look into this issue.

    BSNL, Bangalore — mileading advertisment

    i recieved a SMS on my mobile no [protected] on 5 Feb 2009 that 25% exta talk time is available on recharge of 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 denomanation till 20 feb 2009. Thus amount that should be credited should be 625, 1250, 2500 and 3750. I recharged my moblie on the 13 feb 2009 with 1124 recharge coupon but instead of getting 1250 as talk value i got 1125 only. On asking customer care no one was able to anwer my query and i was told that the value recharged is correct. However other schemes for recharge were getting 25 % extra talk value. It appears somebody has wrongly calculated 25% of 1000 and the poor public has to suffer. I would have happily recharged for a different amount to get the benifit of 25 %. Also it is come to light that BSNL is charging extra tax on 1124 recharge and only giving 900 as talk value instead of 1000, while in 564 we get talk value 500, 2241 talk value is 2000 and 3373 talk value is 3000. It is felt that BSNL is fooling the people who are recharging for 1124.

      Sir ...Our telephone Number is[protected] this number is about 10 year's old. about 3 month's my telephone is dad & i have all ready paid my complete telephone bill ... many time i have been complaint add to BSNL complaint phone it is 192 ... and this time my phone is not working and i need a broad band(internet) connection and i have been applied a broad band connection in BSNL broad band service.. but telephone is not working...Please dont ignoore my this msg

        Sir,
        I posses a Landline of BSNL, bearing number[protected]. I requested for Data One connection about one and a half month back. The technician informed that there was some problem in the line and there was a complaint raised for the same and since then there was no action taken towards fixing the problem. I was calling the customer care and the concerned officials all the time, but there was no action taken. Can there be a better customer care that BSNL can provide or does it mean that we need to switch to a provider with better service.

        bsnl dont have that much experience persons for troubleshooting at local end they call to the head office takes your valuable time with no output.

        now bsnl required to change all old employees with the new one who have the capabilities and sense.

        all the employess currently have no sense, regarding same problen with me they said that i[censored]r phone is working then the line also fine. dont worry...

        i think we have to kicked them out from bsnl . they dont understand the router's log, dont understands the what the log file says. they only knows to connect phone only phones...

        god dont bless them b'cause we pays for every sec for it and that they dont care about it :(

        I am N Palani living in Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri (dist).

        I have paid the pending bill amount for my BSNL land Line[protected] on 19th May 2009.
        I have got the telephone working on 23May2009. On the same day ( 23-May-2009) I had applied for the broadband connection. But still I have not yet got the connection yet. I have visited the Pappireddipatti
        BSNL office and asked if the broadband line has been enabled. But they keep saying that they will do it in the next, but still its not yet done.

        Please do the needful. We are badly in need of the broad band connection.

          On Apr-02-2008 a work order was created for providing broadband internet connection in my house in Bangalore. It was told me that it will be done in 10 days. It's been 20 days now & absolutely no activity from BSNL. If I try to reach the concerned BSNL office, nobody picks up the call(tel[protected]. It will be busy & if you keep trying incessantly finally you may feel relieved that it is ringing, but none will pick up the call. You can very well identify that someone was using that phone when it is busy & suddenly when it starts ringing no one responds to it. It sounds as if the number is just meant for their outgoing calls. It is very pathetic to know that BSNL do not want to listen to their customers. It is a very pity state that BSNL cannot provide good service to customers. Also there is absolutely no co-ordination about the information each of them provide in their office. They are extremely irresponsible.

          After having got frustrated & tired of contacting the Indiranagar & C.V.Raman Nagar BSNL offices, I finally sent emails to Customer Grievance Manager([protected]@bsnl.co.in) to solve the problem but no response yet.

          BSNL DATAONE — Could not get DataOne Broadband connection since one year

          Hi,
          I have applied for BSNL broadband (Dataone) one year back and till now I couldnt get the connection. Please do not imagine that I am living in a jungle or something. I am living in a huge apartment complex where areounf 350 aprtments are situated. Also for your kind information, the broadband has been given to BSNL officers living the same apartment complex. I have met several senior officers in the concerned Circle of BSNL. They always say that there is no adequate bandwidth/ some aparatus is supposed to come. Since one year I am hereing the same story.
          Unfortunately in this one year Reliance and Airtel have come into the complex and have set up thier operations. I strongly suspect that BSNL officers are not giving new connections only to give more business to AIRTEL and Reliance. I have sent mails to several redressal forums of BSNL but recieved no response from them. I can give my details (phone number etc) if a mail is sent to my address/ a comment is written here.

          do hell with broadband of BSNL .. it not giving good service .. first of all it automatically disconnecting and now i getting the bill which i have not used only ... i upgraded my plan to 500.. from which i must get morning hours free for downloading and browseing but here they still making bill of my startup plan and i getting my bills in 5000 Rs... we complaints once, twice but again same mistake do hell with this connection i am switching to airtel. i suggest u all to do the same ...

          BSNL Dataone — no userid & password

          I have still not been given my userid & password by the bsnl dataone & hence not able to check my balance.please help me.
          my phone number 2602095 broadband usage details is always changing from high rate to low rate then again the same .. wat is this ?please contact me through my landline 2602095.
          I have cancelled my BSNL broadband dataone connection for the telephone number[protected] held on the name of Jayan C J on 26-March 2008. I was using the monthly 900 unlimited plan and had paid a caution deposit of 900 while getting the connection. The SDE in charge at Trivandrum, Pattom unit had said that the caution deposit will be refunded by not including the monthly charges (900/-) for the March bill. But when we received the bill for March we had to pay the monthly charges and no refund was given for the caution deposit. When contacted through my friend (as I am currently in Hyderabad), it was told that you will get the refund through cheque only, which is fine. But now when the next bill came, they are again charging for the April usage also. I just can't understand this attitude from BSNL providers. When we had already cancelled the broadband connection on March (have proof in this regard Acknowledgement No: A159328) why do we need to pay the monthly usage again. Please do the needful. I had contacted several times on this customer contact grievance cell at Trivandrum pattom (No[protected], it keeps on ringing and no one is picking up the phone. I really dont know what this SDE is up to ...Maybe the person is not coming to the office or deliberately not attending the phone. It is high time something is done in this regard.
          i have been complaining to bsnl right from may20th that my connection isn't working till today 9th june. Every day they jus ring up and check the ip address and ask if all the modem lights are glowing. One day i lost my temper and asked them to terminate this connection, which made some sr. official to call me up suddenly and that day my net was working & after that it started again. I repeatedly urged them to visit my system and make a check. But none of them came fwd... ( does bsnl people need extra allowance of petrol for visiting their customer's premises).. They send the bill, for my non usage of internet??? good show bsnl... if this is the way u run d show, audience will surely quit it asap...
          how we find our account usage
          I am holder of BSNL land line[protected] (Aluva exchange).I work for an on-line tutoring company as home tutor.I am unable to take classes now as there is frequent cable complaint. The skype connection often gets cutoff. Repeated complaints to the authorities concerned fails to yield results.If I am unable to pursue this that will be at the risk of 40000/- Rs and the job.

          BSNL DATAONE — Poor Customer Service

          Hello,

          I am Latha. I have taken a BSNL Data one connection (500 Combo Plan) some three months back in the name of my brother. First two months i received bill amount of around Rs.500 to 600.But i shocked to see my third month bill as it was gone to around Rs.3750. When i went to BSNL office to inquire about the same, nobody bothered to give me proper explanation as everyone is directing to someone else. All my efforts have gone in vain, so finally decided to change the plan to unlimited one on August 19 and did the same.
          My net connection was not working properly after Changed to unlimited plan. I have given so many complaints to their customer service no.1500. But nobody turned up to resolve the issue. Moreover whenever i call their customer service, some song will be going or they put me on hold for long time. One day I got frustrated and called their customer service. One of their executive in the customer service spoke to me very rudely. Then one of the superior there compromised me and gave me divisional officer contact number[protected], whenever I call this number, no one bothered to pick the call.
          I am totally unsatisfied with BSNL data one service and quality. Now i decided to take off the connection. But before that I want someone from BSNL to repair the MODEM as I have purchased the same for Rs.2000 from BSNL. My complaint was about not proper working of MODEM for which nobody turned at all. I want either new MODEM or adjust that 2000 in my bill amount as I can't do with that useless MODEM. Please do the needful at the earliest.

          I have Broadband Connection and Tel number is[protected] since last three months could not get continues connection of internet for the same. I had complained frequently but I could not get any proper answer. Complaints always get closed with out confirmation. If I try to reach the concerned BSNL office, nobody picks up the call or its always buzy or concern person not available.
          In day we are trying many more times but nobody is ready to attain our broadband issue (erragadda exchange).

          More over, last 20 days my internet completely stopped working(identified ADSL link line problem). And I was logged the complaint but no response. Please find below case numbers for same. always they close this case with out customer confirmation

          Sir, I am holder BSNLboardband and my no:[protected].I cant have continues connection, ADSL light goes off after 10-15min in day. Only after 8pm only it is continues but that also until around 10-11. Whenever we invoking a download after the signal is gone we are force to start again. So our download limit cross over and we have pay more than we us.
          I have a broadband connection which does not work properly for the last 6 months and when ever i call customer service its the same story " there is some problems in the server and will be rectified tomorrow" its the same story for the last 6 months but the problem did not get addressed till date. horrible f...n customer service

          Dear Sir

          Re- Discontinuing Broadband Services – Customer Complaint –

          I am L.T.Upadhyay resident of B-27 Navnit Park Socy. Harni Varasiya Road having telephone connection no.2489803.I have handed over my complaint to your B.S.N.L.Office Karelibag Vadodara on dt.16th Sept.2008 with the request to discontinue immediately Home Plan BROAD BAND with monthly charge of Rs.125 for which I opted in March-2008.The reason for discontinuing was, very poor services and no response from your department after calling on various numbers. I have mentioned there in that in case it is not discontinued latest by 1st October 2008 I will not b liable for paying any charges.

          I had received bill for August 2008 after lodging my complaint and found to my shock and surprise that the telephone bill for Aug 08 is for total Rs.1810-. I am having land line since April1999 and I have never been required to make such huge payment as I never use phone to such extent. Out of this Rs.1820- I have been charged Rs.1320- for broad band connection. Kindly verify my statement with the bill no.TO-[protected] which I have already paid.There after I gave again complaint to your Karelibag Office on dt.[protected]. Where in I had mentioned that I have lodged earlier following two complaints over phone which are not attended by your dept.

          1-complaint no-13039 dtd.24-08-08
          2-complaint no-13858 dtd.31-08-08

          I have registered these two complaints related to broad band service over phone but no body attended and still I got bill for total Rs.1810-for Aug08 and for broad band Rs.1320-. It is very bad that when there were complaints for not making available broad band service how can I be charged Rs.1320-. I have requested for refund and discontinuing broad band service i.e. home plan of Rs.125 which I had opted to be discontinued immediately.

          You may kindly ascertain these facts having looked at my two written complaints dtd.16-09-08 and dtd.27-09-08 and also your own record of having lodged referred two complaints dtd.24-08-08 and 31-08-08 over phone.

          It is really again harassment to us that for the bill of September 2008 I found of having charged me Rs.75- towards Broadband stating “BBRNT” I had paid full amount of modem & had also opted accordingly when scheme was launched and paid accordingly Rs.1302- in March 2008 which was first bill towards broad band as total bill for February & March 2008 was for Rs.2138-.

          I request you to verify again and refund me amount of Rs.1195- wrongly charged to me for Aug-08 bill (bill no.TO [protected]) and Rs.75- wrongly charged for Sep-08 bill (bill no.-TO [protected]) and discontinue immediately broadband service and I shall not get any type of charge towards broad band. If your office will still continue to charge and harass customers like this the customer like us who has continued with land line will be compelled by your department only to discontinue landline also. Further I will like to mention that unfortunately there was no single phone, no enquiry and no response from your department towards these complaints.

          BSNL's DataOne Broadband service has not been working for over 24 hrs and I have not been able to get in touch with anybody at the 1957 number. This is simply the worst broadband service I've ever used. So much for "Customer care is our motto"

          BSNL Dataone — Poor Customer support just gets worse

          I am using the Dataone Broadband provided by BSNL. I reside at Berhampur, Orissa.

          Ever since I have bought this modem (which is about year and half) I have suffering from poor quality of service being provided by the customer support. Every now and then the modem shows problems and when I call them up to register a complaint they simply don't listen. When I ask them to send technicians to check for problems they never do it on time. And when I complain about a problem in the modem, they ask me to come to them with the modem instead of sending someone to my home to check it. And they hardly know anything about what they are working on. Poorly trained executives simply work with hunches and guesses.

          Its so frustrating to use BSNL Dataone in Berhampur Circle that I wish I could throw away the modem.

          I suggest everyone not to ever take the 250 Rs plan of BSNL. It sucks money. I got a bill of 5000 Rs, and then 35000 Rs!!! I wasn't even there in Pondy and yet they told me that it came from my port and that I hadn't locked it with a web key. Even after showing evidence that I wasn't there for 10 days in Pondy and yet there was a downloading from my port, they did not listen. I told them nobody uses the internet other than me but they went on with the web key. I do suggest all of you to go for the 500 plan or 750 but not 250. They are very clever, as they will not tell you anything about web key and how to do it at first but once they get a huge amount they are always ready to give you that information.

          This is only for those people who don't know about a web key. All the best. Don't you worry if you get 5k+ amount as bill one fine day. It's normal!!!

          I cann't agree. BSNL has great service in Berhampur area also the support persons are excelent. You should know atleast the basic principles of networking otherwise your observations would not be accurate and your complains will be wrong. As a result you have to suffer. Download and read some free E-books on networking instead of surfing porn.

          I have a UL750 plan from a small town in Tamilnadu.

          For getting the connection, we had to go thru raj-style licensing and approval which took 15 days. The employees at the local office came to seat at 11:00 AM and promptly took off at 4:00PM(including 1hr lunch and tea sessions). For getting anything done, you would be shuttled across 2 or 3 desks before you would get an answer.

          Mother[censored]ers, what a waste of people's money.

          Then the a**holes never showed up to configure the modem. I had to do it myself looking at internet tutorials.

          All this and the broadband link is spotty and is slow at 256Kbps, not the promised 2Mbps.

          No wonder people are leaving small towns to settle in metros.
          I am not able to access google accounts..gmail, orkut or even google searches cannot be accessed in my system..

          I am a BSNL Dataone customers for years. April 15th 2010, my internet got some problem. I have given report to the officials through all possible ways like: Customer Care, Direct meeting etc. But even after 10 days I didt get any response from the irresponsible employees in BSNL.

          So now I am going to charge case against the officials for there irresponsible behavior.

          There is no support for BSNL broadcom on Vista. When we contacted they said USB mode doesnot support in Vista.. When I tried to give them feedback, the feedback links is also not working, It shows clearly they are not willing to take any feedback from the customer and inhance the services... no wonder private service providers are benifiting from this negligence.

          For the past one week the BB connection goes off frequently and any
          number of complaint lodged with 1500 has not had the desired effect of
          rectification the defect. The line gets disconnected once in a minute
          and takes another ten minutes to get reconnected.

          If this is the way Dataone is working, the customers may be informed
          so that we can switch over to some other ISP. Your BB connection is
          worse than the dial up connection. I do not understand your working
          system which only proves what the media says about your service and
          deliberate plan of closing data one once for all.

          Will you atleast now care to set right the defect?

            Dear Sir
            On behalf of my father I am lodging this complain as he is a brain hemorrhage patient and our BSNL landline connection is in his name.
            Last year my basic phone (No.[protected] went dead. Inspite of my registered complaint it took about a month to get it functional. But BSNL have charged the rental fees for the dead period. After asking for the adjustment 2 to 3 times I left the things in fear that they might again disorder my telephone connection.
            Again my phone is dead from last month i.e., March '08 and my complain no. is SKP00735. Inspite of repeated reminder my telephone is still dead though there is no cable fault.
            My mother is too a patient and is suffering from blood cancer.
            Through telephone we used to be in touch with Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai for medical monitoring.
            More over telephone is the only source through which they can share their suffering with relatives.
            In absence to telephone connection they are moving to the state of depression which is very harmful for their health.
            I have already mentioned the condition of my parent to BSNL .
            As I do not see any other way than to lodge a complain to Consumer Forum.
            I can't play with life of my parents nor do I let any body to do so.
            In compansation of mental agony we are facing every now and than by BSNL, Patna, I would like them to pay at l east 25 Lakhs to my father.

            My Landline Phone (Frazer Road) is out of order since last 2 months. It was repaired some times back, but then again it became dead.
            The technician keeps on saying everytime that the wire had been taken away by thieves and this time it may not be repaired OR will take a long time.

              sir,
              My BSNL Landline Telephone No. 2500701 bill was not received by me from Febraury-2008 onwards & my telephone was disconnected for non-payment of bill. I searched duplicate bill via internet and I am surprised to see my outstanding bill amount of RS.12224/-. I can't even dream of such a huge bill, Because my landline telephone is rarely used by me & moreover my residence is closed for moe than 12 hours in a day & nobody is there to utilise my telephone. Before this my monthly bills are of rs.800 to Rs.900/-.This is also not a correct billing. I complained several times to BSNL, but in vein. My problem is not at all solved. Moreover it is increased this time by slapping me a bill of Rs.12224/- & also caused a lot of inconvineince to me by disconnecting my telephone.

              NOW MY TELEPHONE IS DISCONNECTED FOR NON PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING BILL AMOUNT OF RS.12224/- WHICH ACCORDING TO ME IS NOT AT ALL PERTIANING TO ME. I LODGED COMPLAINT WITH BSNL & ALSO ASKED FOR CALL WISE DETAILS OF SUCH A HUGE BILL. BUT AT BSNL OFFICE NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO ANSWER MY COMPLAINT.

              CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN SORTING OUT MY PROBLEM?

                  Dear Sir,

                  1. I found BSNL service for broad band is very unprofessional.

                  2. I have deposited Rs. 1200 for new BSNL broad band coonection in June 2007 against my telephone number[protected]. I have received a message from BSNL office to collect modem from their office after a long wait of period 9 months. I collected Modem from BSNL office on 01.4.08. After two days they have intimated my login ID and password.

                  3. Today it is twelve days passed but they have not given link to my connection. Number of complains have been made through personnel visit and telephone to the BSNL office. They are noting down the complain every day but after that no responce from their side. Their is nobody to listen. I think it is the duty of BSNL office to get installed the new Broard band connection and confirm. Not a single person have made a visit to my residence for my B/B connection.

                  4. I am residing in Saharanpur (U.P.). My office working hour is 0900 A.M. to 0600 P.M. It is very difficult for me to come out from during my working hours and stand in front of BSNL office. I will be highly obliged If you guide me for getting my connection. The LAST OPTION WOULD BE TO SURRENDER BSNL SERVICE AND GO FOR PRIVATE CO.

                  I have applied for bsnl broardband connection which is almost a year ago. I have also paid the advance for one month. But the sad part is the broadband connection is not yet installed. Whenever I try to inquire with one of your officers they tell me that this area is not yet covered for broadband. I want to ask you if this is so why in the first place was I allowed to apply for a connection and also to pay for one month.                     i tried to activate my call back tone three weeks before form 19-04-08, through a bsnl web site.after my steps of activating a call back tone, i called care center of bsnl to verify whether i call back tone procedure is started of not. they answered me that no your call back tone procedure is not activated plz send a message on 56700 to activate your call back tone, but i didnt do tat thing.But on 19-04-08 at 10:21am i received a msg from bsnl tat i have been charged 20rs for a call back tone after almost 3 weeks.and wen i contacted care center they didnt gave proper ans to my questions. first when i called they said tat i have activated my call back tone on 16-04-08 morning 10:30am. next when i called the after 3 hours they answered me tat i activated my call back tone by sending a message on 19-04-08. plz help me i am feedup of this services provided my bsnl for giving proper ans to their customers. try to solve my problem and plz reply for this complain

                    i have bsnl cell one corporate connection since my no. is [protected], recently i have purchased one handset of sony ericsson w950i, which is 3g enabled handset. also i have bsnl unlimited gprs plan. my problem is since last 20 days i am getting the problem of drop the signal in the area wherever the 3g signal towers. i am not able to complete my calls because of drop of signals. i have visited to bsnl pune office, they have been activated the 3g facility to my handset, but still i am facing the same problem. can any body please help me in this regards.

                      i had complained abt my broadband internet since last 3 month i can't connect to internet after evening.
                      and i had complained lot time but there is no positive replay. i am unable to connect net and paying money without using net so please do something.

                      bnsl has any value of his customer or not ?
                      they can't take seriously any complain. why?

                      hi my name is kalapala kishore kumar and my land line no.is [protected] and my broadband plan is 1350plus and with bandwidth of 512kbps and iam unable to connect to that speed as my ram speed is 512MB and my friends computer is also same plan he is get speed and iam unable to get that speed please investigate on it

                        sir, my village phone no.[protected]. my parents who are over 74 years old live alone there.we pay our bill regularly and there is no due.
                        i am living in kolkata very far from my native place, every time in a month or two our phone goes dead.
                        when ever our driver goes and complaints the person name babusingh at complaint centre wants my father to meet him.
                        when ever my father goes to meet he shouts at him saying why is he sending the driver for fault booking
                        as i said my parents are very old they need telephone service and we trust bsnl hence took the service but this is regularly happening since last two years the same person babusingh reply rudely without respecting old age people what to do?
                        i have given number of complaints regarding bsnl staff misbehaviour they are rude, unfriendly and not at all helpful to senior citizens one such complaint still lying un attended.

                        WHAT IS USE OF WRITING COMPLAINT AND SENDING EMAIL????????

                          Hello, i am shashi and i want to subscribe internet facility on my prepaid mobile please send me monthly or other rates/cost in this regard.
                          no network available in me street $in my shop. i m sit in my office then i face very low means no signal problem network is not available or in case network is come so very poor voice receive or no clearity in voice whole conclusion is no signal available . i face this problem minnimum 2 years .i hav already give many cmplts in local exchg but not responding .my cmplts proof r also available me. so plz solve this problem thx

                            BROAD BAND CONNECTION IS RUNNING ON PHONE NO.[protected] SINCE JANUARY 2008. BUT TILL DATE I CAN'T ACCESS MY BROAD BAND EMAIL ACCOUNT. I WAS INFORMED THE ABOVE PROBLEM TO THE AREA MANAGER, JADAVPUR ON 20/02/2008 BUT NEITHER ANY ACTION IS TAKEN NOR ANY REPLY IS SENT TO ME.                             BSNL people donot attend. My Borad Band connection is giving me error 691 for the last 5/6 days. I made several complaints with Tel No. 1500 and 197. Though I was provided different numbers to contact viz telephone Nos. 2203838, 2301515 and 2286200 . Though one Mr. Amit on 18th and one JT on 19th picked up the phone and adivsed having me rectified, but sorry it was not so. Today again I lodged the complaint and I was advised they are forwarding.                             If one would not provide better service, it is very difficult to survive in the competitive market. BSNL should change its way of functioning and see that every customer is happy by providing best service. I want see that the BSNL to be the BEST network service provider.
                            Even for a week, I can't able to login in my 250 home broadband a/c. I made completes regarding this issue to area manager in tarapur, but all went in vain.
                            I got the BSNL 250 home broadband connection 3 weeks back and since then it works fine one day and next day there would be a problem. Very unreliable service. And for this I would need to contact the local BSNL people who will charge for each visit and fixing the issue. Now its not working since 4 days and the people here are not responding to my calls or trying to solve the issue. Its very bad that Government in trying to provide very good service to the people in cheaper rates and people in between are trying to spoil the name by giving this kind of service. Based on current trend and competition in the market, its too difficult for BSNL to survive with this kind of service.

                            Management needs to do performance reviews on their call centre executives, each local branch workers etc to keep them up to speed in this fast market. They have to randomly call some customers and try to get the feedback on the performance of each branch. Delivering something is not a big deal. But to give good maintainance facility and service to the customer is what BSNL needs to concentrate more. Otherwise people will go for other very good options available for them and BSNL has to lose their business.

                            Third class broadband service of bsnl patiala The officials of bsnl patiala never pick phone for complaint e.g[protected] as they donot attend complaint at these numbers. they take it their privielege not to attend as they are in govt sector. No one has check upon them.Customers are attached with bsnl out of their helplessness. This is my third day to contact these number for providing me password to check broadband usage but in vain.

                              Subject: Disconnection of Phone No.[protected].

                              Respected Sir,

                              On 17/02/2011, I have deposited an amount of Rs. 2,160/- as advance rent for two years under the scheme of your company. Surprisingly I received the bill for an amount of Rs. 1,730/- on 07/09/2011. Upon the inquiry from your sub unit, Soura I was told that my advance rent has been adjusted towards monthly bills till date and that advance rent has not been acknowledged by your company for two years. This is simply the breach of trust. Moreover my phone remains out of order for most of the time and when it works after my persuasion/complaints; it remains noisy (as it is today). I have tried to send this application through mail on the addresses given on the phone bills but the mails have returned undelivered, please check out for yourself.
                              Despite this contravention I went to your office last month for disconnection of this installation. However one of the officers (perhaps Mr. Sameer) of your Department influenced me to deposit whole disputed bill and promised me that for next two years I shall not have to pay any rent, the officer assured me about best services. Although I was not convinced, but I believed the words of said officer and cleared all the dues towards your company under protest. Contrary to all these facts, it is disgusting to mention here that my phone still remained dead after clearance of the bill for two weeks and is noisy till today. Surprisingly on the other hand I have been served a fresh bill amounting to Rs. 37.24 (Rupees thirty seven paisa twenty four only). This attitude of your company/workers is intolerable. Please adjust this petty amount against my advance rent of Rs. 2,160/- and repay me the balance amount if payable under law.
                              In the backdrop of above details I am totally annoyed due to infringement of your company, and as such I request you to please disconnect my subject telephone connection immediately. No further bills shall be entertained by the undersigned and the matter shall be referred to Court if need will arise.

                                My telephone was disconnected becasue of arrears of some past bill which I agree was our fault but all of a sudden it was disconnected without any prior notice. Now some work is going on and again for more that 10 to 12 days my telephone connection is not in any use who will bear this inconvinence because of your fault. And then we are charged heavily for service charges, is this the service you charge to your customers. Again I was given a number 2420074 and nobody is picking up and anwering the call there so has to rush through mail this again is the example of your good service which you charge us in your bill, I need some rebate in your billing my number is 24217058.

                                We stay @ Narayan Baug society, based at Vadgaob Bk.. Almost 1000+ families from our society and surrounding are not able to subscribe to BSNL service because BSNL is not keen to do so. Members in the society which is just a 50 feet away are having BSNL lines and all o[censored]s are fighting for the connections since a year now. Can somebody please help us?

                                  Hi,
                                  I have got a broadband connection from BSNL Bangalore. I should appreciate the quick installation of service once i registered on thier internet site. However i have been calling since the last 3 weeks and each time i get through their IVR to customer service agensts they register a new complaint each time and provide me the new complaint number stating that the earlier complaint has been closed. I am not sure how they close the complaints by themselves when they have not attended even one. My apprecitaion on the quick service connection has fizzled down to frustration. What is the use of a non-working service and that too when you are getting billed for the same..

                                    Im writing posting this complaint with atmost dissatisfaction regarding my application for new BSNL landline...I have applied for a new landline connection (detailed enclosed below)..and ur lineman has called me 2 weeks back..I was waiting for him for 2days taking leave at my office, and he was not attending the call.I had called him more than 20 times in last couple of days and i hav more than 15 contact numbers o[censored]r different sections.Again he told me that he dont know my address though he is staying very near by my house...Two times I went to ur BSNL office at Indiranagar, all the time im getting the same reply and also i could understand that if Im ready to pay 500rs to ur guy he will make it with in half an hour.Is it mandatory that I should give this money? or else is there any contact no's of Senior officers to whom i can take this matter...

                                      I had registered an application for new broad band connection under Regd No : DDR/BB/HG/07-08/0349 dated 17/03/08 and paid Rs 500/- at BSNL’s 264 Jessore Road, Kolkata office.
                                      My telephone no :[protected] in the name of RITA BOSE
                                      This was supposed to execute by o/o Area manager DUMDUM

                                      Today is 16th. April and there is no connection made by the BSNL after one month!!!

                                      Is it not amazing that one month is not a big issue for BSNL ?
                                      I had made complaints to couple of authorities of BSNL over telephone and got only some bureaucratic answers. No real help. BSNL can make customers wait for months, but we are very small and can not. Under such situation I have finally got a connection from VSNL (Tata) paying Rs 998 for 100 hours last week.
                                      May I now get back the refund from BSNL of Rs 500/- that I had paid already ?

There is so many people are waiting for bsnl broadband connection and its plans. Surrounding peddapalli, total areas have this oppurtunity, but not in peddapalli, no corresponding reply is not giving for asking broadband connection in office, in peddapalli.plz reply

But after 2 days it has not worked till date. Not a single noise come from phone.                                         Mylandline phone no 27172383 is not working form last 2 weeks. It is dead. Please look into the matter
                                        i have taken a telephone at my shop at Talegaon Dabhade no 223283 in jan 2008 after one month, i have taken broadband connection for my use, which never get connected. total visits to talegaon office were 40. the port has changed and use one day the connection, next day it was dead. so left the phone as it is. the officers are agreed that the phone is dead with broadband from 19.10.2008, raised the bills with broadband connection. after written complaints the charged reversed upto dec 2008 and again sent the news bills with broadband charges. for this i have again given written complaint for new reversal.

                                        the new telephone is taken at my residence no. 223793 before one month. i have applied for broadband connection for same which is still not in act. now this telephone is also dead from last 2 weeks.

                                        as i found the telephone lineman doing something wrong with telephones at talegaon. 1000 of peaples are having complaints and tired with them and surrendered the telephones.

                                        there should be a dramatic change at talegaon technicians and offier level, otherwise no one will apply for bsnl.

                                        I wish to submit that by mistake I subscribed to a caller tune "Jai Ho" and now unable to get rid of it.
                                        Often some callers tell me that some bhajan or foolish ads are heard on my mobile. My attempts to get the caller tune terminated resulted in a wild goose chase. Every month i get messages Thank you for using the caller tune. You will be charged Rs 25 at times they give discount and deduct Rs12 ! There is no response to my messages requesting termination of the caller tune. Am I fed up ?
