[Resolved]  BSNL Landline phone — STD facility not working or corrupted

Land line — Non Activation Of STD facility

Dear sir,
Sub: Non activaion of STD fascility Tel No 28541231

I applied for MTNL landline ( Combo Plan ) in the month of Dec 08 with STD fascility and the
same was installed, but STD fascility has not been provided to me till date.I last visited the Janakpuri exchange on 3rd Feb 09, I was asked to submitt a request lettet and was assured that by evening STD will be activated but I am sorry to say that nothing has done so far and I am fadup vising the exchange freequently. If MTNL is not willing to serve the cutomer than I have no other option other than surrendering the Land line and move on to other sevice provider.

BSNL Landline phone — instrument is making harsh noise

the instrument is making noise and it is impossible to hear

my phone numbers is not working in proberly so please change in my phone, example; i press the 2 number button one time the number is press automatically 2times or 3times

My telphone no is[protected]. In my telephone std facility is not working for a week. Please restore the std facility.

Residential Phone — problem of calling from mobile to land line

When I am dialing from my mobile (HUTCH) to land line, in most of the cases call charges are made in
my mobile without receiving from land line. There is no ringtone in may land line also.

Please look into the matter.

i am continuously dialing helpline no. 1500 but there is continuous no reoly on this number. please provide with an alternative number to help me activate this service.

BSNL Landline phone — out of order for last 6 months

my landline number [protected], hasbeen out of order for last 6 months, i have made complain about it but nothing hasbeen been done in last 6 months.i have requsted for broadband internet on this number, due to out of order problem i am not getting it.

My Landline phone no[protected] at Guwahati, is dead from 27.0.2009. I gave complain to the 198 vide docket no.-94561 dated 28.7.09. but till now no any one check the fault & reconnect the Phone. I also booked the complain so many times in Sampark 1500, but donot receive any response. Please do something, i am facing a lot problem.

My name is Prashanth. We had a BSNL landline connection with number 28466003 in the name of K.N Shetty and STD connection was enabled then.
Due to the change in our residence in the year Jan 2005, we got it transferred to the new location with address #379/1, 2nd Cross, 3rd Main, Havanur extension, Heseraghatta Main Road, Bangalore-560073 and the new number is 28397293. After this transfer STD facility is locked and we are unable to unlock it with the password code.
Please help us in this regard as we want our STD facility activated.
