BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no . I have taken that scheme in the begining and i have requested them to activate my two number by sms. i have also registered complaints in BSNL office haridwar. But till now my Exlpower is not activated. All the customer care executives give the different reply and feedback. My problem should be solved or money should be refunded. My mobile no is [protected] and two nos to activate are[protected] & [protected].

BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I was told that the call rate will be 20 paise now ( previously 10 paise ) I kept messaging to activate and each time it said --- this service or F&F is not valid for your scheme.

I am not able to activate this offer. either this is fake.
I am not sure how BSNL customer service are working.. but they keep their customers on hold for atleast half an hour and they disconnect.

BSNL — defoult in validity
My Cell phone No. is [protected]. It was updated by a voucher for getting 400 days validity and was updated up May 2010. After some time I had recharged by Rs. 49.00 voucher for reducing call rate Rs 0.49 /call. But you reduced call rate as well as my validity also from May 2010 to Jan 2010. It is not fair to me. Please rectify it as early as possible. I will be faithful to you.Thanking you.

exlpower service is note active in last two months iam try after 60-80 time but not response in customers care executive - line hold 15 minutes, system default, line cut, next try after call, number not shown, activate next 24 hours, there are many -2 excuse and formality in bsnl customer care executives
