[Resolved]  BSNL myway — Suspended my connection

I got connection of MyWay IPTV from BSNL on 10th of Oct. They disconnected my connection on 28th oct. But it was supposed to be one month free subscription. The reason when I enquired to the customer care I got to know that they have by mistake entered mode of payment as cheque but i had paid in cash. The customare care person told me that the person who received cash from me had submitted a cheque instead of cash which bounced. Everytime when i call to customer care they say wait for 24 hours to resolve the issue. And it is now 5 days over for the same. I suspect the person who accepted the cash from me has cheated because I am trying to call him.He is not receiving my call.Even i called from different mobile numbers he recognize my voice and disconnect it.Even i messaged him to receive my call or i will have to go to police station he has not responded yet. I am helpless now. I dont know what legal action i can take.Please suggest me the legal procedure.

this is to inform to your kind notice that your bsnl myway satelite tv connection is creating a problem to us.As we are regularly calling ur service provider about our problems.the problem we are facing are blockage of channels,not geting service you provide to us,
it was told by the service provider about the complaints that from 1st of oct. we have to pay the charges of this blockage chanels and this was not mention in your plan given to us during installation.
so we request you to cancel our myway connection and refund us our rs. which we gave as security(1500/-)
please see to it as early as possible..........

This is my 4th Email to you (please refer below email chain). I am not happy with your my way TV connection and thats why I sent you cancellation request on 28th Sep 2009.

But still I am waiting for response to come from your side. I want you guys to collect your setup box and give me my 1500 Rs refund. All details are below, if you still need more information please let me know.
