I have a telephone connection No. 05723_233303. Mera phone 10 dino se kharab hai, kai bar complaint note kara chuka hu lekin abhi tak phone sahi nahi hua hai. Ab mujhe kya karna chahiye, Me broadband lena chahta hu, lekin in condition me ab nahi. kya mujhe connection katwa lena chahiye.

Since last 12 days my telephone number[protected] is not working. I made complaint in the medical exchange on 16.08.2010 and we are regularly contacting to SDO and GM twice but no action has been taken so far. It is strange that in this age IT we are suffering to not access with Net due to this problem.

Is there any body in the BSNL telephones who could help me out and get restored my connection.
In my view such negligence affects the big name of BSNL.

My tel no.[protected]and[protected] at sarai Mansingh, Aligarh (UP)is not working since more than one month. Several complaints is of no use. Contacted to SDO Ssasnigate, he told not to ring again. bill is regularly coming. due to this fax is not working.
Sir, I have a landline connection in my mother, s name. Recently I got broadband connection also. Few days back a representative of bsnl Aligarh approched me and told me an offer about bsnl sim plan. I have decided to by that sim so I purchased the same at the cost of Rs.31 and given him the filled form along with other documents. That time he told me that the sim will be activated in one week. After about 10days I tried the sim but it was not activated. Today when I saw that fellow, when asked he retuned me the paper saying that your mother's name is not matching with that of our records. Since it was a mistake from your office because at the time of applying for the connection the paper we have submitted was having the right name i.e. Mrs. Sarojini Kitta but your people right it wrong i.e. MR. Sarohinni Kitta. So for the mistake of your people why should I suffer.
I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and if possible please correct your records or if not possible then please change the connection to my name.

I have DOT Telephone No.2403615 with internet connection.The tele.BILL of the month is either not being sent to me or is being received after last date of bill payment, thus causing payment of bill with surcharge, hence extra burden on consumers.there is general complaint of area consumers.please ensure delivery of BILL in time before due date of payment.

This letter is in reference to my three letters which were handed over to you personally regarding
my INTERNET SYSTEM which was working very very sluggishly and could not get even one hour
of continuous supply due to which my daughter could not do a bit of work and at the same time I could
not carry out my work also. Mr Sunil who has been authorised to attend the broadband problems visited my house two-three times but could not do anything as the system was not satisfactory because the DSL light never became stationary and used to blink every 10-15 mins. This problem was being faced by me for last 3-4 months and after contacting all the concerned including the SDO who could not help me a bit, I had to approach you. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but I had no alternative as this was suggested by your exchange authorities to approach you for a fast result. But unfortunately I could not get any satisfactory result after approaching you and this left me very dejected. The same story goes for the telephone system.
Presently I am in Hyderabad and you will be surprised to know the efficiency of the BSNL internet system here which has good speed and the availability is through out the day with out any break.I really feel surprised that if the same authorities are working so efficiently here then why not the same in Aligarh. Here is a colony of 1400 flats and here everyone is using BSNL and no one has any complaints.
My broadband yearly contribution will be expiring in first week of JULY'2013 and I have to decide seriously as to what should be done further if the same condition continuous and your authorities find it difficult to give me a satisfactory working system. In fact if your good-self can consider then I should be reimbursed at least three months of money or my period be extended for this period with a regular supply of internet system.. I will be back in Aligarh in the first week of August'13. Presently I will not pay further money till I get a satisfactory response
and a continuous working internet system.

BSNL just make money from their customer.until i didnt recharge my number it was wokin but the day i got my number recharged they created an issue with my number.my all outgoing calls have been barred and they say that i'll have to visit BSNL office n submit my id again to get my number activated.these dont understand that doing this will harm them, none else.by doing this they are loosing their customers.

I have applied for Broad band with Land Line on 17/08/2013 and deposited all fee at that time I have give land line # [protected] and being told within a week connection will be done but there is no any response from the concern dept sine a fort a night. I am living abroad and it is very difficult for me to follow up.

Kindly do the needful to connect the land line

    I have been using BSNL Broadband for more thn a year...
    for all those 12 months i was charged the basic charges i.e 250/- ...
    in the basic plan i am given 1GB of free download and after that 0.90 paise per MB.

    as i was receiving jst 250/- bill every month i visited local BSNL office to find out if thr was any billing fault but at that point i was told that the bills received my me are correct... so continued using the net service... within that period i also tried checking my usage on http://www.data.bsnl.in & http://bbservice.bsnl.in but every time i found the site down or else was not able login to my account to check the usage.

    In march 2009's bill i am charged Rs.15000/- as broad band usage charges.
    its the bill of whole year together... i am not sure about the charges as it seems to be more thn my usage...
    now the BSNL office representetive wants me to pay the bill at any cost... EVEN THOUGH the fault is from their end... they are blaming me for the BILL... On talking with Account officer...i was turned down by talking rudely... the BSNL representatives are not entertaining my complain as they want to hide their own negligence...

      i had recharged my bsnl sim with gprs unlimited usage recharge on 9th july 09 that is valid for one month
      it worked properly for 15 days but since 21st july it is not working i have complaint this at customer care centre and on 22nd of june i have been to local telephone exchange in mathura city (u.p) still it is not working please sort this out to me.please email me 2 sort this out at [protected]@gmail.com

        i brought an evdo 3 months ago and reguraly complaing about the speed not going above 45-125 kbps in cubbonpet area which is the one of the highest buissnes place in bangalore and the officers are not even bothered about the complaints wether it is oral or handwritten my evdo no is 20197472 .kindly do something about it .i brought the same because bsnl was publishing they had gone 3d and to my surprise they are pulling a fast one on the public. another same old organisation as goes

        BSNL EVDO — very slow

        Dear sir,

        I am using bsnl ev-do haning the no 219339, i alredy talk with this no [protected], but there is no resust.now my speed is 60kbps.
        Same for me, I am in greator noida sec p3.

        I never get speed more then 150Kbps and down time also another issue.
        Even SDO is really very good person setting in sec delta 1.
        I think BSNL need such kind of officer then only can bsnl servive in market.
        torrent download is very slow...
        please give me some tips...
        please help...

        BSNL-EVDO — very poor speed

        i have baught a bsnl evdo .while taking connection the promised that the speed will be upto 2.1mbps but i got very poor spped about to 5 to 10kbps. i hve called bsnl office many times they say to do solution bt nothing is done yet....

          I Live in Ranchi Jharkhand. Usually in my mobile it shows Sandhya Cinema from where we get the signal for our BSNL Mobile. But Sorry to say This BTS goes down very frequently and do not comes in service sometimes after 3-4 days resulting no network coverage in my apartment. When this BTS is up and running then there is absolutely no call drop and voice cracking.
          Mob. No. [protected], outgoing call was restricted due to late bill payment. Payment cleared on 22.06.09 ans confirmation through SMS has been received on the same day. Till date withdrawl of outgoing call restriction has not been done by M/s. BSNL inspite of repeated requests.
          Ref. complaint No.[protected]. Please do the needfull on urgent basis.

            Dead Telephone
            My telephone number[protected]choraut-sitamarhi bihar india-843319) is lying dead for about 6 months but bsnl, bihar circle is not taking any action to rectify the problem. Actually we paid all bills on time till the phone was working.since the installation time of my phone most of the time it is dead.i don't know what is the problem Now we should be given top priority to correct the disconnection.whenever we contact to the related engineer, i got the answer it will connected soon, but nothing happens.please do the needful.

            I am steying in Indore .I got a bsnl land line at my residance . I want to see my telephone bills on line .How I can see/ check it . I was having a broad band connection on this line .As billing on this line was not correct I lodged a complaint with bsnl. they have considered the complaint . I want to see this corrected bill on line so that this can be deposited. Out going facility on this line is withdrawn.

              Even my landline phone shifting is in pending state from past 1 month. They tell one or the other silly reasons. They don't have attitude towards serving customers.

              Shifting of telephone in BSNL seems to be a near impossible task. My advise would be to go for a new telephone / broadband connection. Even I have applied for shift from Brookefields Exchange to Kavalbyrasandra Exchange more than 2 months ago. I am yet to get the telephone shifted leave alone broadband...

                IN BSNL JTO examination they are not allowed to use scientific calculator... but most of the centre the are allowed to use it... kinly give your feedback about this problem ...

                My centre was at Victory Girls H S S, Nemom, Trivandrum. There also they didnt allow us to use any of the calculators. It was almost like a bank test. I couldnt do some 5 or 6 problems (2marks each).

                  My cell no: is [protected]. I am getting every day one gita verses for which I am charged monthly subscription of Rs 30/-. The gita verses vanishes from the screen immediately after reading. Every month I get one messeage for unsubscribing and if send sms to the number givien I get a message stating invaid request. Even this messeage vanishes from the screen immediately after reading. BSNL officials also tried but failed to unsubscribe. The message keeps coming even if there is no balance but the amount is deducted the moment is you recharge. I am trying best to unsubcrible this offer but I am unable to do so. In this regard I have contacted customer suport cell as well as BSNL authorities several time and even then I am not able unaubcrible this offer. I think the software programme is made in such a way to deceive the public at large. I still do not know who is the beneficiary. Like me many other persons are likely to duped and perhaps nobody has taken up the issue seriously perhaphs due to paucity of time

                  Dear Sir,
                  Iam a Pre paid customer of BSNL.

                  For some of local SMS aslo Rs 5/- is debited .
                  It is horrible.

                  No way to complain.

                  The Call centre takes the compliant only but does not solve.

                  BSNL — Unwanted messages and charges

                  I have not opted the service from wap.handygo.com but repeatedly sending messages and charging.so please stop the messages from wap.handygo.com and stop the charging on my mobile [protected] and take the necessary action on wap.handygo.com...

                    BSNL — Phone line dead from 9.3.2009

                    I have complained on 9th March 2009 regarding my Phone no.[protected] is dead. The service provider said that 10th and 11th is holyday so on 12th they solve the problem. On 12th I have again complained at 2 pm they said that their line man is working on that. Again I call back at 4 pm they said that some cable fault is there who will solve the problem they have already in strike and they said that they don't no in how much time they will solve the issue. Very urgent call will come in my Land line no. So resolve the issue. When the Month bill will come no rebate will deduct from my bill amount for the dead line of few days.

                    Our Broad Band connection is not working from Dec. 2009 while so many complaints have been lodged to concern deptt. but till date no action has been taken by them .
                    We have also lodged complaint against our Telephone instrument which is not working properly but no action has been taken by the concern deptt.
                    You are requested to resolve the following problems: -
                    1 Reverse our Broad Band charges from Dec. 2009 to till date : Usage of Broad Band can be verify from your records. Provide us usage of broad bank for the period from Dec. 2009 to till date. You can forward the same at email id : [protected]@gmail.com

                    2 Change by Telephone Instrument.
                    Telephone No.2220057 not shifted to new address till date. Application for shiftinf given on 28/05/2010 BSNL office order No. [protected] dated 30/05/2010.
                    My home landline number[protected] is dead from past week.
                    No one is taking complaint on home.
                    Please do the needful.

                    I have applied for land line connection on 15.07 2010 at Khamala exchange. I was given to understand that telephone will be installed within 15 days time and was asked to contact the BSNL office near Devanagr. I had visited this office several number of times and every time I was assured that it will be installed within a day or two. Then a
                    few days back I was told that the DP is to be repaired. Another day I was told that the previous contract has expired and new contract is to be made. Today I was told by JTO that it will take minimum 15 days as cable is to be laid.The telephone no alotted is[protected] and order no is [protected].
                    I fail to understand as to why so much expenditure is being made by BSNL in advertising for broad band connections and launching of several combo offers, if a simple telehone connection is not being provided in 45 days. Will som responsible officer from BSNL will look in to the matter and do some good work. I have still not lost my faith.

                    Hello i am a resident of Nagpur and have been using the BSNL landline since last 15 years with the same number[protected].
                    For last 2 months the landline has been dead and even after complainting for so many times the BSNL employes from behind Sai Mandir Branch under the divisonal engineer Mr. Nandanwar have been ignoring the complaint i have been paying the rent fro almost 2 months now without a single use of the phone and the amount in now upto 1800rs for 2 months without the single use of the internet scheme provided by them they are charging rs. 750 for the internet and 150rs as the landline rent i hereby request you or the concerned authority to check the issue and correct it today . i have certain papers signed with me which does tell the status of my complaint or else there needs to be a serious action taken by the consumer forum authorities though this has been giving me a big loss to my work i have been ignoring the fact but now it's been 2 months and its a big time.

                    i m key customer BSNL Kamptee dist nagpur my telephone no is 287020 & i use BSNL Brodband & internet facility but last 15-20 days it is not working. my family member logging the compalint on phone but there is BSNL Employee Madam BABITA MESHRA not respond ingproperly. finaly today i visited BSNL Kamptee office what i seen there is no Officer & Employee except 2 or 3. i asked one employee where is officer & Sub engineer he reply me no one is came noe is replyme he is just coming. i was wait 30 to 40 minits for log complain but still they not came & finaly idecided to complain against Mr S S Lonkar & Babita Meshram who is responsible person who came always late in office.
                    i request you to take care of this matter & punished them for late coming.

                      I was using an EVDO( With No[protected] from this company. Due to unsatisfactory signal I have returned it after mandatory use of 3 months. The Instrument is returned to them in the month of May 09.

                      More than a Year Passed and they are still to refund Deposit money to me.
                      Hi,

                      I was in bangalore and currently relocated to kerala, I had taken a BB and landline connection[protected] of BSNL and I returned that connection to the BSNL office in bangalore(NEar to appolo hospital) . Nearly 3 months had passed and they had not yet refunded the security deposit. This is really cheating by BSNL bangalore

                      Previously I had visited the Jayanagar 4 th block head office and they said that there is no problem in refunding the money after 45 days. Now 3 months had over and they are saying cheap excuses for not refunding the amount ...


                      If BSNL authorities are not responding properly I am going to raise a complaint in consumer court

                      BSNL — Broadband Deposit not refunded by BSNL Bangalore

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for BSNL broadband connection in Kaggadaspura, Bangalore.
                      I deposited Rs. 500 for connection on 7th March 2011.
                      But After survey, BSNL rejected the application due to unavailability of service in Kaggadaspura Area.
                      Therefore I applied for cancellation of my connection on 18th March 2011 demanding my deposit back. My application was accepted and sent to the refund department for further processing.
                      But my deposit is still not refunded after 3 months. After making various trips to BSNL office in Ulsoor I am not able to get my deposit back.

                      My work order (OB number) is 65040382 and date of application is 18th March.
                      My application number is 20856

                      Please help

                          (1) BSNL is not able to prove network for more than 10-15 days every month.
                          (2) Regarding other facilities like internet through landline i.e. dial up networking and GPRS system is not provided till date.
                          (3) There is no riversal system in the PCO.
                          (4) Mobile recharge coupon is not available.
                          (5) No technical staff is working in the station for repairing basic problems.
                          (6) Even for receiving the landline and mobile bill customer has to pay some amount.
                          (7) Every month customer has to pay late fine for the bill as the same has been received lately which is regular practice of BSNL.
                          (8) Prepaid SIM cards were been issued without proper verification which seems quite illigal and dangerous for security reasons.
                          (9) Black marketing of recharge coupon is openly operated by some of BSNL staffs and outsider buisnessmen.

                          An early action in this regard is highly solicited.

                              sir,
                              i am a customer of prepaid service of bsnl mobile.

                              i had activated chat service few months back for which they charged me Rs30 per month. even at that time i could not avail the service as every time i tried i got the message that i am not a registered user. now when i want to deactivate this service they do not deactivate it. neither i am able to utilise the service nor does it get deactivated. but they always keep charging Rs 30 from my account every month.

                              i have contacted with the customer care several times but in vain.

                              please help me in this regard.

                                BEWARE AND ALERT – BSNL SIM CARD USERS
                                BSNL IS CHEATING BY DEDUCTING AN AMOUNT OF RS. 1/- CALL WHENEVER A NO. IS CALLED EVENTHOUGH IT IS NOT MATERIALISED (Not connected).
                                WHEN YOU CALL A NUMBER, YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGING AND THE CALLED NUMBER WILL NOT GET CONNECTED OR EVEN RING.
                                THIS HAS BEEN CHECKED PERSONALLY BY ME KEEPING THE OTHER NUMBER BEFORE ME WHICH IS CALLED BY ME.
                                THE SAME HAS BEEN EXPERIENCED BY ONE OF MY FRIEND ALSO A MONTH BACK AND AS I WAS NOT ALERT I GOT CHEATED BY THE BSNL FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
                                THIS CHEATING HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS IN BSNL-CHENNAI.

                                  First phase: On APRIL 15th 2009 i had to join an online course and so i needed an immediate internet connection .i saw many ads by bsnl that they will give connections within days .so i went to the bsnl office at ollur (KERALA) to submit the form.The response from the bsnl employees were too bad. that they had neither cleared my doubts nor they answered any of my questions.It was very hard to hear a single word from that dirty bi..t...h.(i don't know what her post is).They consider us as local people and believes themselves to be superior.i can't stand this.a PSU is to serve people, S stands for serve and not for SUCK.For every question she just answers "we don't know".After the submission i have waited for about one month and didn't get any reply from them.the course was to begin and i follow up with them at least a ten times.when i called in any of their number, they gave another number and was told to try in that number for more details.Most often they didn't attend any calls.this is a fact!!!.

                                  Second phase: The date of commencement of my course was April 15 and after a hundred request i got the equipment alone(i.e without internet connection) on June 4th.now the equipment given by them had complaint.its battery was weak n it didn't have any network .Again i start calling these f...k...rs to replace the equipment. no wonder still i got the same kind of response fr0m them.i tried at least one week to get in touch wit them through telephone.At last a lady, she was the junior telecoms officer of that circle, attended the call.I asked her why they are not attending any calls.and the bi...answered "who r u to ask this???its my wish to attend or not.We have many other works here.I'am not your SERVANT" .i was shocked.I lost my temper and tell her that i' am from a family, where there is a lot of govt employees in all grades, so don't try to teach me .After that incident i was sure that i will not get any service.from them soon.Now we contacted the main branch for service.After some days a line man came here to check the complaint.He was a totally a funny picture, he was not even knowing how to switch on that device.He didn't check out it, instead he starts commenting about our home interior and ask me about the expenses .anyway i explained him about the the complaint and he was convinced.He told me to came to their office, so that he would replace it.now the picture of the office was more pathetic.most of the chairs of employees were empty and there i saw the J TO sitting.she was not knowing that it was me who made that call earlier.there was no cabins it was partitioned just like in the call centers.i was standing in front of the table and she was looking some other documents.For at least 20 minutes, she didn't just even care a human being is standing in front of her. after some time I said "madam i have a complaint".now she raised her head very slowly. and told her to kindly replace it.now asking about the details of connection she got that i was me who made that call earlier, now she starts shouting.it was my need to get the connection so i didn't utter a word.she also asked me how this equipment got complained??how would i know...i told her about my online course in detail. she said she will try.and said many technical sides of giving internet connection including its documentation. which was all fake, she just want to take revenge on me ..Also she said there was no other alternate device to replace it.after some days the phone was replaced still we havn't got the internet .now reading this you will get at least a minimum pic about how much i struggled.i lost a lot of money by calling them in mobile.the call attending ratio was 50:2.for 50 calls i got one or 2 responses.also i lost a lot of money as bus fare.Every time they asked me to come there with the phone.by rule the line man has to come to our home for service.I would like to add one thing, the technical side of bsnl is very very very weak here, that they don't even know the mechanism of their own product devices and basics of today's technologies.

                                  Third phase: after the phone get replaced we again starts asking them about the internet connection.again no change in style of response.at last my father went to the district main circle and submitted a written complaint regarding the irresponsibility of the bsnl office ollur and told the officer there about everything from the beginning...I was hard for anyone to believe anyone that with in hours we got call from ollur bsnl saying that the connection is ready and ask me to collect the drive installation cds.when i went there i saw the senior officer scolding j to.she came and now she was so humble that she tell me simply how to install it. so it was revealed that it was just because of their inefficiency and irresponsibility and also it was an intentional delaying to take revenge on me. .note that the software cds provided by them were not authentic, it haven't passed window's signing.also i submit a complaint regarding poor network and to lessen the rent of those days in which the device was not working.till now no action taken.BUT WE GOT THE FIRST MONTH BILL AT THE CORRECT TIME...that's bsnl.
                                  Fourth phase: not I'm struggling with their poor internet service.no speed, poor connectivity.what would i do??the only mistake that i have done was to chose BSNL..I think the employees alone are responsible for this condition.they are not ready to work and serve us Don't they feel ashamed of getting paid for this, from the public???????.why they are fearing about privatization.they often conducts marches and strikes to prevent privatization of bsnl.i[censored] check the graph of bsnl from 2000 onwards you will get the real picture.The total subscribers became one by 40th by 2009 from 2000.the private companies are far ahead with bsnl now, both in products and service.i suspect the heads of this psu have some kind of illegal relationship with private companies.its time for them and us to to rethink .

                                  **************MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT I[censored] HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS WITH BSNL DON'T JUST CALL THEM AND WASTE UR MONEY.NORMALLY THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION FOR COMPLAINTS THROUGH TELEPHONE.THIS IS OUR EXPERIENCE... .SUBMIT THE COMPLAINT IN WRITTEN FORM AND YOU MAKE SURE THAT THEY GIVE U A RECEIPT.(this is the rule)OR U SHOULD ASK THEM TO SEAL IN A COPY OF THE SAME U SUBMITTED THERE.OTHERWISE in future WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROOF TO TELL THAT WE HAVEN'T GOT SERVICE FROM THEM

                                  I think my experiences with bsnl will be in be helpful for you in future...

                                    Its been just one month since i started using BSNL Home250 plan. For the first 3 days it worked perfectly and i was very happy. But suddenly on the 4th day, woooopssss, it stopped working. Since then, its showing error 691 i.e. "either User name or Password is invalid". I have lodged a complaint thrice but nothing seems to be working. Customer care people are so pathetic that you dont even feel like talking to them. Customer care executives themselves dont have any idea about my Internet problem.

                                    I dont know what i should do to get it on track once again.

                                      This is in continuation to the below mail.

                                      I think we made a mistake by being a loyal customer to the BSNL. Till today we have not defaulted in any payments. But today even after 25days of our first complaint on 27/05/2009 (no electronic complaint number was provided), we are sufferring due to same land line disconnection[protected]. it seems non of the so called concerned unit officials are bothered to recitify the same.

                                      Meanwhile, duty consicious billing department of BSNL has send us the rent bill for last month without rectification of the problem. We also like to inform the latest bill ("T[protected] dated 06/06/2009) paid on 11/06/2009 amount INR 260/- (Two hundered Sixty).

                                      We have already made frequent calls on daily basis to the following numbers, but it proved to be the waste of time. None of the the customer (non) supporting team has given positive response.

                                      -- 1st complaint on 27/05/2009
                                      -- 2nd complaint on 06/06/2009 (registered number 15944 / 06.06.2009)

                                      The response we get is "people on leave", "contractor person not turned up", "the cable fault", "the person busy on other area"...etc...Kindly say is it our fault in depending on a government concern so called BSNL?.

                                      Meanwhile i have sent two complaints to the "PGPORTAL" services there number are mentioned below, it also proved to be in vain. It seems that your local officer (Ms. S.Vriddhambal) is sleeping head down on the complaint. No improvement in status from 06/06/2009.

                                      The same was submitted even through pgportal services and the response is negative till date. Kindly take necessary action immediately.

                                        I am customer of BSNL mobile services, my mobile no is +[protected], unnecessary Devotional services has been activiated for my mobile, but i dont want that service, but i dnt have service provider customer care number (direct), so kindly take my complaint and de activate this service, other wise i'll change BSNL.

                                        my sim no is [protected] On 29th Aug'2012, I had received an sms from[protected] all of a sudden stating : 'Apki BSNL Devotional service Rs 30 aur 30 free min ke sath activate kar di gayi hai, Ab sewa ka anand lijiye[protected]TOLL FREE) number par". I had neither subscribed for any such services, nor any sms, request/verification call for subscription has been received by the above mentioned number earlier. Most of the time my mobile remained switch off.

                                        I took up the matter with BSNL Customer Service and complained for this deduction of Rs. 30/- without my knowledge/approval. One lady from CC pick up the call and registered it but when I asked the reason she was refused tell me.
                                        Just told me that she is forwarding the complaint and it will take 45 days to solve and cut the line.


                                        This is really shameful, unethical and a cheating on BSNL's/ Service provider's end to deduct whatever amount they wish without even asking for approval or even informing the customer. How such type of fraudulence can occur by such a service provider taking away money for no reason.


                                        I want my money back as soon as possible.
