BSNL — NON FUNCTIONING OF BROADBAND

broadband has been installed in my land line phone no.[protected] .but it is not functionig for last 20 days .despite a lot of complains bsnl says private firm who installed it will rectify it .while that company says it is BSNL responsibilty.but in between our broadband data one is not working for 20 days .and no body is listening the complains

My ADSL line of Dataone is completely down since last two weeks, i am going to the exchange for the same personally but still they are unable to resolve my issue.

I am using bsnl dataone but from last 2 weeks it's not working Adsl line is down, for the same i have given a complaint and personaLLY VISITED ECHANGE many times. but still thses non-technical bsnl guys are unable to resolve my issue.

I am a user of bsnl broadband service- Dataone. I am having Home 500 Plan and i am not getting broad band connection for the past one month. I have raised complaint to the exchange on Sept 11, 2008.Still the problem is not rectified. Please do the needful.

Yes thats exactly true.
I am Experiencing a Intermittent internet connection for quite a long time. I have tried calling 1500 for this problem but still no resolution for this. I wish BSNL provide a better customer service procedure and respect the customer intentions although it gets its funding from Govt.

Myself Dheeraj. I agree to u that our BSNL deptt. is full of lazy people.

I'd also applied a new application for a broadband connection in BSNL Office at Raj Nagar (on 27th December), but there is still no procedure has done so far. 2ndly the persons sitting inside the office don't have full knowledge about the broadband services fully.

I wonder why mob is bearing the BSNL...

I am Alok Chaudhury,a resident of Joynaga west,Agartala. I have broadband connectivity against my landphone no 2315964.My land phone is OK but I am unable to use my broadband facility since last 15 days.DSL of my modem is found in blinking mode.Complaint stating all details is being made but did not yield any positive response.

Requesting immediate restoration of Broadband service/connectivity.

BSNL Broadband — non functioning of broadband

i have been using bsnl broadband services satisfactorily since june 2009. from june 2010 the broadband has stopped working. i have been lodging complaints on the helpline, getting docket nos, somebody calls and asks if the system is working and the complaint is closed. i again repeat the cycle the next day. this has been going on for last one month and the broadband is still not working. i have emailed to the concerned dgm's but have got no response. they also do not pick up calls to their mobile phones. i am at a loss as to where to address this problem. as a last resort i will have to surrender this connection and may be file a case in the consumer forum.

yup, you are not the one, this problem exist ALL OVER INIDA bsnl customers.

I'm making complaint, shouting customer care persons thousands of times since june 2010, no action have been taken place. somebody please do some thing to get it up..

BSNL Broadband — Non functioning

I am having a broad band connection from BSNL for the last six months. I have tried the bsnl customer care for registering my request for attending complaints and no proper attention either for lifting the phone or by other means. My land line no is 288 0498. Though i am paying for the internet services but i am unable to utilise because of the connectvity and login issues.

The Broad Band for fixed line[protected] is not working for last one month. Service Engineer has attended but could not rectify the fault. The bill is generated on full amount ie for broad band and usage charges for fixed line.
Kindly take necessary action to rectify the broad band immediately.
