Dear sir/madam,

i had lost my phone and i want my old number..my number is [protected] .but your officer said me there is no information about my number...and also saying that they can't do anything in this case....

i was using that number from last 4/5 years...first i have postpaid and then i migrate too prepaid....but now there is full information about my postpaid number but nothing for my prepaid number......so now what can i do??????

    This is to inform you that I, Anwesha Ganguly, am a dedicated BSNL prepaid mobile customer, and have been using this number ([protected]) since 2008.The reason of complain are :

    1. I have made a recharge of Rs. 51 (net pack) on 15.01.2013 and have been calling customer care for more than 10 times since yesterday in order to get the Internet settings for my handset (HTC Wildfire), but have still not received it yet.

    2. In order to bring to their notice that they have still not sent me the settings in spite of calling them innumerable times, I was 'welcomed' with rude behaviour, abusive languages, mockery of myself and they had hung the call on my face without even finishing the conversation .

    3. Moreover, during my conversation, they had activated caller tune service intentionally without my knowledge and Rs. 42 (Rs 30 + Rs 12) was deducted INTENTIONALLY!!!

    Two of the customer executive names as far as I remember are VAISHALI & CHANDAN


    I am very disappointed and this is UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING from a renowned and esteemed service provider like BSNL!!!

    I am writing to you for necessary action to be taken and provide me the settings and my refund of Rs. 42 and Rs 51 as early as possible. Kindly look in to the matter.

      Initially, I have got an automated call for song selection and without pressing any key 12 Rs. has been deducted from my account on dated 20.12.2012.
      i have lodged a complaint for caller tune inactivation and refunding of that amount through customer care 1503.
      they have responded that your tune has inactivated and provided me complaint number with assurance that your money will be refunded after 15 days. These are complaint numbers L20HP304575 (Dated 20.12.2012, 6:32 PM) and L20HP304733 (Dated 20.12.2012, 6:50 PM)

      Now on 16.01.2013 they have again deducted Rs 30 from my account as it was inactivated at that time and i had tried their number 1503 but its not connecting due to their server problem.

      please help so that this type of irritating services can be stopped

      Caller Tune — caller tune activation without my permission

      Please checkout from your side automatic a callertune activate on my number is [protected] and after one automatically this service deactivate by your side and 30Rs deducted from my balance so please checkout and i complain about this on yesterday but still there is no reverd i called many time on customer care but there are saying that you activated this caller tune so that's we can not do anything in this condition please checkout send me detail about this on email id i mention on up

      BSNL — Activation of caller tune without my permission

      I am an engineering student & my mobile no. is [protected] & they have downloaded caller tune on my phone without my permission on the occasion of independence day saying that the tune is given free of cost for that day & later on for this month they have even deduce rs. 60 from my balance account against it. The same thing happened with few of my friends also .So kindly help me in this matter & please get me the money deduced back as it is very inconvenient for me. Thanking you

      BSNL — caller tune without my order

      coller's tune instald without order
      My mobile no is [protected] & coller's tune is instald automatically. this is a clear cut cheating . How we can reclaim our amount?

      BSNL — Deduction of money without consent

      Request to unsbscribe humshakal service from my mobile (+91 [protected]) connection at the earliest. I wonder how a service provider of PSU can do such type of malafied activities. The message centre number is 5400010 and deducting some amount at certain interval without my consent. Stop this service immediately.I had already lodged complaint to BSNL Customer care but till date no reply has been received regarding this issue.

Rs.30 per month. dail *456*124#, if you wish to dct.@"

      i don't activate any kind of service then how it's activate my cell phone model is Nokia N97 so through this model no chance to by mistake any activation i call costomer care , but they response they r not awear any deduction from my no.
      how it's possible network provider is not aware about any deduction.

      so, plz i requset you sir so need full action about this kind of froud, hear not a matter of 30 Rs but this type of lot's of 30 Rs deduct many pepole .

      BSNL — Activation of unrequested caller tune and money deduction

      I am having Bsnl prepaid( Pyari Jodi) No. [protected]. On july 2011 i received a call from Bsnl for selecting the caller tone. I end the call immediately since i do not want it. But after 5 minutes i was sent a message which was thanking for choosing caller tone and i was informed that an amount of Rs.12 and Rs.30 has been deducted from my prepaid balance as selection charge and for subscribing the tone. I didn't complaint to it. And on July 30th i called 56702 for deactivating the caller tone, and it says that i haven't yet subscribed any tone. But on August 1st, today i found Rs.40 has been deducted from my account. Bsnl services are worse and it seems on next month also caller tone will be automatically activated. So please register this complaint and i don't want anymore money deduction for unrequested caller tone. Please.

          I am a bsnl handset user from ponthenpuzha(manimala panchayat,kottayam dist,kerala) in which we have no network coverage at all in our area from many years back.but there is a tower in which ,it is not charged at all.All the bsnl customers are suffering a lot about this.As usual bsnl is the best network providers but here it is of no any use at all.So i kindly request u to do the appropriate solution for this as fast as possible.

                  Day before yesterday when I was going t make a call suddenly my cell was switched off and when i switched on it. It was displaying that my sim card has been rejected and it also wants me to enter a PUK code.Actually I don't that is a PUK code that's why I do not enter any number and my most precious numbers are also deleted from it.......Please help me!!!!!!!

                    I am using BSNL EVDO Service(Ph. no: [protected](Noida) - Unlimited 750 Plan). I am Experiencing a problem regarding internet service from BSNL. On 29th November my internet stopped working, so i checked my balance which was around 5400 yesterday dropped to 202 and then dropped to 0 and my account validity also reduced from April 2013 to Dec,2012. As i have unlimited service so it should not be because of my data usage. I have tried to contact BSNL Regarding this issue but have not received any response. I have also Registered a Complaint on BSNL Customer Portal(Docket no: K30UP304210). It's been more than a month and my problem has not been resolved & I have not received any information from the company as well. I have tried to contact BSNL Nodal officer, Noida SSA but no one is picking up the phone. I have also sent an email to PG Appellate Authority, UP west but have not received any response. I want to know on what basis they have deducted 5400 rs. I'll be very thank full to you if you help me in this matter.

                        i am a BSNL prepaid customer...in karnataka bsnl is frequently changing their tariff plans..for sms and also for voice calls...so we are not getting updates for the new tariffs....whenever we r asking to recharge some certain amounts in the shop,dey are getting confused...becoz last month dat certain amount STV was dere but not now...in this way we are getting troubles..except BSNL site dey are not sending sms for this new tariffs...so i request not to change the tariffs very frequently....mainly the sms Packs and Free calls STVs..

                          I am Retired Pensioner A.G.Swamy stating that my land line telephone No[protected] is under faulty condition since from three months back. I reported my complaint to I/C Telephone at Snkaralingapuram and as well as to SDO Telephone at Virudhunagar many more times but nothing action has been taken on my faulty telephone by BSNL staff till this date. I am submitting my complaint that my faulty dead telephone may be rectified at your earlist otherwise my telephone connection may be disbanded with immediate effect.

[protected].. yesterday an amount of rs.5/ has been deducted from my prepaid balance without my consent being the cost of WAP IPL pack which i never asked or agreed. i went to your local rajapalayam office and complained who have registered -docket number is DO4TN368328-bsnl. to my utter shock i have again received a sms stating that another rs.5/- has been deducted today the towards the same facility. what is the facility which i dont know i never wanted. who is bsnl to decide and deduct money from my account without my consent and having not provided any service. this has happened somrtime back also. when i complained your rajapalayam officials acknowledged and tried to rectify. but no refund came.. bsnl has to earn b y providing the reqired services not by stealing the helpless
                          customers. kindly verify, rectify and refund the u nauthorised deductions. if the same is not attended it will go to TRAIand letters to EDITOR

                            I have not received any security refund till now.

                            Same thing happened to me also. Almost all 2 years completed but BSNL people are not refunding the deposit money.

                            We enquired in the BSNL office but they given information as it will come by POST. But till now we have not received the amount

                              Dear Sir,

                              Sub: No Internet Access in Department of Commerce of HBC, Meluakavumattopm for the last one year

                              This is from Henry Baker College, Melukavumattom, Kottayam district Kerala State, affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. Our Computer Lab, Reprographic Centre, and different departments of the college have been connected with internet. The service has been provided by BSNL. The connections were given by Melukavumattom branch office of BSNL through the assistance of BSNL Office Erattupetta. In Department of Commerce of this college, even if there is a net connection, there is no internet access for the last one year. We informed this matter to Melukavumattom Branch of BSNL several times by directly meeting the staff. However, they are of the opinion that the service should be given by BSNL branch of Erattupetta, and moreover, the staff of the BSNL branch of Melukavumattom is of the opinion that the branch office faces shortage of adequate staff and hence this matter cannot be solved. We informed this matter to BSNL Erattupetta several times. However, no steps have been taken so far. Even though the BSNL authorities have given us internet connections in our college, they have not given us the details of the connections and the relevant numbers. We face problems in net access several times but no staff of either in Melukavumattom branch or Erattupetta branch hears our grievance. Expecting a favourable response from BSNL authorities.

                                The notice levels are so high it is impossible for people leaving adjacent to live peacefully .
                                Residences sleep & children studies are thrown out of gear since years even after complaint to BSNL head India operations.
                                Generator of exchange while running produces sound level as high it 80 to 90 decibel where in iit is has to be 40 decibel as per govt.. of India environment acts.
                                Also air conditions plants working 24Hrs. a day throughout the year produces equally bad sound level as so to 90 decibel.
                                Request for stringent action against responsible officers in violating environment acts of the country, and to set right whole system as per norms.
                                It is suggested to shutdown the operations until such measures are taken.
                                Please allow people to live peacefully and set the standards for other to follow environment rules.

                                  I have applied for transfer of bsnl landline telephone no.[protected] from mother to son.I approached to bsnl exchange serampore with all required documents. Dealing clerk accept the documents and forms. But even after six months job has not done. when i asked about the delay i got different reply at different times like dealing person is on leave, he is not in his table,supply failure,computer system failure, lost your documents are few excuse.
                                  Hence i request you to take appropriate measure to solve this problem.

                                    Recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from bank account

                                    My SIM validity has expired so to increase the validity I recharged my mobile online with STV 220 once but the recharge was unsuccessful and i got the message with reference no. [protected].Another time i tried to recharge with Plan continuation Nestham 180 days for validity extension. This time also recharge was failed with ref. no. [protected]. Both time the amount has been deducted from my account. The amount has not been refunded back...

                                    The connection installed some two weeks back is not working. The company charged Rs. 2100.00 for the router but it did not work & they replaced the router with additional charging of Rs. 600.00 but the connection is not working. I hereby surrender the connection. Bye-bye BSNL, I can't tolerate the messy service any more.

                                    bsnl wi-fi — lack of service

                                    i have taken bsnl broadband connection with wi - fi facility but it doesnot works at all..wi- fi is just a joke for bsnl.. i m fed up of bsnl they dont provide any service. they need a lot of improvement

                                    my under mentioned telephone was installes at my residence about 2 months ago which stopped working after few days. I contacted telephone ecchange to get it repaired but despite several complaints nobody listened to me. it is now more than a month that i am facing this problem. bsnl officer dont either dont attand their official phone or give a false assurence. Kindly help me out.

                                      I have surrendered my BSNL connection on August 24th of 2012 and informed that it will take 60 days for the refund which will be sent via cheque. As of today[protected], the cheque has not been dispatched and not refunded the money. However, when I went to the BSNL office they informed that it has been sanctioned and approved on Dec 06th 2012. But there is no fund and stopped issuing cheque for refund. The Junior Accounts Officer told me that they have forwarded the file to another department on 19th of Dec 2012.

                                      There is a delay of 4 months (more than 120 days) in which they have not refunded the money of Rs. 5811. I want them to pay with the penalty or interest when they refund the money. When there is a delay of BSNL bill payment we have asked to pay the penalty charges. But when they make such delay in refunding to customers, who will pay the penalty?
