[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Connection — Unsubscribe Caller Tune from my no.

i have tried several times to off the bsnl caller tune from my no [protected] by sending sms to 56700, but still it is active.pl do something to deactivate the callertune from my aforesaid no.

please unsubscribe my hellow tune [protected]

i want to set bsnl caller tunes to my friend mobile no pls send the tamil tunes list

Please dial 56700 from your prepaid (I dont know about postpaid) BSNL mobile and follow the instructions. Finally you can unsubscribe for the tune with immediate effect. just try it. I have done it successfully.

the tips of calling 56700 worked but I had to pay Rs. 8 for getting the caller tune unsubscribed it is a big cheating gang. bsnl caller tune service first offer things free of cost and without your consent start the service and deduct money from your account this is cheating cheating cheating and what else?????????

Unsubscribe Caller Tune from my no.
My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from HANUMANGARH TOWN, RAJASTHAN. Few days back unneccessarily caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for that. Now after calling to the customer care ([protected]), they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700. Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible.

my mobil no is [protected]. and connection is on MRS. GIRIJA KUMARI SAXENA. i want to close my coller tune immediate.

so many times i complaint that my hello tunes on my bsnl mobile no. [protected] must be deactivated because the hello tune was activated.
So, please deactivate hello tunes from my mobile no [protected]. as soon as possible . Otherwise i will disconnect my prepaid connection.

Please dial 56700 from your prepaid and then select 1 or 2 for language the select 9 and lastly type 2 for all cancellation. don't waist your time other wise you will be charged Rs. 2 per minute. I have done it.

i have dont use bsnl hello tune. but compny has charge me rupees. and i dont have costmercare no. so please disconnect the my bsnl hello tune. my mobile no. is [protected]. i am very agree and i complain the sub office of bsnl.

I hve recd sms from 58888010 i.e " Thanks 4 using Indiatimes subscription Services" Your Total cost is Rs 10.

It is very surprising for me to receive this sms as i have not opted for this subscription but still charges has been deducted from my a/c.

Request you to help out me in this query and stop this service.

hi i'm ravi using BSNL connection. my no. is [protected] & sim no. is[protected].An internet service is activated on my number.I'v tried so many times to deactivate it but customer care didnt provide any help.Due to that internet service,30Rs./month deducting from my balance.I want to deactivate that service and i want quick solution otherwise i will go for MNP service
