I have shifted to Vennela and my cell number is [protected]. Due to improper operation my name is taken as subscriber to BT-ONMOBILE and the SMS goes as follows "Bhasma derived from d vedic fire is called srautabhasma ... so on so forth" Sender: BT-ONMOBILE.
I have contacted the service provider/Helpline [protected] and called not less than 10 times. Each time I got different directions. Fed up with their guidance, since they are forcing us from piller to post. Whatever guidance I got and tried, each time my amount is cut. This is in addition of cutting of Rs. 25or 30 (jock pot). BSNL is unkind and hence this punishment. This is nothing but misleading the customer and BSNL has some hidden agenda to patronise the advertisers and empty the pocket of their users. This kind o[censored]nfriendly approach. driving the cell users to other providers.
IN THIS THE BT ONBILE DO NOT PROVIDE THIER NUMBER AND TAKEN GRANTED THAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR THEIR MESSAGES FOR EVER.
I request the good offices to show equal importance to cancel the unwanted messages vis-a-vis draining our prepaid amount, lest we have no choice to shift from BSNL. Thanq. K. Sambasivaiah.
