Dear Sir,
My Name is Manoj Tiwari, Bilaspur My Bsnl Prepaid Mobile No. is [protected]
I would like to inform u that bsnl has introduced a new series (under prepaid mobile Services) in chhattisgarh state at 15th august 09.
But the main Problem in whole chhattisgarh's customers using this series (starting from 94791XXXX) of prepaid mobile is that the other operator can not make call or can not send sms olso in these seies of mobile.
I have also registered a complain in bsnl customer care before 9 to 10 days ago. but the problem is still the same till the date.

my mob.no. is [protected] currently i m in hirmi raipur c.g. i m facing network problem since very long period i have complaint many times to customer care but did not given solution. Here every bsnl users are facing same problem, here bsnl tower is present in half km radius but still problem is persisting. we are thinking to stop your services if problem will not rectified within one week.

    I am trying to make call and complaint to bsnl on 1503 from last 2 weeks, but no one is picked up call, actually i would like to deactivate callertune, my postpaid no is [protected], kindly do the needful.

      D/Sir,
      I am using BSNL Broadband since last twoYear. From last few months broadband is not connecting properly. I contacted with broadband section, They are telling that there is no problem from their side. As the modem DSL is not stable, telephone exchange has to check the cable line. I have complaind several times to telephone exchange, they are not taking any step to check the cable line, My telephone No is[protected].
      Please take necessary action

      I have broadband connection with phone no.[protected]. This broadband connection is working at its will. I do not remain sure that it will work. The bill should contain the no where i should contact for any enquiry related to non function.
      I have tried [protected] but i hear only the ring voice. I t is really a tough job or a test to your temperament to get the call through.

      Dear Sir,
      Our Broadband is not working properly since the time the underground cable was ladid about one manth back, evry evening the boradband shuts down and then the IPTV also does not work and it is a problem when the net and TV both dont work. I have lodged so many complaints but to no avail. IPTV people say it is a BSNL problem and BSNL people say it is because of IPTV.
      Please do something.

      I have a broadband connection at home on land line #[protected] since the very beginning of allotting broadband connection at Annamanada Exchange falling under Mala. Further I have a e-mail Cafe at Meladoor where I have a broadband connection on # [protected]. While the former was connected at very early stage, the latter got connected recently so to say in the year 2008. Thereafter, there were many connections given within this area until which time, there was no interruption of NET light disconnection from the modem at home as well as at my Shop. Many a time I complaint and the concerned personnel visited but in vain.

      Further, I would like to mention here that I am being contacted by many from within my area about the same problem they are facing. So it is not only a problem with me alone but also with many. Therefore, it is a crucial problem that we are all facing here cautioning you to improve your service.

      Can I expect a responsible reciprocal action from your end to correct your otherwise maligned service?

      Broad band not working
      My bsnl broadband connection almost dead since 2nd august 09. No answer from mala exchange helpline number. I directly approached to the JTO and gave a written complaint regarding broadband connection. Then they replaced the modem, but internet not getting. I am paying Rs 500/ in each month.         Hi,

        I am from Modinagar[protected], I have handed-over my instrument 03-June-09 and all the necessery document to BSNL Govindpuri office Modinagar.

        I have got a cheque of worth Rs. 739 with cheque no. 447276, it was a PNB cheque.

        Bsnl current account -- [protected]

        I have given Rs 3000 as a security at the time of connection & submitted back at the time of handed over on 03-June-09.

        Problem detail -- I didnt get my full amount of security at the time of handed over my connection and instrument. Plz provide me the breakup of my Rs 3000 security, as i got only Rs739.

        i have cut down/ Cancel my LAND LINE connection on 26/11/2012 after payment of all due bill at Village-Samdari ( Telephone Exchange ) District-Barmer.

        As per the office i have to receive my deposit cheque with in 3 Months but after completing the 4 Months and
        few days still i have not received my refund.

          just please stop sales of NIC cards BSNl, Because it is use less there is no good speed
          In my area at hyderabad, village : INJAPUR it is 7kms longer from tower, and just 13 kms longer from Hyderabad even though there is nogood download speed, some time it will not give service it says connection with remote computer is failed.so please try to improve "performance" not salariesor rental price.

            I Am using bsnl nic card(device is huai ec325)its speed is very less in my area
            village INJAPUR, City HYDERABAD, State Andhra Pradesh.
            It is use less product to broadband all the use of it to bsnl in the form of money.It will not provide even 10kbps of download speed, so please make changes to saticify users, because the network speed is too slow, not even good service, but we expect better service even after launching of 3G services please increase speed and constant signal. and do not increase rent B'coz there is no chance to return the product

              I am owner of BSNL landline connection at Anand, Gujarat connection no is[protected]
              on same number i have bsnl broadband connection.

              Every time when I try to connect internet friquently ADSL lndicator is become off. After trying a lot it comes again

              I complain to Anand bsnl authoritys many times but they can't solve problem
              Technicians fron telecom says there is a problem of loop from exchange to connection box cabel, , we will change loop shortly and your problem will solve..
              but still today they can't solve this problem
              please do somthing to solve my problem

                BSNL offers free roaming all over haryana including chandigarh, panchkula and mohali from 01 august, 2009. I am living in Pinjore and working in mohali. its a best offer to me so i was purchased a new pre-paid connection dt. 10 Aug 2009 of BSNL bearing No. [protected]. But when i am entered in chandigarh there no signal in chandigarh area including mohali. i already gave the number to all my colleague and relative. I request you to pls look after this problem seriously.
                I have travelled all over the world with very little issue, but come to Chandigarh and your phone stops working. Amazingly masses of data travels round chandigarh but obviously the mobile network here is absolute pants.

                    We have no proper Wifi signal . Due to that we cannot contact anybody properly . Please take any action to this.

                    We have taken bsnl broadband connection from last month and from past two weeks there is no proper connection .Always the SIGNAL FLUCTUATES so we are not able to access the internet.Kindly get a solution for this problem .even the local authorities have behaved in a neglecting manner and have not responded to our complaints.

                      Dear Concern,
                      With great frustration and hope i am writing this mail to bring to your notice the poor service and rude behaviou of officer sitting in Dalmianagar Exchange(Bihar)(code 06184).i am using broad band connection from 24th of june 2009 but not even for single day it has worked properly.i am contionously making complaint to the exchange people on land line as well as mobile no of the officer, landline no on which i am making complaint are 253000, 253456, 25399(std code 6184)but no action is taken.Most of time i am encountring error 678, some time wrong user id and password, phone line bussy etc.
                      To the some extent it was ok from 20th of july to 21st of august but again from 22nd of august i am not been able tro connect even.I have made regular complaint every day but have got no revert on the same only they say it will be done even some time they disconnect the call.

                      Plz help me to get out of the problem ASAP.

                          I have placed a request for a new land line connection on 8th of August 2009 with all the required documents and initial deposit of Rs. 500/-. I was assured to get a new connection within a week.
                          But till date there is no connection till date.
                          When contacted I was told various reasons everyday. Sometime they tell that it is not feasible. Sometime they tell they are sending people immediately. They have also told that they dont have wires!! One person also told me that they are waiting for BBMPs approval.
                          i dont understand the issue they tell me. In my building already there are 3 BSNL landline connections present then why it is not feasible for another connection.
                          These public sector companies have to change with time else they will slowly extinct! They are no where compared to service with the private companies.

                          It has been more than two months since I have applied for a new Landline connection at Kaikhali, PO: Airport, Kolkata, but nothing has been done till now. I have had given 'N' number of calls to the nearest exchange, SD officer in charge and even registered a complain with the Public Grievance officer but to my plight, no-body gives attention to it.

                          I had tried to get a new land line connection from BSNL last year. I had filled the form and all formalities and was waiting for my Land line connection to implement. but it didn't and the officials said that we cant give you a connection in the locality until and unless someone else remove his/her connection. Same reason was given this year too. They don't want to lay a new connection. Its pathetic for such a big company and in a city like Jodhpur (Rajasthan).                           im from vizag applied for new land connection on 2/2/2014.Till now no bsnl official gave connection .Becuase of no time i have applied it on internet .A person approached me and collected money and next day he gave me the landline no .but coming to connection no response from them.my alloted land line no is [protected]
                          The representative from BSNL called me personally and collected application form together with registration charges of Rs 500/- in cash about one year back.( I do not remember the exact date ) ie in the month of July 2014, promising that the new connection will be provided within two days time. I have been reminding now and then but they are callous and gave impertinent replies. I was driven from pillar to post. Recently upon contacting, they gave me two numbers one by name Uma[protected] and another one by name Ashoknarayan [protected]. These people have no patience to hear the complaint. they gave a routine answer that they will look into this. I wanted a new line in the name of my son NRI Thotapalli Saiprasannakumar, No:125, @nd cross, Rain Bow Drive, Sarjapur road, Carmelarampost, Bengaluru 560035. There are already 2 land line connections none with internet connection another number in the name of Padma and the internet connection is in the name of Thotapalli Sreenivasamurthy, [protected] and another number is 25831125, in carmelaram exchange.Will you please atleast take some concrete action in this regard or you too would take it easy and give a routine reply " we will look into the matter"

                                I am using GPRS-99 from the last one year.I had no complaint against it.But on Monday[protected], wnen I was browsing internet in my laptop, Rs.119/- deducted from my main balance.Though I had activated GPRS-99 on 14-Dec-2009.I have already given a wriitten complaint to the SDE, Dhenkanal and also registered a complaint through the customer care and the complaint no.is - 3984654.Till now I don't get any response from anyone.Please kindly solve my problem and refund my money back.

                                  BSNL mobile stealing money from his own mobile customers, that how it happens is.. by knowingly they are activating service messages from 12555 like Devetonal type message or such questions for Example: today who will won the match? giving 2 options for it. or from 12555 3 devotional sms 3/4 messages if we get is ok.. if we are getting continuously daily these kind of message, we get irritated and to deactivate these service message from 12555 its not free, they are detecting money of Rs.5. Just think about this matter Knowingly activating service unwanted messages and for deactivate these type of messages asking money... think about all mobile customers as started wish to deactivate spending money... how many lakhs they earn with out providing valuable service... be alert...

                                  when i asked customer care they are not having rights to deactivate such service. The customer can only deactive through message by spending money of Rs.5 as to type UNSUB ALL to 12555.even then also they are not ready to deactive immediately my Mob.No.is [protected]

                                    Most of the telephone lines in Naigaon area are not working.
                                    Our telephone line is not working since last two months, even after complaining so many times no repairing is done .
                                    But BSNL never forget to send the bills.
                                    Now it's time to discoonect the Line, I'm going to give a written complain with my bill now to disconnect the line.
                                    I'm frustated using thier line.

                                      I would like to inform that, CRBT (caller ring back tone) automatically debited to my a/c. I was trying to call one number in TN and after few minutes i got debit advice for Rs.30/ for selecting CRBT. Which is totally wrong and unfair. I called the customer care and told me that i have pressed the button. They are mischievously making money. It shold be stopped
