[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid — wrong balance deduction

My mob: [protected]. I did complaint on 11th May for wrong deduction of balance near about 480 Rs. But till date i didn't got any responce from customer care also.

prepaid Services — wrongly information

I am seenivasan my mobile number is [protected],
properly some amounts or deputed in my Mobil number account.
your customer care officers were wrongly informasation and
not solving that problem

so you will suddenly action on this problem and solve it.

BSNL Prepaid — balance deduction

My cell no:[protected]. I activated GPRS230 on 1-dec-09. I also got a confirmation sms that it will be valid till 31-dec-09. I was also charged Rs.230 from my account. But when I used GPRS I was being charged for browsing. When I complained in BSNL office they said that GPRS230 facility was removed and hence I was being charged. But BSNL could had cancelled my request for activating GPRS230 which they didnt do. Why should I be charged for which they didnt provide service.
These government services are horrible all the time.

BSNL Prepaid Services — not required of backup data

Today. wrongly sms for back up data can be accessed . But i have not required of this services.
So, kindly stopped this services immediatelly to my mobile and credited the amount ( Rs. 30.00) which deducted in my credit balance and oblige me.
I request you again to stopped the services immediatelly and inform me to my e mail address & mobile no.

SIR ON[protected] I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSEAGE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBE FOR BSNL FREE HELLO TURNE AND DEDUCTED RS. 25. THIS IS KIND FOR YOUR INFORMATION THAT I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED ANY KIND OF HELLO TUNES. AND I MADE COMPLAINT 2 TIMES IN YOUR COUSTOMER CARE IN 24365 COMPLAINT NO. 3580806 ON[protected] AND DATED[protected] COMPLAINT NO. 3593189 BUT IT ASSUMES THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. ALREADY 7 DAYS GO MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE. THEREFOR I REQUESTED THAT PLEASE TAKE MY PROBLEM SERIOUSLY. I KNOW BSNL IS VERY HUGE NETWORKING BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES. SO I REQUESTED YOU PLEASE REFUND BY BALANCE OF RS. 25/- WHICH IS WRONGLY DEDUCTED BY YOU.

BSNL Prepaid Services — deduct wrong balance from my account

BSNL prepaid service provider activated 17 call tune on my number within 10 minute and diducted my account balance according to Rs 12 per caller tune.
when i complaint regarding it,the the customer care executive said that i note your complaint but not sure that your balanced will be refund by BSNL.............
plese sir/madam , help me........
tell me right path to getting my balance.........

BSNL Prepaid Services — about loss of my balance ie Rs10 for 2 local sms

SIR today at 8:30am i sent two local sms from my mobile no.[protected] then the BSNL service provider sent me message that he charged Rs5 for each message even though i had 1paise offer to each sms. Then i call to the customer care 3times but they didn't received my request they use to keep receiver aside after receiving my call. SIR PLEASE HELP ME I AM A STUDENT.................
My prepaid no. is [protected]. on 30/11/10 we recharge my no with rs 55 recharge card sr no[protected] & secret code is [protected]. after recharge successfully my a/c balance go to negetive 39.450 autometically. How it possible. & no one service is activated in it. Please check My above no. & inform me.

MY COMPLAINT IS THAT MY PREPAID CARD BALANCE AUTOMATICLLY DEDUCT BY COMPANY WITHOUT ANY CONFERMATION OR ANY PERMISSION FROM ME FROM LAST 4 TO 6 SIX MONTH MY CARD BALANCE RS. 45 DEDUCT TWO TIMES FIRST TIME I CALL AT THEIR CALLCENTER THEY REPLY THAT WE REVISE THAT AFTER 24 HOURS THAN AFTER I CALL 2 DAYS THIS TIME NOW PERSON COME ON LINE AND TOLD THAT WE SEND YOUR YOUR REQUEST AT OFFICE . DURUNG MY ALL CALL THEY PUT ON HOLD MY SO I TYERD AFTER THIS I NOTHING TO DO THEN AFTER 2 OR 3 MONTH SECOUND TIME MY BALANCE DEDUCTD FOR SOME DEVOSNAIONAL SONG THEN I GIVE COMPLEAIN IN WRITTEN MY COMPLEAIN AT LAST MONTH THEY GIVE ME INWARD NO THEN THEY DO NOTHING THEN AFTER TOO MUTCH TIME I GOT CALL FROM BSNL FROM NO[protected] THAT FOR INQUIRY BUT CALLAR HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY COMPLAIN SO HE SAY THAT I CHEAK YOUR COMPLAIN AND CALL BACK TO YOU

SO I PLACE COMPLAIND ONCE MORE FOR BALANCE AND MY TIME WAST

I PURCHASED MY BSNL SIM AND THAT GOT ACTIVATED ON 07/03/13 AT 10:34 PM AND RECHARGED WITH 200 RS TOP UP AND 135 RS STV IN WHICH I GOT 175 RS MAIN BALANCE AND 6 HRS 40 MIN IN STV WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE ON 16 MAR 13 IT WAS SHOWING MY MAIN BALANCE WAS 155 RS.WHEN I INQUIRED WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I CALLED ON ISD NO [protected] ON 07/03/13 AND DEDUCT MY 7 RS WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY REST ie 13 RS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE ONLY 10 DAYS OF RECORD.
FACT IS I RECHARGED MY PHONE ON 09/03/13 SO HOW CAN I CALL 07/03/13?SINCE TIME IS TOTAL TEN DAYS WHEN WAS ACTIVATED SO THEY R NOT GIVING THE RECORD OF MY 13 RS.MY BSNL NO IS [protected].
