I applied for Bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. I bought my own modem. I got the connection 4 days back. But the modem requires a Portal Username and password during configuration to ping it to the server. I called up the customer care and got the username and password, however it is not working. Hence I raised a complaint via Bsnl customer care. As Im working in an MNC, I couldn't be at home always,...
my telephones voice is very low and to the telephone.
pls rectify the problem

past one year my Telephone No.[protected] is not working properly. we accepting the incoming call and outgoing call only ten days per month. after ten days the line disconnected. if i give the complaint, this will clear after one ot two month. we are paying the our telephone bill without any incoming and outgoing.please i request you to give a prompt service as soon as possible,
BSNL — VOICE NOT CLEAR & VERY LOW
MY PHONE NO.[protected] IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.MANY TIMES I COMPLAINT TO 198.THE VOICE COMING TO US IS VERY LOW & NOT CLEAR.THE BSNL COMPANY EMPLOYEE ARE NOT LISTENING TOWARD CUSTMER.INSPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDER BUT NOT RESPOSE FROM YOUR SIDE.SO PLS AGAIN & AGAIN REQUEST U SEE THE MATTER IMMEDATELY.
