Our company has having landline[protected] at lloyds chamber, mangalwar peth. We have shifted our office in may 2008 & we had to get our previous landline no changed to this no. Our phone was being frequently dead in september 2008 & october 2008. After lot of complaints we got it ok.
Regarding bills: since may 2008, we have not received single oringinal bill from bsnl, each time we have to go to their bhavani peth office to get bill. There also never gets the original bill, after waiting gives the duplicate bill. And asks to enquire in post office for bills, when enquired in post office they said we have stopped to distribute bsnl bills, enquire to bsnl only. Each month we have to send someone 2-3 times in a month for getting this bill, wasting time, manpower & money. Though we are customer we have to bear this to avoid any inconvience by bsnl if bills not paid in time. Please look into this matter.

I am a BSNL WLL subscriber, tele no. 20266054, the last 4 months.
I got a bill for Rs 3409/- for the period 1/9/2008 to 31/10/2008(bill no.[protected] dtd 7/11/2008), which showed a previous balance of Rs 1110/-.
On contacting Mr Pawar, A O Mobile (Cell No.[protected], landline[protected] he told me that the same would be amended by him, as it was reflected erroneously.
My peon went for a fresh bill thrice to a customer service centre, but the bill was not amended.
I got a printout of transactions in the last 6 months from my bank, wherein it was found that BSNL had not presented Indian Overseas Bank cheque no. 304045, issued by me in favour of BSNL.
Apparently the cheque was incomplete.
Why could Mr Pawar not have given me this same information in my first talk I had with him.
Must have called him up at least 9 times, besides sending my peon thrice to the service centre.
I have availed of the EVDO internet access on my PC.
As per the initial product literature I believed that it had upto 2 MBPS speed
Usage the last 4 months leaves me doubtful of this claim.
At the best of times, that is late night or early morning, the speed usually goes upto 500 kbps or once it had gone upto 590 kbps.
2 MBPS speed has been a mirage.
Any scope for improvement.
Hope BSNL can throw some light !
I live in the Kondhwa area. We have not been receiving bills for the past 4 months. I went to the BSNL office near Poona College to get a duplicate bill and for some corrections. The lady over there helped me and was very efficient but she agreed that there was some problem with consumers in Kondhwa not receiving bills. This month again we have not received the bills. I wonder when this problem will get sorted out. Two of my neighbours are elderly people and it seems their line got disconnected because they did not pay the bill which they never received.

BSNL. Pune — Phone is not shifted to new location, it has being more than a month

We have summited the request in the end of September for shifting our landline. But it is not shifted yet. I have followed them many time but most of the time there is no one in the office to take the complaint. I ask for the complaint register also but there is no such thing in there office.

But since 17th March, 2010, my landline phone has been disconnected.
To pay the bill is not a problem from my side. But i think that there shall be follow up from ur side also before disconnecting the service.

We have registered complaint about our telephone line 26930466 havin a lot of disturbance. The teleohone 26930366 is also not functioning properly, as a result the internet page is not displayed of gets frequently interrupted during working hours. We are finding great difficulty in communicating / responding to the emails we receive. This situation has been for more than a month. The reply we have been receiving is there is a major problem and we are working on it. But no positive commitment i made in this regard. It appears from this response that customers has to be entirely at the mercy of BSNL. Hope your servicesand responses improve. - Joe Fernandes
Bsnl always getting billing errors. Firstly since i wanted a new internet connection i had to give a chq of rs.750/-. And then got connected but for six months after that i never recd any bills. Since had taken connection from franchisee they told me not to worry and the bill would come. Though i did remind them every month and they kept saying a lot of people from the complex have not recd the bills also. It did come for all the months together and with late payment fee which i refused to pay since they told me there was a technical error which is no fault of mine. Finally a mr. Khare from bsnl called me and told me ok i will see that you do not pay the penalty for late payment. From then on every bill carried forward arrears so finally my did advised me to pay annual which i did and now i have got a bill after paying annual of arears and late payment penalty of rs.763?- which i know is the carry forward of the security deposit with penalty. Spoke to mr. Nalle from salunkhe vihar exchange who asked me all the details and asked me to contact my did. My did asked for a xerox of the last 2 bills and told me to pay the chq as the annual would start from april. Later i saw that it was mentioned in the bill annual from 1/3 2013 to 28/3/2014. Hence the person working for my did told me not to pay the chq. Then i called up my did and told him to look at the bill and he seemed little annoyed and said he will look up the matter and get back to me. Also in between spoke to a lady from bsnl and told her i had paid the security deposit on 16/4/12 which was encashed on 19/4/12 and the bank name and chq number. She told me dont you have a recpt which was not given to me hence i said no and she took my mobile number down saying since it is so old i need to check our records. Till date it is more than a month but she has not got back to me. Bsnl have lack of communication problems hence these errors...2 officers called me but still the same has not been rectified though they promised to rectify the same.

    My Teliphone No is[protected].I am a BB customer of BSNLfor more than last 6 months. My Phone along with BB connection have been shifted from Dabagarden Exchange to Industrial Exchange during Oct 08, due to shifting of my residence.

    I have been encountering the following problems in my BB and Phone since the very day of shifting my connection. I have been running pillar to post by approaching concerned JE, DE(BB), and the over all in charge of DEs etc sice last one month but in vain.

    1)Frequent disrruptions of BB connection.
    2)Coplete faileres/maximum failures during the time between 6PM and 6AM.
    3)In coming calls to the phone is being blocked frequently.
    4)unale to open the Usage account of BB even when the BB connection is established

        I have been using internet in a very limited access and for the first 2 -3 months of my usage the bill was noramal with Home 250 plan . I had actually paid the whole years bill in advance. But in bill of September month i was shcoked to see a bill amount of about Rs.3700 and i had also made the payment to avoid any late charges. I had not used the net that much nor did i download any data . I used to only check mails.I had written letter to the Divisional Engineer Ambattur telephone exchange but as usual no reply. This month again the bill for the month of Octoberthe bill value has come to Rs.6800. Please suggest me as to how do i take action for this wrong billing from BSNL.

          my phone has a grooming sound when me receives a phone call while the net connection is in use. so in order to reduce this the connection wires are to be changes or under ground cable connetion is to be installed. the connection wires are are connected in so many pieces, so please give a good connection.

            What a stupid advertisement relating the connection of the broadband its a great shame to say that
            being a top of the service provider they lack the time for providing connection timely
            since April, 2008 a regitared application still in the hand of those people . but every time the same story of connection that they havenot recived any machines...
            Is there any person who can bring the thing into the work??????
            Iresponsible...
            You have installed BSNL broadband connection to our Mills before
            2 months. But, unfortunately, it is not still working and not active. We have made complaints several times to SDE, Chathannoor and Dvsnl.Officer, Kollam. But till date, the
            complaint is not seen rectified. Kindly arrange to repair the
            complaint and make our connection O.K.

              My broadband connection at my telephone number[protected] has not been working for the last about a week. Suddenly at the time of connecting to DATAONE it has started showing the message " your password or id is not correct". while I have not changed the same nor altered. Repeatedely trying to contact the concerened person at Khadki Exchange has not yielded any result.

              dataone — slow speed

              i have a 900 home plan ...they promised me a connection speed of 12 mbps...and abot 2 mbps dwnload speed ..
              what a shame i get only 40 kbps dwnload spd @ the max

              personal use — not working of dial-up internet

              Dial-up internet is not working on telephone no 2457481 since last five months. Problem of remote computer i.e. server connectivity appears. Applied for broad band connection during April-May 2007. Now understood application is un-traceble
              Dataone connection on my telephone 26657619 is extremely slow and erratic. Can hardly connect.
              Our broadband not working from last 10 days. My visited at Kothrud exchange at least 20 times. But nobody look after. All the avoiding works. They are taking shelter either of port or binding. No body ready to do the work. Services are very bad. If not improved immediately I will surrender my land line & broad band. Because my need is broadband & not land line. As & when they connected broad band land line remains dead most of times. If situation not improved immediately I will not pay any deposit, rent, bill, modem charges. Working of Kothrud exchange is not customer freindly. Immediate steps needed to improve it. I request to concern authority to look in to matter personely. I also request to aquent these thing to Principal General Manager.Things not improved customer will not turn to BSNL
              Our broadband is not working from last 45 days.Have visited wakad exchange at least 10 times. have been calling Mr. Dolas - [protected] & Mr. Yadav on 27270000 / 27260000 many times. He does not have the courtsey to respond. Exchange employees are lethargic and negative attitude minded lot. They are deliberately avoiding or pushing the buck from one table to another. Nobody is interested to resolve the issue but all are in prolonging the complaint. All are intentionally avoiding work. They are taking shelter either of port or binding. No body ready to do the work. Services are very bad. If not improved immediately, we will surrender our land line & broad band. we are intiating the process of refund of monthly fixed amount as we are unable to utilise services. when they connect broad band, land line remains dead most of times. If situation not improved immediately We will not pay any deposit, rent, bill, modem charges. Working of wakad exchange is not customer freindly. Immediate steps are needed to improve it. I request the concerned authority to look in to matter personally. We also request the Principal General Manager to look into this on urgent basis. BSNL is steadily moving towards worse from BAD.               My broad Band not working again. The services are very worst. Therefore I will not make the payment of bill. Please dissconnect my landline & broad band. I will change my service provider.
              No body look after towards the esteem customer.
              My broad band is very slow for the last four weeks. It takes around 80 seconds for OUTLOOK EXPRESS to open. I cannot enjoy videos - buffering after every 45 seconds or so. I made complaint a couple of times and there is no improvement. Previously the services were very efficient.

              Personal — broad band is very slow

              The broad band connection is given from telephone line. Internet disturbance is prevailing when telephone is operated, from day one of the broad band connection. The local inspectors, line men are unable to attend and solve the problem. While using internet, when an incoming phone call comes, the internet either disconnects or the phone line will be very noicy. The speed as specified by bsnl i.e., 100mbps is not really comming. I want some one to attend this problem personally from the bsnl side and solve this inconvenience.

              personal use — Broad Band connection not working

              I bought the bsnl broad band connection last 4 months back. My No. is 27887393. I am totally unhappy of your services. When call the Thiruttani BSNL Broad Band Service Prividers, always come with modem to their office. When reach office they said its our chennai connectivity problem. It will recetified another one or two days. I never seen these types of services.

              Please kindly look into this matter very serious and urgent. And do the needfull.

              The services provided by the BSNL PUNE are really pathetic. The dept has no responsibility whatsoever.
              1.My tele instrument is lying faulty since last 22 days. complaint lodged, personal visits. and personally requesting lineman to change the instrument has failed.
              2. My broadband is not responding.complaint also lodged, on 28 aug, docket no 201362spoken to GM personally at 24451333 still no response. who is to be blamed? why govt is spending so much on this dept. is it heading the air india way.Pl do something.

              It was assumed that the bill that was under dispute and the delay caused for want of clarification, thereby your office must have discontinued the broadband facility. However having paid the bill amount still the connectivity has not been established. The error of 815 is CONTINUOSLYappearing while opening, THE SAME has been personally registered with the concerned officials on 17th September 09.               I told lot of time to DE.. but still they are not taking any action.. he always tell me that.. today its not possible coz the guy is on leave, today the guy will come and check the wire, today I will definately look into this situation.. sometimes he says that the problem is at your home only..

              if the problem is at my home only then why this hell BSNL is working fine in Cyber Cafe which is just opposite my home.. ?

              BSNL - DATA ONE — Erratic Internet Connection and slow speed

              Respected Sir,

              I have been using BSNL Data one, from the day it was launched. From past 1 year the connection is so pathetic that I feel I am being robbed of my money ( Rs. 1350/- per month ).

              Apart from this, I work from home for several days in a week and this pathetic connection has caused many embarrassing moments and affected my career. I have lodged more than 100 complaints ( can be verified by their own complaint register and docket #s ) coupled with innumerable phone calls. INspite of wasting my time and money on these un-necessary things, they have not rectified the problem and even as I lodge this complaint, the problem persists.

              I would like to charge BSNL with a case of FRAUD and dereliction of duty causing immense harm .

              BSNL has very bad customer care services. Most of the time broad will not work but they will charge you full.
              I have my own experience that, they charged me for modem that I have never taken from them. On enquiry they are saying this is sent by MYway and you should talk to myway.
              Since than I am not paying my bill. Why should I pay for the modem that I have never taken from BSNL.
              I guess Tikona has paid them a heafty amount to create such problem, so that customer will shift to them..

              Similar is the case with me.My Boradband connection with BSNL is not working at all since last 3/4 months. It hardly gets connected for not more than 10/15 mins and then again gets disconnected.When I personally contacted to Kothrud exchange office and checked if there is any problem with my modem, they have identified that there is no problem with the modem but the problem with the telephone line itself and it needs to replaced.I'm continously following up with kothrud exchange staff about the replacement of my telephone line.But I'm getting answers from them saying the line man is not in today, he went for his personal marriage leave something like that.When I asked them why not you asked some other line man to take this up and sort this out then the person responded saying escalate this to senior managers.

              I just shifted to Indrayani Nagar, sector-1, Bhosari, Pune. I wanted to take bsnl broad band connection.I do not have land line connection currently.I visited the BSNL office at landewadi, bhosari for same.I have been told there that as my building is new so I can not get new connection due to some technical problems.If I already had land line connection then they would have given me broad band connection. But they did not explain those technical problems. Instead they suggested me to subscribe for 3G service. So we had demo at my home of 3G.But 3G's performance/speed is very poor in indrayani nagar.

              I take this opportunity to introduce you myself as 67 years young, consulting engineer and geo-physicist. In the last week I have posted you a post-card stating my grievances about the telephone instrument and mainly regarding the broad band connectivity. To day, at about 13hrs. the complaint is attended by Shree Shreekant Darje(M. No.[protected]). To the best of his competencies every functions are started functioning except the wireless is not working on Linux Fedora14 for which I am keen; but I can understand his limitations and assured him now I am sure to get some help through for the said problem and once it starts functioning I will let you and BSNL to know about the same without any reservations.

              The wireless mode was working in my bed-room and I was working on line it stopped after about 45minutes when my son Sumant(20years old) was on the other laptop on the same connectivity. To the best of my knowledge my son notoriously changed the settings made by Shree Shreekant; as he used to harass me to the extent of my life on the provocation and support of her mother for last three years. To the best of my knowledge the disturbing the settings made by BSNL authority is an offence( may not be cognisable). The Telephone connection[protected] is In the name of Mrs. Rajeshwaree R. Bhide.

              My last interaction also i had a problem as I did not recieve my bill for 6 months as there was error in their billing computer and since it was my first bill to be paid i had no customer number hence could not pay and when i get a bill its for a whopping amount +PENALTY.I refused to pay the penalty for what was not my fault and only paid the amount i was supposed to pay and someone from accounts called me and i explained everything to them who said never mind the penalty dont pay it and from now on as requested by you per letter we will send you yearly bill.BUT NO AM STILL GETTING MONTHLY BLLS .the current nbill also ad arrears of the last billnot paid when they had been informed why+ penalty charges rs.15 and not realsising I paid the total amount and then realised why should i pay penalty for something which is not my fault.I spoke to my franchise who said dont worry we will get back the money in the next bill.I HOPE THE NEXT TIME THEY SEND ME A YEARLY BILL..MY TEL NO IS [protected].

                        I lot my cell recently. I wanted to know whether there was any call made from this mobile during that time. However BSNL is denying to give any call details. Why the call details are hidden from the cosumers? We have paid for the service and I think we have rights to get the details. By hiding the call details, BSNL is trying to save the people who steal the mobie because we never get the call details, that way never abale to trace the person.

                        Hope this will change. After providing the correct identity atleast BSNL should provide the call details.

                            My residence number is[protected]. It is dead since last one week and complaint hs been registered twice in one week. Still it is not rectified.i am a govt employ in KERALAstate.When i complained to the BSNL office they give a conformation code, R420.but they cant take any acion, there is a bad response from th BSNL office.I complained in the date[protected] onwards.My connection is under the BSNL exchange VALLIKUNNAM, Kerala.the main exchange is KAYAMKULAM..So immediate take an action as early possible.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I send online landline connection form after sending form. BZ-BSNL send sms to me for request successfully created Lead Id MHKOL[protected]. Then 18-01-14 send a message from BZ-BSNL to contact Konnur Mohammed Ismail given mobile number. 20.01.2014 call from office for enquiry name & place. Then 22.01.2014 i call office for next what heppen they told us for go to office & fill form. 23.01.2014 i gone to office. They to me that our side no give new connection aloso told there is no available cable for connection. Last year January i going for connection they told same for one year bsnl solve problems for new connection. i also told them for take form for connection and whenever available cable & start to give new connection then give to me first preferance but they are not ready to give form & take new connection form. so pls check what happen.

                              I HAD TAKEN A CONNECTION OF DATAONE 500C PLAN ON 31 OCT. 2008.SAME DAY I CAME TO KNOW THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING, SO I COMPLAINED OF IT ON 1 NOV. 2008. REPORT NO. IS 5402476.THEN ON 12 NOV. I FILED A NEW COMPLAINED. NO IS 5463533. BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED OUT YET. I AM VERY DISAPPOINT WITH THE REACTION OF CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL. ANYONE THERE DOESNOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS.I AM HELPLESS NOW.
                              I am Bsnl dataone modem with siemens c2110 availed from BSNL.After few months of connection, on using broadband ther appears a window messaging"GENERIC HOST ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM...".Then connection is lost and to reconnect i have to restart the computer and the process continues.
                              Then i called a computer mechanic he formatted the window and made some setting in modem, he did the connection direct i.e., i need not have to put username and password to connect dataone.After few hours it got disconnected .I then made right click from my mouse and clicked connect.Soon the new created icon lost and all the lights of modem now glows continuously.
                              I asked BSNL to replace modem they refused to change it saying there is no warranty.
                              WHAT SHOULD I DO?
                              Please give direction.

                                very very poor service, many times the EVDO have a low signal or no Tower problem, but in BSNL side there is no any response. I think please avoid BSNL EVDO service, esko leena maatlab mind tension ho jayega BSNL ko complane kartey kartey, but apki koi nahi sunega.

                                  I have already purchased and paid for BSNL tunes - tune code 110646 - Haule Haule song and Rs.12 is also deducted from my balance. But the song played on ringing at my number is different - that of bsnl tune itself. On website, it even displays the tune of 110646 in my album, but still the song played is different. Please attend to it as soon as possible or give back my Rs.12 in the balance.

                                  1) Dear subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 25 for ur BSNL tunes. Enjoy the service for the next 30 days. Ur next bill date is 28.10.2009

                                  2) You have been charged Rs. 12 for your BSNL Tunes request.

                                  The above amount deducted from my account. I have not any request sent to bsnl for tunes. Without my request , How do you deduct money from my account? .

                                  Please take necessary action and credit the above amount to my credit.

                                  If you not take any action within a week, I will lodged a compliant againt BSNL Cell One in consumer court.

                                  And also I not yet received any tunes so for. So do not activate any bsnl tune service to my mobile.

                                  TODAY ONLY I SPENT ARND RS.80/- TO UPLOAD A CALLER TUNE FORM FILM ANJANA ANJANI- TUJHE BHOOL...BUT BSNL PEOPLE UPLOAD A SIMLE RINGING TONE...I DNT UNDERSTAND IF WUD WANTED TO UPLOAD ASIMPLE TRING TRING...THEN WHY THE HELL I WUD WASTE 8O BUCKS FOR THE TUNE...MOREOVER I CALLED UP BSNL PEOPLE...THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN...THATS REALLY PHATHETIC...IF MY COMPLAINT WILL NOT BE PAID ANY HEED I M GONNA CATCH THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OR I WILL APPROACH MEDIA FOR THIS THIS IS TOTAL HARRASMENT...IF THEY CNT PROVIDE U ANY SMART SERVICE THEN I THINK THEY SHOULS STEP BACK...OTHER COMPANIES R DONIG GREAT JOB...

                                    I am Jobi Joseph having mobile no [protected].Without any request from me it has been noted that caller tune got activated to my mobile while deleting an SMS from BSNL.since then it is charging Rs.9 and Rs.20(totalRs.29) from my mobile each month.when calling customer care i never got any assistance;it says all r busy, try later...!!! I am trying CSC last 2 weeks!!!.
                                    I need to cancel that stupid caller tune and save my money.
                                    There is no information in BSNL site for how to cancel caller tune and no customer care mail address too.
                                    pls note into this and help me.

                                    Without any request from me when calling another number [protected] the caller tune from that number got copied to my phone number [protected]. And again when I called [protected] from my other mobile [protected] this time again the caller tune got copied to this phone. We tried to call the customer support ( [protected] and [protected]) many times after a long wait a support assistant will come on line and after hearing our complaint will put me on hold and after some time the call would be disconnected. At last two days after the caller tunes were mistakenly downloaded on our phone when we made another calll to customer care this time the assistant said no complaint had been registered so far and registered our complaints and gave us a complaint number (61547)too. She asked us to wait for a SMS from bsnl regarding further procedure and then follow instructions. We did recieve a sms and we followed the instruction to deactivate the caller tune but the message sending failed even after repeated attempts. I want BSNL to deactivate the caller tune for which I had made no request and also reimburse (return or credit) me the money they deducted from my prepaid connection on both the numbers mentioned below:

                                      I applied for Bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. I bought my own modem. I got the connection 4 days back. But the modem requires a Portal Username and password during configuration to ping it to the server. I called up the customer care and got the username and password, however it is not working. Hence I raised a complaint via Bsnl customer care. As Im working in an MNC, I couldn't be at home always,...
