landline 26692868 is dead since 07/07/2008.I have already lodged complaint at BSNL exchange, yerawada, but still no action is taken.The telephone is very much need due to some medical reason to our house.It has been noticed that some culprits are playing with the wires at junction box to which my phone is connected, as the box is without shutter.So kindly do favour for me.Also if possible change the instrument as it some times get faulty due to its loose cradle & buttons.

landline 26121203 is dead since 10/11/2008.I have already lodged complaint at BSNL exchange, Complent num is :[protected])233707 but still no action is taken.The telephone is very much need for our Share Broking Firm. So kindly do favour for me as soon as.

In the last month I have taken broadband connection. 25 days before I have made complaint & requested to provide smooth & effective service. But my request not considered & gone in vein. Because
again I am experiencing very irritating services. First of all the connection is not established showing error No 678 that REMOTE COMPUTER IS NOT RESPONDING. By luck if at all it is connected, it frequently disconnecting. While typing this complaint connection dissconnected at least 30 times withine 10 minutes.
This is very miuch irritating. It is nothing but harashment of customer. Shall you mean that we have not option of other service provider. It is also heardt that TOP MANAGEMENT of BSNL not giving proper attention to give better & improved services to the customers because they want to sale the company to private service provider. The TOP MANAGEMENT only knows the best reasons of it.
But at present we are harashed by BSNL. I will complaint to TRAY for inefficiency in the services by BSNL..
Please take the note that I have received your Bill for payment of Rs.2900/- which includes modem charges. But I am not going to pay it. Your services are worst. No qualitative & effictive in services.We are westing our valuable time & money by proccuring your services. Therefore I wish to change my service provider. Dissconnect my land line & broad band connection immediately.Please do not persue me for payment of Bill being your services are worst.

My Landline No.[protected], outgoing calls have been blocked without any prior intimation from last 20-25 days, and since i have been launching the complaints my docket Nos. are 392897, 394040, and 396014 but yet it has not been rectified. I have been continuously calling up to Divisional Engineers Number of Wadgaon sheri 27035092 & Viman Nagar 2701100, no one is receiving calls on this numbers, I Dont know what the hail are they doing in office, They are in office or not?, We the BSNL Customers are fools to take BSNL Connections? We are Literally feedup with such type of Service from BSNL.
KINDLY PAY ATTENTION AND RECTIFY THE FAULT.

    My phone number is [protected]. This is a prepaid connection from Kerala. Currently I am in Ahmedabad. Most of the time, I can not call or send sms from my number. It shows "not to be connected". This happens whenever I go out from Kerala. But my friends who have postpaid connections, they do not have this problem and many a time I use their phone to make calls. It is quite unfortunate and embarassing situation. I am seriously thinking of switching over to a diffrenet service provider. I understand that other service providers do not have such issues. I have contacted your customer care service number [protected] several times, but the problem persists, in fact it has become more worse.

      Dear Sir,

      My telephone no. 2840392 linked with pratap vihar exchange is dead for last 12 days I lodged a complaint the same day and I talked to line man, Junior Engineer and SDO but they says repeatidly there is fault in cable and the same will be repaired today. I am quite helpless since I am not able to manage my e mails and other business activities related to land line.

      If I dont receive a satisfactory feed back I have no option but to get all connections of bsnl disconnected I am using for such a bed customer carring where there is no room for attending complaints
      and I dont think there is any check by the senior officials on such day to day activities.

      customer care centre no-1500 not working properly and a std. word is using for giving satisfaction i.e. "APPKA CALL HAMARELIYA AMULYA HAI, HUM KUTCH SAMAY ME APPKE SAMAKSHA UPLAVDHA HONGAY, PRATIKSHA KARNEKELIA DHANYABAD" I was wait for apporx. one hour. but fail to contact with deptt. executive for my complain.and I dont think there is any check by the senior officials on such day to day activities. kindly look into the matter.       We are leaving in Adhyatmik nagar NH-24 near dasna railway crossing. We are facing a problem of "network busy" from 5:00 pm to late night(1:00 am). There are many users of bsnl . So the single tower not provide the facility to all bsnl users. May be it will due to single tower for more users.

      So please solve the problem. To increase no. of tower or if there is any other problem then solve it.

        Hi,

        I Have taken bsnl broadband conection on 16-06-08 and it was working good but due to some reasons i have to format my system, after formating i'm unabel to connect internet to my system and it is giving error 676. I want bsnl people to solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Note: When i call bsnl broadband customer care there was no proper resposnse and they are diconnecting the call in between conversation, i think dont know how to solve the query's .

        Dear Sir/ Madam

        After giving several call they indicted that broad band conected on 12.7.2008, but password not received -- collected
        the passsword through phone on 15.7.2008 but unable to connect the internet. When contacted they informed some one will go for configration of Modam --- but till date no one turn up.

        I was using the Bsnl road band only but since I was away from India as such last year now I have surrendered and it took me nearly one month to get the Modam.

        If you cannot give the service please tell so that I can surrender
        and go for other private who give better service.

        Awaiting earlier installation of Broadband.

        My bsnl broadband conected 12-07-08 and I am not able to connect the internet. I want bsnl people to solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can utilise the internet.

        i am a bsnl pre paid customer and on 18-10-09 i asked the customer care service to connect internet in my mobile.but the process is harrasing and even after long trying i could not contact them.i am awaiting the service but some sort of foolishness of some irresponsible person in the service makes it more tougher.

        I Nasreen TAj have taken thenInternet connection through the package Internet networking from Jame-ul-Uloo Group of Institutions at City Market BAngalore-2, in thelast month April 2011. on yearly basis of Rs. 1125 every year. After giving broad band conection on 5.4.2011, it worked hardly for 10 days and it is now stopped the Phone connection and the broad band connection, but if we call from outside it is ringing tune to the caller but for us. tehre is no sign of working in our connectioin. REgarding this we have given written complaint to the Mysore Road BAngalore-26 TElephone Exchange also last week but still nobody has come and repaired it so, we are unable to connect the internet. Please do the repair or configration of Modam --- but till date no one turn up.

        If you cannot give the service please tell so that I can surrender
        and go for other private who give better service. . Because of the poor services of BSNL the people are not interested to take any connection from BSNL.

          BSNL Broadband service is not working properly and there is no one in BSNL Exchange who take responsibility OR Action From Ahmedabad, Krishananagar.


          Hello Sir, I m very frustrate to tell you that I have purchase bsnl broadband service before 8 month. And I had continuously Complain that it is not working properly. It disconnect in moment. And After 6:00 PM is not working until next morning. And one superior person in BSNL Exchange named Patel who install service at my home told me that Leave BSNL service and use another service. And he also knows there problem in Phone line wiring he has to just make new wiring and my problem will solve. But he is not ready to take any action. Does this make any sense!!! This is the value of bsnl to his customer. Please do something and solve My Problem. I m very tired about this lezzy service provided by BSNL.

              I am from udhampur, J&K.My post paid Cell no. is [protected]. I have taken 725 plan. For past few months, i am forced to pay bills to the tune of above 1000, though i have never called outside my network, circle or on landline. and last month I even applied for detail billing at customer care centre udhampur. no response yet. further, no bill is being received by me for past few months. I have been mentally exausted. please do something into this problem.

              BSNL Prepaid (Student plan) — Billing Problem

              I , Prabhat Kr Mishra, Subscriber of bsnl prepaid service in Jharkhand Telecom Circle, having problem with the billing. In Roaming it deduct 1.75 (Incoming) & 2.40 (Outgoing). Local call 1.50 & STD 2.00.
              But now a days almost all mobile operator offer call at .50 /min. Its too much for us. When I address the prob to the office they didnot provide any solution.
              i am from west bengal.my number is [protected].i have some complain against bsnl service.i am a post paid customer.my plan is 249 students plan.but i have face many problem.in last three bill i have seen that bsnl has charged msg sending to bsnl network which is free in this plan.and mobile browsing is also free 20 mb.but i have seen that bsnl have charged for mobile browsing.i have complain for this.but bsnl does not take any stap for this.please do something about this problem.i am really fade up for this attitude.

                BSNL — not network,no outlook configuration,no password

                i got my internet connection one week back and till now neither the password nor wireless configuration nor outlook express has been configured and when called in the number they have provided while installing the device such as the modem ,there is no response and once got thro but the person gave another number which when called is always engaged tone,please help me out of this ,i really dont want this connection for which i have paid a big amount.

                I am not able to check data usage of dataone. Whenever I'm trying to check my data usagae at : http://bbservice.bsnl.in & www.data.bsnl.in, the pages are not opening since last 1 week. Please suggest, how should I check the broadband dataone usage.

                  My Board bend internet connection telephone number (+91+[protected] has been dead since Aug 2008 and despite telephonically registered complaints the company for several time and given complent nos also no use and Non of your reperentive visit for the same----BSNL Chinchawad Pune----has not repaired the connection till date.                   I am facing some problem on my bsnl broadband internet connection in last few days, so I called to the customer care service on 1957 to register a complaint.

                  A lady customer care executive received a phone call, and her behaviour was pathetic on the registration of complaint.

                  Please have a look at the details of our call discussion.
                  On the received of a call, she was first yawning, and not at all interested to listen to the problem.

                  Without listen what problem I was facing, she instructed me restart your modem and the problem will resolve.
                  Then I said Madam I already tried it and but the problem and that's why I made a call.
                  Then again I was trying to give the detail of problem but she again interrupted me abruptly and asked me my telephone number and address.
                  While I was providing my number and address she said its okay. I was surprised even I was not completed my words, how she said its okay.

                  Aftermath I asked her the complaint Id and the name of the executive to whom I was talking. She said then Its none of your business and said its not supposed to the tell the executive name and about complaint Id she said your problem will get resolved and not given me the complaint Id and when I was started insisting her to provide the complaint Id then she disconnected the call.

                  I'm frustrated of it. Please help me out, what action should I take now. If the authority itself not responding.

                      For the past several days http://bbservise.bsnl.in does not open at all for viewing the usage account details
                      Hi! i am a new customer of Bsnl broadband service (Tariff plan 500c).
                      i am receiving a poor download speed of 10kbps - 40kbps whereas some
                      of my friends who are using the same tariff plan are getting speed of
                      nearly 150kbps - 200kbps.

                      So I request you to kindly increase my bandwidth so that I also get
                      the download speed of 150kbps - 200kbps.

                        Today on 2nd Octo.2008, I read a news in Dainik Bhaskar, JABALPUR, M.P., page no.15, about free phone backup facility being offered by BSNL from 1st Octo.'08 to 31st octo.'08 absolutely free .A customer can avail this facility by sending SMS -type' SUB' and send to 58989 (toll free).
                        Therefore I sent the SMS to 58989.In reply I received a SMS from 56505129 which reads as under " You have been charged Rs.30for phonre backup service.For great results, please backup contents of your Phone every week. sms HELP to 58989(toll free) from[protected]:25, 02/10/2008
                        i am also suffering the same problem.Pls let me know of the solution

                        Yes i am being cheated with same phone back up service. It was free but now receiving sms of deducting Rs 30 from the bill. There are clear instruction of regulating authorities to provide unsubscribe information. How ever once you accept phone back up. There is no info in sms how to unsubscribe. If you try to send sms to sender 56505129 it rebounds

                          BSNL — messages problem

                          i used bsnl simcard, its better service provider but i have one problem, in my mobile message option not worked, i.e, creation of message then sent message is not worked, dont go to another mobile but messages coming from other mobiles. whats this problem, please check it, give me feedback as early as possible through message form to my mobile, any solution to me for sending messages. mobile no : [protected]

They allready activated the 95 & calling facilties, but till know they not provide the phone & when we talk to the customer care or vist office they not provide proper answer from there side.                               I am subscriber to phone no.2791766.at Jaipur.I request you to please go throgh the following facts.


                              1. On 24.04.2008 I applied for Super Economy plan with amonthly rent of Rs.475/- providing 500 free calls in amonth, to make effective from 1.05.08.
                              While accepting my application at Pratap Nagar exchange, Jaipur. BSNL official didn't cared to cross check the demand w.r.t.name of plan and the facility demanded in monetry terms, they arbitrarily put me on higher plan, that too w.e.f 24.04.08 against the demand of 01.05.08, further instead of continuing the old plan or contacting me over phone to reascertain my requirement, as the demand was not clear.It clearly shows the arbitrary working attitude of BSNL officials

                              2. On 31.05.08 I wrote a letter to Sh.Mahajan, Sr.Accounts Officer, Bajaj Nagar for the same, but I am sorry to say that I have not received any response from his office.

                              3. I put a fax message to Mr.Dolly also.

                              4. I knocked every possible door of BSNL but no body guided me correctly, nor helped me.

                              5. On 10.06.08 I received a mail fron pg cell informing as under:
                              Tue, 10 Jun 2008 PG Cell wrote :
                              >Rebeit of Rs. 249 is given as admissible & AM(S) has been informed to change the plan from Super of Rs.1475 to Special Plan of Rs. 375/- as an early possible to avoid wrong billing in future.
                              >AGM(PG) % PGMTD, Jaipur

                              I again responded for the above mail on 11.06.08 as under:

                              Dear Sir,
                              Thank you very much for your response.

                              you are requested to provide me the full detail of due Bill as per One India plan which was to be operated during April, 2008, extra charged Bill and how you arrived to the figure of Rs.249/-.Total Bill for April 2008 was for Rs.1475.00(Rent Rs.392/-Call charges Rs.328/-Broad Band Rs.593/- taxes Rs.162/-)

                              Further you are requested to inform me on what basis you are going to change my plan to Super 375, it has never been demanded by me, I demanded to change my plan to Suoer economy 475.which provide 500 free calls in a month at a monthly rent of Rs.475/.

                              You are requested to respond me with full details and justification.

                              This was my whole Story how BSNL has charged me arbitrarily.

                              My argument is this that when a particular product is not available on the price customer is demanding, the should have refused to give the same, ( Mismatching of Plan and Tariff) instes of taking the action at their on sweet will and harrasing the customer, these are the reasons due to which people are opting private service providers.

                              I personally met with Sh.Rameshwar ji, DGM(TR), who has not even talked properly .

                              I Dr.Tushar Dashora, resident of 5-da-25, Jawahar Nagar on 12-06-08 received a bill dated 08-06-08 which is amounting to Rs.56085/- and for the period of 01-05-08 to 31-05-08.

                              As my plan was Home Unlimited I approached the departnment with this complaint & I was told that the matter will be looked up and the bill revised.The same month I recieved a bill for Rs.14, 000/- againg for the succeeding month for which I was specifically instructed not to deposit the bill as the matter was under consideration.

                              The matter was well taken up with Mr.K.G Pareek (AGM Pr & Mkt.) who said that revised billing will be done if the plan was Home unlimited I need to pay as per the tariff only.

                              FInally, I recieved a bill of Rs 879/- on date 8/08/08 Bill no.[protected] (Copy attached) which was paid through on 25/08/08.(Copy attached).

                              My phone & internet connection were revived & I was recieving both call & net services till

                              18/08/08.

                              To my surprise, once again my net & phone have been disconnected (announcement being -this number does not exist).reason told from sanganeri gate exchange is Non-payment of bill of Rs. 58, 000/- & Rs. 14, 000/- once again!!!



                              I am a Doctor and had taken a Home unlimited plan for Broadband.

                              All these events are annoyin & distressing.Further, the level of mental harrassment I have undergone is unexplainable.

                              Now, I request you to kindly disconnect my connection and stop harassing me as I have regularly been paying my due bills.I am unable to run door to door & office to office pleading to each clerk & officer that I have paidmy bills and my paln is under Home-unlimited type & recieve no/blank responce form them.

                              It is etremely sad to note the apathetic responce of BSNL officers & clerks.

                              I shall be forced to move to consumer court & TRAI if this matter is not solved as all this is lingering form May-08 onwards.

                                'My name is Vineet Pugalia from Chennai. My residence is just less than half-a kilometer from the BSNL area office. I have been a BSNL subscriber for more than 2 decades now and that’s the reason in spite of my glitches with it; it still opts to continue with BSNL in spite of so many better service providers.

                                In recent times I have been facing a host of problems with BSNL and in connection to this I have also written to the higher officials at BSNL; however still I haven't received a single response from their end. My complaint is evident in the mail I have written to one of the higher officials (below):

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I’m Vineet Pugalia S/o: Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Pugalia, who is a subscriber of your landline & broadband service for last 2+ decades. As stated above this mail of mine is to bring to your notice some of my grievances and also to share with you some of my bitter experiences with BSNL. Before, I proceed further I request you to pardon me if any where through my mail, you feel offended.

                                From the point ‘a’ on the subject line I’m sure you must have guessed what my grievance is about. Let me brief you about the sequence of problems that I have faced when it comes to services offered by BSNL. They are:

                                My telephone line was dead/nonfunctional for the period of about 15+ days in the month of May i.e. starting from the very 1st week of May. In order to restore my line back the first step I took was to lodge a complaint with BSNL official automated tele service i.e. 1500 and as consequence I was granted a Docket Number to track the status & progress of my complaint. However, even after a couple of days when the problem was not resolved I tried to check the status of my complaint by dialing 1500; to my hardship this number ceased to work (it rings – some one picks the phone – but does not answer; this happened for nearly about 10 times; beyond which I lost my patience and stopped trying). Owning to this I went in person to my area BSNL office (Kelly’s Branch) and informed them of my situation. The gentleman over there attended me very patiently and made note of my number and assured me the problem would be resolved within 24hrs. To my plight even after 3 days the problem was not resolved. You may find it hard to believe; I never received even a single call from BSNL informing me the cause or the status of the complaint. I wonder if at all any authorities monitor the complaints registered with the automated tele service? Also, I wonder if the responsibility of the public relation officer in the front desk of the BSNL office is to only receive the complaints and not pass it on the concerned authorities. This is just the phase one of my problem, to introduce you to the later half:

                                On the 14th May ’08 (until when my phone was still DEAD) I had filed an application in the BSNL office (Kelly’s branch) requesting them to shift my Landline and Broadband connection to my new residential address. The person on the front desk told me that the procedure would take about a couple of days. However, as expected a week passed away and I did not hear from the BSNL authorities. So, I visited the BSNL office again and enquired the status of my request. To which the front desk official responded very harshly as though it was a crime to learn or question on the status of our complaints. However, he assured that the line would be transferred by evening the same day. To which I agreed and without a word I left being convinced that this time for sure my request would be served promptly (though the actual mentioned time has elapsed). However, I was proved wrong and the line was not restored until even 2 days; which caused me to check with the authorities again. And, over there I learnt that they had by missed to hand over my application to the divisional officer who is responsible to allocate the line to my new address and I was asked to meet him in person and inform him of the issue (I would like to know is it a part of my job to make complaints/request and also resolve them?). Still, as I was the prey here and wanted my job to complete as I had lost hope in the way the BSNL office functions; so with a positive gesture I met the divisional area in charge, who assured me that the line to my new address would be granted within 24hrs. In spite of the sequence of my problems I was left with no choice than to accept his words. To my great surprise the line was granted to my new house within a day. The next formality in the pipeline was to choose a new number; since my exchange was changed. After, I choose my new number within 24hrs my phone was up and working. The above paragraph speaks about the phase two of my grievances. The next phase is as follows:

                                When I submitted my application for a line shift I very clearly and precisely stated that the shift involves landline phone and broadband connection also. The front desk officer also made note of this requirement on the top of my application. However, when my landline was migrated the broadband connection was not enabled. To which I registered a complaint with the automated tele-service and as a conventional practice I was allocated a Docket number to track my complaint. And, as a conventional practice with BSNL the problem was not resolved even after 2 to 3 days, neither did we receive any communication from BSNL. Owning to which I attended the BSNL office to know the status of my problem and without any embarrassment the front desk official bluntly informed that my complaint has been closed due to some unknown reason and I have to lodge a fresh complaint. (Imagine, if I never went to the BSNL office for a year; I would have never known that my Docket number has ceased to be valid even without being attended). As per the officer’s suggestion I lodged a fresh complaint on 1500 and was assigned a new Docket number. And, it is nearly about a week the problem is not being attended yet. My wife and I have made numerous visits to the BSNL office (Kelly’s) in the last one week (almost 2 visits daily) in regard with this problem; however no proper response has been received from the front desk officials. Also, the in charge A.E’s and the other senior officials to whom we have been directed (one-after the other) have only made empty promises and our problem still lies unattended and at the mercy of the BSNL administration.


                                Sir, what is most painful here is:

                                I have lost a lot of my precious time just to enquire the status of my problem; just because some one who is in charge of attending customer complaints has simply not done his/her job.
                                Though the BSNL Landline and Broadband rentals are very competitive; however will I be spared from not paying the bill for the period for which I have not been able to avail the service?
                                Though we have so many initiatives like: automated tele service, area offices, etc. still what is the accountability? Now, in my situation is there any one single person who can be held accountable? If yes, please bring into my notice.
                                The list may be endless…

                                Sir, I would like to let you know that I belong to a middle-class family and have to earn for my daily bread. I just cannot afford a single day off from my office; which would completely turn disastrous to my monthly budget. In spite, of which when I can take out time and enquire the status of my problem and also pay for the service when not in use; why don’t the officials who are in charge take responsibility to resolve their mistakes? In regard to this and the tremendous mental agony caused to me and my family; I request you to investigate this matter and get in written an apology note from all the people responsible for the above mentioned problem.

                                'My name is Vineet Pugalia from Chennai. My residence is just less than half-a kilometer from the BSNL area office. I have been a BSNL subscriber for more than 2 decades now and that’s the reason in spite of my glitches with it; it still opts to continue with BSNL in spite of so many better service providers.

                                In recent times I have been facing a host of problems with BSNL and in connection to this I have also written to the higher officials at BSNL; however still I haven't received a single response from their end. My complaint is evident in the mail I have written to one of the higher officials (below):

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I’m Vineet Pugalia S/o: Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Pugalia, who is a subscriber of your landline & broadband service for last 2+ decades. As stated above this mail of mine is to bring to your notice some of my grievances and also to share with you some of my bitter experiences with BSNL. Before, I proceed further I request you to pardon me if any where through my mail, you feel offended.

                                From the point ‘a’ on the subject line I’m sure you must have guessed what my grievance is about. Let me brief you about the sequence of problems that I have faced when it comes to services offered by BSNL. They are:

                                My telephone line was dead/nonfunctional for the period of about 15+ days in the month of May i.e. starting from the very 1st week of May. In order to restore my line back the first step I took was to lodge a complaint with BSNL official automated tele service i.e. 1500 and as consequence I was granted a Docket Number to track the status & progress of my complaint. However, even after a couple of days when the problem was not resolved I tried to check the status of my complaint by dialing 1500; to my hardship this number ceased to work (it rings – some one picks the phone – but does not answer; this happened for nearly about 10 times; beyond which I lost my patience and stopped trying). Owning to this I went in person to my area BSNL office (Kelly’s Branch) and informed them of my situation. The gentleman over there attended me very patiently and made note of my number and assured me the problem would be resolved within 24hrs. To my plight even after 3 days the problem was not resolved. You may find it hard to believe; I never received even a single call from BSNL informing me the cause or the status of the complaint. I wonder if at all any authorities monitor the complaints registered with the automated tele service? Also, I wonder if the responsibility of the public relation officer in the front desk of the BSNL office is to only receive the complaints and not pass it on the concerned authorities. This is just the phase one of my problem, to introduce you to the later half:

                                On the 14th May ’08 (until when my phone was still DEAD) I had filed an application in the BSNL office (Kelly’s branch) requesting them to shift my Landline and Broadband connection to my new residential address. The person on the front desk told me that the procedure would take about a couple of days. However, as expected a week passed away and I did not hear from the BSNL authorities. So, I visited the BSNL office again and enquired the status of my request. To which the front desk official responded very harshly as though it was a crime to learn or question on the status of our complaints. However, he assured that the line would be transferred by evening the same day. To which I agreed and without a word I left being convinced that this time for sure my request would be served promptly (though the actual mentioned time has elapsed). However, I was proved wrong and the line was not restored until even 2 days; which caused me to check with the authorities again. And, over there I learnt that they had by missed to hand over my application to the divisional officer who is responsible to allocate the line to my new address and I was asked to meet him in person and inform him of the issue (I would like to know is it a part of my job to make complaints/request and also resolve them?). Still, as I was the prey here and wanted my job to complete as I had lost hope in the way the BSNL office functions; so with a positive gesture I met the divisional area in charge, who assured me that the line to my new address would be granted within 24hrs. In spite of the sequence of my problems I was left with no choice than to accept his words. To my great surprise the line was granted to my new house within a day. The next formality in the pipeline was to choose a new number; since my exchange was changed. After, I choose my new number within 24hrs my phone was up and working. The above paragraph speaks about the phase two of my grievances. The next phase is as follows:

                                When I submitted my application for a line shift I very clearly and precisely stated that the shift involves landline phone and broadband connection also. The front desk officer also made note of this requirement on the top of my application. However, when my landline was migrated the broadband connection was not enabled. To which I registered a complaint with the automated tele-service and as a conventional practice I was allocated a Docket number to track my complaint. And, as a conventional practice with BSNL the problem was not resolved even after 2 to 3 days, neither did we receive any communication from BSNL. Owning to which I attended the BSNL office to know the status of my problem and without any embarrassment the front desk official bluntly informed that my complaint has been closed due to some unknown reason and I have to lodge a fresh complaint. (Imagine, if I never went to the BSNL office for a year; I would have never known that my Docket number has ceased to be valid even without being attended). As per the officer’s suggestion I lodged a fresh complaint on 1500 and was assigned a new Docket number. And, it is nearly about a week the problem is not being attended yet. My wife and I have made numerous visits to the BSNL office (Kelly’s) in the last one week (almost 2 visits daily) in regard with this problem; however no proper response has been received from the front desk officials. Also, the in charge A.E’s and the other senior officials to whom we have been directed (one-after the other) have only made empty promises and our problem still lies unattended and at the mercy of the BSNL administration.


                                Sir, what is most painful here is:

                                I have lost a lot of my precious time just to enquire the status of my problem; just because some one who is in charge of attending customer complaints has simply not done his/her job.
                                Though the BSNL Landline and Broadband rentals are very competitive; however will I be spared from not paying the bill for the period for which I have not been able to avail the service?
                                Though we have so many initiatives like: automated tele service, area offices, etc. still what is the accountability? Now, in my situation is there any one single person who can be held accountable? If yes, please bring into my notice.
                                The list may be endless…

                                Sir, I would like to let you know that I belong to a middle-class family and have to earn for my daily bread. I just cannot afford a single day off from my office; which would completely turn disastrous to my monthly budget. In spite, of which when I can take out time and enquire the status of my problem and also pay for the service when not in use; why don’t the officials who are in charge take responsibility to resolve their mistakes? In regard to this and the tremendous mental agony caused to me and my family; I request you to investigate this matter and get in written an apology note from all the people responsible for the above mentioned problem.

                                Dear Sir,

                                We are residing at Tambaram, Mudichur Road and our land line had not worked for about 20 days from 21st Nov, 2008 till 10th Dec, 2008. Though we had launched complaint about this to BSNL personnel, nobody turned up to correct the problem during the above said period. Due to this, we had suffered a lot without landline connection.as we could not contact our shop clients on time.
                                So, will I be spared from not paying the bill for the period for which I have not been able to avail the service?

                                And also I hereby request you to deduct the rental charge for the above-said number for the said period & do the needful.

                                    The Telehone bearing No.2223 0714 in the office of the Project Director, Project Implementation Unit, Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project, K.R.Circle, Bangalore is having cross connection/cross talk problem since 4 months. Even after repeated complaints to BSNL the problem is not solved even today.

                                    Hope the problem will be solved immediately and permanently without waiting for further complaints.

                                      I am one o[censored]sers of BSNL Landline telephone since 15 years and my phone no. is 23516373 in Bangalore at Sanjaynagar exchange.The phone is dead since two months : but I am promptly getting the bills for payment.I have lodged complaints so many times that, I am fed up with the indifference of the authorities.The ready made answer the line man gives is that there is a cable problem and he asks us to conact the "higher ups" and the "Higher Ups" (sitting very high as usual)when contacted tell us to bear with the problem or we are at liberty to change the service provider.
                                      My son has put the poster of Priety Zinta who is the brand ambassador of BSNL and he is planning call her or send mail to her explaining to her about the corrupt and ineeficient practices of BSNL, so that she can explain the darker side also to her compatriots.
                                      Can somebody really save us from the apathy of these BSNL authorities. Is there no accountability at all? What are the senior officers and the Top management doing? How can such a thing happen to the faithfull consumers of BSNL? I also have got the Bsnl Broad band which never worked for more than a month. BSNL was after me till the hardware was sold.Please do something in this regard

                                      You are not alone.
                                      We are bsnl customer for the last 1.5 decades and also bsnl broadband.

                                      Our land phone and broadband is dead almost 40% of the time.
                                      With repeated complaints no corrective action has been taken so far.

                                        Complaint no 13984 dated Sep, 28, 2008.

                                        Sir,
                                        There has been a complaint regarding broadband connection, with the complaint no#13984. I am a resident of Alwal, and should say that there has been a very poor response regarding it. The complaint was registered two days ago, and it has been unattended.However, I have been at home for two days( absent from my work) waiting for technician to attend my complaint.

                                        Secondly, a technician gets away unreadily without even entering the apartment and checking on the connection on Sep, 30th-Tuesday

                                        I am very upset with the employees with such rude and poor behavior. BSNL has been a reputed Govt.establishment, but lately there haven’t been such good results when a customer complaint is launched.

                                        I, therefore, kindly request you to take strict action about it. Please do not keep the customers waiting.
