BSNL employees - Either corrupted or unconcious.


In the month of January-10, I got my Broadband combo Plan changed from BB-1350 unlimited to BB-650 limited usage combo plan having 50 call units free. Till June, my bill was normal and charged accordingly until I noticed that my bill was coming with an extra charge mentioning the rent of a modem. I've this connection since 2007 as far as I remember, and I'd never purchase any modem (this can be checked in BSNL accounts). Then, how could it be now, I'm having a D'link wifi 4port modem and I dont need to any modem from BSNL. I'd communicated my problem in the complaint section, they told me to write an application and said that It could have happened by mistake.Finally, I submitted the application. After this, I came to New Delhi for studies n when I'm here, getting messages about such corrupted level of employing that my bill is currently pending with an amount of about 5500 Rs. I must ask for the explaination of such mistakes by BSNL hired employees. In my opinion, this is a mistake by the respective person who have undergone a misreading of my application and changed the plan itself with a smart correction for modem charges. By the way, I'm in trouble and I need a solution and not the answer. I'd made many round about SDEMC, BSNL for one more case before which took two months to accomplish and ended up in my favour only. I would love to have the service terminated, already I'm suffering from frequent internet link-drop since a long ago, n I never got my problem sorted out even the experts from BSNL couldn't do - [ I changed my modem three times as said by different experts from BSNL but problem still persisted nothing solved].

    I am Jagdish L Trivedi staying at 10 sukhchen apartment, 17 A/2 Chandranagar Society Chandranagar Paldi Ahmedabad I having connection of landline no 26642353 and having internet connection my connection comes under vasana exchange Ahmedabad we have lodge the complain for my internet

    Connection is was not worked on in response of BS N L franchise

    9 telecommunication technician came on 11.09.2010 and he told me that modem has having the problem so we will take it and replace new one or same repair by within two three days and he has not given any thing i e service call memo even though we have asked he was not ready for alternative modem for our use afterwards talking to him they were provide modem which was not wifi.



    On 14.09.2010 the franchisee technician Mr. surendra came with old modem which is more then three years old.

    We have talked to technician please provide you same one or same type of modem, he was not ready for the same then I have told to give it in writing in your service call memo but he was not agreed and told me that you talk to my owner Mr Ravi then I have talked to him but while talking he was very rude and told me there no procedure for service call memo and we will not give it in written to you whatever you want to do you do it then I have told him this is part of process even though he was not agreed at all he was talk to broadband line D E Mr. Lohana he was spoke to me and favoring the franchisee he was not ready to listen me and he also told me there is no such procedure. after long discussion with technician he was having the book and ready to give in writing in service call book that he can not give same or similar type of modem in that case I have refuse to accept the same but surprise he was given the service call memo on 14.09.2010 instead of 11.09.2010 and written that without memo I have taken the modem on 11.09.2010



    I personally believe that they have waste of time four hours of me I am working professional in that case time is also more important for me surprise the memo has given by them there is no details franchise only name is there no address no phone no and other details which is require by . After my insist they have written on memo of there address which is not readable.



    First of all my personal request has to take strict action against the franchisee owner who has given me threaten and terminate is franchise with immediate effect which I have mention service call memo I am attaching service call memo scan copy for your ready reference secondly you take action against Mr. Lohana D E of broadband for his rude behavior with customer on phone by B S N L landline.Navrang pura Ahmedabad area who was not ready to listen the customer told me that we intend go to police station against you.





    Waiting for your prompt reply in this matter.

      I had deactivated my BSNL cellone tunes end nof Aug 2010. I was suprised to get amessage that I ahve been charged Rs. 28/- and I find the tune is changed to whaterver BSNl feels like. Their Website and 56700 nos. are not acessible.

      This is pathetic service. When I called the helpdesk 1503 they said it can be done by calling 56700 only, but this is no is not in service or the standard message recvd is Network busy.

      I have sent message BT DACT 56700 and I get a return mesage to call 56700 to deactive the caller tunes. At this rate Public will lose interest in Cellone for their poor service

        A recharge of Rs. 786/- was done on[protected] through the retailer in Gandhinagar. .
        Reference is[protected] dated [protected]
        The recharge wrongly done on mobile no 94275 85 650 instead of correct mobile no.[protected] of customer and owner.
        Authorised distributor - Metro Sales in Gandhinagar and retailer are unable to help as BSNL is not at all ready to entertain the request for rectification of wrong recharge despite submitting all evidences and proof.

          My Land number is 2310349 From last three month i am getting wrong bill for internet usage.I have already filed written complaint but no use.
          In All bills discount on intenet usage is calculate wrongly.I take usage details from BSNL website only.
          In june 2010 as per BSNL website details is as fallow
          Usage Charges- Rs 4058.41
          Discount - Rs 3300.09
          Net Charges - Rs 758.70

          In bills BSNL AO has write discount amount in charges and charges amount in discount.After showing this mistake also they repeate this three times. I have paid all bills after recalculation by me.But as BSNL never need customer they disconnect my phone from last 7 days.
          Same for bill in July and Sept 2010.

          in oct 2012 I found one year broadband bill at a time of Rs.53000/- on my phone no. [protected]
          i have availed Plan 199/- HOME COMBO and monthly bills are paid timely

Later on it came regularly.I had no clue as to why bill is coming. Local Burla BSNL office did not help. Hence I tried to lodge complaint in BSNL Sambalpur Office.               On expiry of free trial period I had deactivated BSNL INDIAGAMES.

              But in10/2010 bill Rs 200 is included as one time payment and no details are given.

              I suspect it may be the charges for bsnl games.

              If it is so the same may be refunded and the levy may be discontinued in future bill.

                and now i have switched to the new plan of HOME 500C from this month.I have downloaded some data, 02:10 AM to 04:33 AM.which should be free and not included in the billing but instead of that BSNL have included it in "online usage Excluding Night Unlimited(GB)" in this time period. so this should not be included in the online usage but it is counted in the "online usage Excluding Night Unlimited(GB)".so kindly look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible.

                hey take a print out of all the data usage... and mark the places where they have charged between 2-4 am.. write a written complaint and attach these print outs and approach the main branch. they will consider it and rebill your bill...

                    I regret to bring this to your notice as in this changing world where customer service is a priority our Govt. owned BSNL is failing to set its priority straight.

                    This mail comes to you on behalf of Mr. Dwarka Prasad who regret to subscribe the services of BSNL (Telephone No:[protected]. This land line had been out of service for last 2 weeks and after multiple reporting of complaints at Local (Complaint No: BH 6381) and Zonal Level (Jaipur Complaint No: 7242498) there haven’t been any progress of its redressal. The divisional complaint officers have not been able to give any conclusions and concrete answers over the line malfunction and neither the CGM’s Office at Jaipur.

                    As a request I am writing you to kindly take an immediate action and redress this complaint with an utmost urgency.

                    This is one of BSNL Land Line Customer Mr. Anand.G. My telephone # is [protected], from the last ten years i am using this BSNL Land line connection. So many times the telephone connection having problems, also this line not working properly.even if i am paying bills always in the correct times. At last from the last 15 days this telephone is not working properly, I already complaint so many times in the local telephone exchange, but till today this issue is not cleared by the local Exchange authorised personnel. Due to the land line problems& non responsibility of the BSNL local exchange personnel, i forced to take an private mobile connection in the last week.
                    If the telephone bill paying is little late from the customer the concern BSNL personnel is ready to disconnect the connection quickly. I thinking the telephone facility is for our emergency& Preliminary requirements in the current human life. I have hope if giving instruction to the Concern BSNL department personel it will cleared with in one hour. So please do needful...

                        I received a landline telephne bill for my residence number[protected]local call+combo-plan of Rs.299/- for broad band internet connection) of August-2010(1st aug. to 31st aug. 2010) from BSNL which shows Rs.3459/- for one month. Rs.2600/- extra charged for excess use internet against combo-plan of Rs.299/-. This is a wrong bill because i am the only user and use internet only for e-mail. In last eleven month telephone bill is always below Rs.900/- including both call charge and internet usage. The bill of august is unexpectedly very high. i contacted sector-19, noida, BSNL office for clarification. concern person advised me to chnage the plan to unlimited broad band internet connection. i conttacted BSNL,Sec-62,Noida office. I am yet to get justice for wrong telephone billing.concerned person of sec-62, bsnl, noida ofice told me as yours if Wi-Fi connection , may be some how or somewhere it is wrong. you may contact sector-24, noida BSNL OFFICE. This is a harassment. i need justice.

                        BSNL, Noida — Dead Telephone

                        My telephone, 2511365 at NOIDA is dead for last 4 days and inspite of repeated complaints the phone has not been attended to. The line man seems to be after money. The SDO at telephone number 2534444 laso doesn't respond.
                        My dear friend, I came across your complaint while looking for guys who have got the same complaint as I have. I use combo 500. In August 2010 till 29 the usage portal showed that I used only 1.70 gb that meant excess of 200 mb. I thought it did n't matter. But on 30th they updated the usage to 2.81. I was embarrassed and contacted the bsnl broadband office at manjeri. they told me they were busy and would call me back. They didn't call. so I called them again next day. The women asked me whether I had checked my account that day. I said I didn't . She told me my usage was not 2.81 as I complained the previous day. It had become 4.25. I was really shocked. I protested by saying that I hadn't used such bulky amount of internet. They insisted I did. When I checked the usage myself I found that they had updated my usage as if I had used more than 2.5 gb which I am absolutely sure wrong. I have been using internet for more than one year. Never have I used internet at this rate except during the free time in the night from 2 am to 8 am. Every month I use internet around 30 to 40 gb still not exceeding my 1.5 gb free usage limit. I do it by browsing or download during the free time period at night. I lodged a written complaint describing all that. The sde in our exchange promised to do whatever possible. But today the billing guy phoned and told me that he could only bill in accordance with the portal usage and the instructions he had got from the office where I had called and complained earlier. I am looking for other ways to get justice.

                          20% REBATE BEING NOT ALLOWED ON MONTHLY BILLING

                          I am a very old customer of BSNL. I was lured by BSNL that their charges are less and services are better . In addition being a PSU staff I will also get 20% rebate on my monthly billing. I applied for the same on 10.05.10 and the same was registered in BSNL OFFICE (ALAMBAGH, LUCKNOW) ON 26.05.10 thereafter I met each and every official of ALAMBAGH Exchage/lodged so may complaints to GM's Office, met DGM SHRI Mishra at Alambagh Office and again an application of that extent has been submitted on 17.07.10, to GM/DGM but still 20% discount is not being given on monthly bills. Kindly do the needful or I will left with no option but to switch overtosome other service provider.

                              This is very regret to tell you that after activated START DND 1909, and personally meet to BSNL Authorities, but till date I am receiving unwanted SMS from +54646, BV55666, BV53030 etc. All the NE 1 BSNL Authorities has assured me to STOP this annoying. But they fail to stop all this non-scene things, though other network has STOP UNWANTED SMS or CALLS from their network. I would like to ask "Whether BSNL has extraordinary Network"?                                     The ONLINE BILL PAYMENT facility for Wireless CDMA NIC/EVDO data card users not available in BSNL PORTAL under VALUE ADDED SERVICES for CDMA/WLL/NIC/EVDO ( http://portal.bsnl.in/cdma/aspxfiles/login.aspx ).

                                    I registered to avail online bill payment facility in the above official website of BSNL INDIA .After registration logged-in by entering user's name and password a page opened where three options (1) ENROLL CDMA ACCOUNTS,(2) View existing CDMA accounts,(3) Add or remove CDMA accounts given.

                                    To pay bill online I clicked on ENROLL CDMA ACCOUNTS where I scroll down to select CIRCLE but there is no option for circle Madhya Pradesh in which Bhopal falls under.That is why I can't enroll my NIC CARD No.(Mobile No.) nor bill payment account number to avail online facility.

                                    When I spoken to the BSNL BHOPAL AUTHORITY How could I pay NIC bill online ? They told me, pay NIC bill through POST PAID MOBILE BILL PAYMENT ONLINE FACILITY link.I can't find any such facility available in Mobile segment where Bill PAYMENTcould be submitted for CDMA NIC users nor any option for registering 3G NIC number AND ACCOUNT NUMBER.

                                    Its not worthy for any individuals having internet connection of BSNL Data Card NIC/EVDO at home and could not paid bill online from home itself.Particularly BSNL BHOPAL much lack behind to relatively small capital/city/town of same circle and other state despite sufficient infrastructure and engineers.

                                    Please do available online bill payment facility for NIC/EVDO users and make it worthy.

                                      I have submitted a request for the deactivation of GPRS service for my BSNL mobile number [protected] by sending "GPRSD" (without quotes) to 53733 on 16th Sep. 2010, but I did not receive any response from the BSNL technical department whether it is deactivated or not. Please solve my request at the earliest as I am receiving unwanted text messages for BSNL Live services.

                                      I have herewith attached the screen shot of what I did for procedure to deactivate GPRS service for my BSNL mobile!

                                      BSNL 3G — Dirty Service

                                      BSNL 3 G is the worlds dirty service.. Please don't buy.
                                      BSNL is fooling customers. Considering the comparatively cheaper data plans, i shifted to Bsnl 3G from Tata Docomo 3G. But my decision went wrong when I got 15-20 kBps meager speeds during 8 am - 11 pm, after tht only 120-150 kBps( these r downloading speeds with IDM, surfing speed is more worse than downloading speed). I opted for Rs.606 data plan. I m having to stick with this stupid company till the end this month, coz i cant afford to go for another data plan of docomo.
                                      I m residing within 400 metres of main Bsnl exchange tower and using ZTE MF180 3.6mbps device.

                                      I suggest people to go for Tata Docomo 3G, because it gives consistent speeds of 2 mbps - 3.2 mbps on 3.6 mbps device for 24 hours.

                                      Dear admin, please escalate my complaint to BSNL officials. i badly need good net speeds, but unable even to surf websites with bsnl 3g.
