I HAVE BOUGHT A TOPUP BSNL PREPAID CARD OF MRP 20.00 , AND I TRY TO RC MY A/C [protected] BETWEEN 10:30 PM TO 11:00 PM ON 30th AUG 2010, BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY BALANCE. MY VOUCHER SERIAL NO. .. [protected] . I CALL BSNL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD JUST WAIT WAIT AND WAIT.

ITS A GREAT LOSS TO US AND TO OUR COUNTRY IF WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION THEY WILL DO. MY No. [protected]

Dear Sir,

I am using broadband connection since last 4 months, my tel no. is[protected]. I am using the model C2110 modem. The problem is that the light of link blinks every time, it does not become stable which is necesary condition for connecting to the Internet. The light of data is always off. I complained it many times to local exchange, on the no. 1500; but I didn't get any solution. I am annoyed from this problem...

I m unable to unsubscribe to the SMS service of 12555 which deducts my prepaid balance by Rs. 20 every week and sending devotional SMS. I have not subscribed to this service. BSNL have started sending SMS by itself. Please ask BSNL to stop this service on my mobile number : [protected].

i am a subscriber of BSNL Mobile Service with No.[protected].
two moths before on 28.6.2010 I have subscribed Laughter Club with 12555 Service of BSNL, for that service Rs. 20 (Twenty rupees) monthly charges has been debited from my account, but no jokes has been provided to me either for listenig or reading through SMS. Again on 28.7.2010, Rs. 20/- has been debited for the same service.

I HAVE GOT LAND LINE CONNECTION BEARING NO 23740882 WHICH COMES UNDER AMEERPET EXCHANGE. FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I HAVE GIVEN SEVERAL COMPALAINTS TO THE BSNL AUTHORITIES BUT ALL ARE INVAIN. applied for a BSNL land line connection with duly authoirzed documents, photo & cash of Rs 500 wide receipt number 2556, dated 13/08/2010. I was promosed a connection in 3-4 days time.

My land phone above referred was not working completely since 7/ 07/2010. Repeated fault booking were done but no response from BSNL.
It is a full negligence from BSNL. Despite my remi nder to the Accounts Officer T.R. 1 , O/O PGMT ,
BSNL , Ernakulam. and the Engineer at Kalamasery Telephone exchange, no action was taken...

I am a resident staying at SV Nagar Road No 11, Nagaram. I have applied for shifting of land line and Broadband connection on 16 Aug 2010 and they have disconnected the connection at old address on 17 Aug 2010. They have provided us with 2 Order No's with new telephone number for new place (Nagaram). At present today, 28 Aug 2010, still they haven't provided us with the connection facility for both land...
