I am subscriber of BSNL broadband connection on line[protected]. Since may 2009 my connection started working erratically. Now it is not working at all for last 4 months. Even after repeated complaints it is not working. I am paying bills for connection that is dead. Can I get refund on rental for non working period? Can BSNL executives look in the matter & start services?

My residence telephone number is[protected]. I have a broadband connection service on this number. However, the connection was very erratic in the past and since last two months it is not working at all. Request the company to attend the same. My cell phone number is [protected].

For the last 2 weeks my broadband connection is not working. I gave a complaint in Tiruvanmiyur BSNL office 10 days back and I am yet to receive any service.Please correct the fault immediately.

I AM HAVING LANDLINE TELEPHONE (NO:[protected] AND HAVE ALSO AVAILED BROADBAND FACILITY UNDER THE PLAN HOME 250 (1 GB FREE USAGE FOR A MONTH). I HAVE PAID BROADBAND CHARGES IN ADVANCE FOR 1 YEAR BUT FROM LAST 2 WEEKS MY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING. I AM NOT ABLE TO BROWSE ANY OF INTERNET SITES. THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS FROM MY SIDE BUT MY PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED AT ALL.

Our Bsnl broadband connection is not working from last 1 week.We have registered complaint which number is-[protected].Please recover it as soon as possible.

We have made several complaint of broadband connection not working on landline[protected] to BSNL. They are not resolving the problem . Just doing lip service of calling and saying someone will attend the call. Nothing is happening further. This is happening for past 1 month whereas telephone bill is charged for internet connection. If the issue is not resolved how come they can charge the customer without providing necessary service. Kindly requesting the concerned authorities in BSNL to resolve the issues and reimburse the unused internet connection charge of landline[protected] at earliest. -K Narayanan
