[Resolved]  BSNL SIM — deactivation of bsnl music station ..

My number is [protected]. which is a prepaid BSNL connection in lucknow.

There is some music station subscription activated on my number for which I am charged Rs. 19 monthly . Please deactivate it as soon as possible.

To me also in a pre paid connection of [protected] music station subscription Rs.19 has been deducted periodically which i want to quit through many ways as per the guidance of customer care services that came in vain. will this bsnl department take care of this and rectify? Is it not one of the way of taking money from one's pocket ?

To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.
