Sir,
My telephone and internet connection is not working for last one year and not working properly since January 2009. For my telephone and internet connection billing had been done for full month whether service has been provided or not. In case when service is provided for the part of the month full billing is done and as I had opted for payment of bills through ECS system , amount of bills were paid without getting service. i was forced to discontinue the ECS payment facility because I was charged without providing service amount of bills were being paid without receiving the service. still my telephone and internet connection is not working and I am being billed for the full month. I am BSNL customer for more than 12 years but not happy with BSNL service for last 2- 2.5 years. It seems BSNL is not interested in business or providing service.
I therefore request you to kindly recast my telephone and internet connection bill since January 2009 for the days of services not provided , amount of bills received and intimate the credit balance with you along with the details of calculation to me.
I further request you to start my telephone and internet connection immediately.

phone no-271041 landline not working — telephone not working

sir,
my phone no-271041 is not working for last 15 to 20 days. Iam unable to access internet also. I, therefore request you to kindly do the needfull.

bsnl landline phone & internet — internet and phone problem

our kind attention is invited towards problem in our internet & phone .for a very long time it is not working properly.when we do complained in local noida office (2534444,[protected]) there reply is that they are helpness.this is very funny reply.at last I am writing herewith to your goodself so that my problem can be solved.an early action will be highly appriciated.

    With reference to above subject, I had opted the combo-plan of 500.00PM for broadband/Telephone at my residence, accordingly I also applied to avail Govt. servant discount facility (i.e @20% on Usage/rental) in Nov-2010 but after waiting two to three months time period, I was not get this benefit in coming monthly rental bills. Then again, I had submitted the new form on 31.01.2011, but unfortunately, till date I have not got this discount in monthly bills. (Copy enclosed for ready reference).

    On 13.04.2011 on enquiring about these filled forms to your BSNL Vyara office with the help of Mr. Bekariya, Comm. Officer and Mr B.B.Patel the same two applications were received at your Vyara office and same were also entered in computer system. These officials were also told that this will be done by our BSNL, Surat office, we are helpless.

    But it is sorry to say that, almost 6 months time has been lapsed, I was not pass on with this discount.

    In view of above we request to your good office kindly look into the matter and oblige.

      Sub: - Intimation regarding questionable conduct of Sh. Girish Sharma, J.T.O working as S.D.O BSNL, Vidhadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

      Dear Sir,

      It is respect fully submitted

      1) That undersigned in a subscriber of BSNL having Land Line connection having no .2233417 with Broad Bank facility & I.P. TV facility , and in paying all the billed amount well in time since last ten year.

      2) That the Broadband becomes faulty on 03/04/2011. For rectification I lodged complaint on 12678.


      3) BSNL representatives visit the site & declared that the modem is faulty & directed me to collect the fault attend report from BSNL Vidhadhar Nagar office.

      4) That on 05/04/2011 your representative handed over the fault attend report to me having S No. 34248 & again direct me to go in the Room No. 105 for replacement of the modem.



      5) That on 05/04/2011 at 10:30 am went in Room No. 105 but the J.T.O / S.D.O was not on seat, then I tried to meet Divisional Engineer but unfortunately he was also not available on seat, some junior staff guided me to contact Mr. Chittar (Store-keeper).

      6) I meat Mr. Chittar he see the record on his computer and refused to replace the modem due to the reason that as per his record i am having type-1 modem where as type -2 modem was with me, for replacement, It is here to mention that I.P. TV facility is not operative in type-1 modem & I am using this facality since long.


      7) That again tied to contract some responsible officer up to 12:00 Noon but no one, J.T.O / S.D.O & D E was available on seat.

      8) On 06/04/2011 i again tried to meet Mr. Girsh Sharma but from 9.30 am to 11.00 AM, he was not available on his seat.


      9) On 07/04/2011 i again went in office at 9.30 AM but at 11.00 am I get success to meet Sh. Sharma & he immediately arrange replacement of modem. When I connect it on system and call BSNL representative for configuration.

      10) On 08/04/20110 BSNL representative visit the site & again declare that modem is faculty again ( In fact Mr. Girish Sharma issued me faulty modem) .Then again the same process to collect the fault attend report repeated & I again meet Sh. Sharma on 08/04/2011 at 10.30 am he immediately once again handed over me the faulty modem.


      11) I get it checked it and immediately rushed at sh Sharma office and intimate him that he issued me faulty modem once again, then he put this modem with him and confirm verbally that he will send the modem with his staff today positively.

      12) I wait for the modem up to 7.00 PM and when nobody comes I compelled to purchase the modem from market to restore the internet services.


      13) On dated 11.04.2011 I again meet Sh Sharma and took the receipt of the modem Sh Sharma again tried to handed over me faulty modem so I refuse to get it.

      14) Now the services of internet are available to me with my own modem but IP TV services are not yet restored.



      It is most respectfully requested to you


      • That please arrange to refund the rent of modem which BSNL have charged from me because, when modem become faulty BSNL did not replace the same and again and again issued faulty modem.


      • Arrange to restore the services of IP TV immediately.





      • Take an appropriate action against defaulters under intimation to undersigned.

        I am existing customer of BSNL. I had a Broad band Annual Home plan 750+.In year[protected]. Which expired on 31.08.2010.I applied in "black & white" on 20.08.2010 ( i.e 11 days earlier than expiry) to continue my plan ahead for one year. It could not be continued upto Jan 2011.After many efforts of 05 months I am directed to deposite Rs7280.00 in the month March2011.as annual payment for the period ( 01.02.2011 to31.01.2012.)
        I deposited Rs 7280.00 at Barabanki Telephone Exchange on 05.03.2011.After that today I got a bill having amount of Rs 4380.00.Why so ?

        BSNL — unable to use,internet bills always high

        sir,
        this is devi from namakkal. for the past 4 -5 months the internet bill is above[protected] and above.i cant understand why .and now their is a problem in outgoing calls for the past 1 week .all the STD and 91 calls are blocked.only local calls are allowed.and unable to see the usage.

        BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — wrong and huge amount of bill

        sir,
        i get free trial from bsnl broadband service for 15 days. according to company everything is free for 15 days trial period including downloading. and it should be disconnected automatically after 15 days, for countinue purpose of connection we have to give a application.
        i am not give any application for countinue purpose but my internet connection is not disconnected after 15 days...and continues till now .and my bill amount is Rs 33450/-
        of just one month.
        sir i am from a middleclass family and i cant afford this big and wrong amount of bill.

        please help me...!!
        THAT, I START BROADBAND PLAN-250 FROM DATE-17.03.2008 AND THEY START THEIR PLAN EXACTLY FROM THAT DATE .IN JULY-08, THEY GIVE ME BILL UPTO 6000/- WHICH IS 06 TO 07 TIMES HIGH THAN MY REGULAR BILL.I GIVE COMPLAIN OF THAT BILL, BUT AREA A.O.CASH SUGGEST ME TO PAY HALF BILL TILL COMPLAIN REPORT COMES.I PAID 3000/- RS.AND I GIVE APPLICATION ON 05-07-08 IN AREA BSNL OFFICE TO CHANGE PLAN-250 TO PLAN-750 UNLIMITED.BUT THEY DOESN, T CHANGE PLAN TILL 01-08-08 AND THEY GIVE ME BILL RS.13000/-FOR USE OF BROADBAND IN JULY MONTH.I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT BSNL START THEIR BROADBAND PLAN FROM ANY DATE OF MONTH, THEN WHY THEY AVOID TO CHANGE PLAN FROM MIDDLE OF MONTH?

        home 250 — excess bill of 10000 per month

        dear sir/madam
        from[protected] to[protected] the payable bill is rs 10207/- and we have hardly used the internet . kindly request you to identify the numbers charged without our knowledge through any other means. kindly clarify the bill and do the needful .
        if this is the service charged for nothing kindly withdraw our connection.

        home 250 — wrong billing

        i have data one-home 250 connection since1.8.07except forthe period 1.9.06 to30.9.08 my broad band usage has been within1 gb.in fact it has been about 400 mb .but for 9/08 the bill was 4538 rupees.as required i submitted a complaint in proper formon21.10.08.but no action has been taken but the ammount has been charged on my bank account under ecs.i am a retired senior citizen and use the comp for contact with my grand children in states.if this my complaint is not redressed and i am made to pay such exhorbitant charges, i will have to stop using bsnl broadband.binay mishra.tele.no.[protected]

        BSNL — Wrong Bill

        i have a complaint regarding my billing, my line got disconnected in the month of December then also BSNL send me the of January, i made a Complaine regarding my billing Problem, but nothing happen, They started giving Example on real life...

        i am attaching my bill which was due and so the line got disconnected

        a bsnl internet conneton has been installed on my phone no.[protected], and it is observed that bills coming against usage of internet is very high.I suspect that the bills are counted mor than my actual usage of internet.Hence I request to the concerned to look into the matter and do the needful.

        BSNL — wrong calls and messaging

        i am getting a lot of wrong messages from an unknown number*([protected])
        can you take any action on it .

        i am lakhraj singh parchage a new broadband connection plan 150 and 1 GB free in this plan but now i receive my first telephone bill in this bill my broadband rent is not corect in this bill rent is 200 and i have parchage plan 150 so i am, not satysfy my bill please chek my bill my number is[protected] and connection is surjit singhs names. so please solve my problem.

        BSNL — WRONG BILLING +++++

        Dear Sirs

        My earlier Chennai Telephone No. 22246239+ Broadband was disconnected on 20/1/2009 on request of address change and shift.

        I was given a new connection vide phone no 22470390 on 27/05/09. My BB connection was not given till 5th of June 2009 for their internal reasons.

        I had paid the Jan Bill of 557/- through net and as per the waiver letter given by them from 20/1 to 26/5 my bill for the month of May should be nill with credit of 5 more days in June.

        But astonishingly they have billed for 5 days a sum of 557 for 4 days and no complaint is taken by the cells or any of the office for this.

        Kindly advice further. Already waiver letter submitted to their Guindy Office. I have spent on travel for more than the bill amount to their offices.

        BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LTD — Broadband speed not upto date

        i have a broadband connection with plan business-1000 with minimun speed of 256kbps & maximum speed of 2mbps, but it only give us 42kbps. i have lock the compliant on 01-07-09 but till date it is not completed.
        I am also agree that BSNL providing very poor quality for broadband. And service providing to costumer is very very poor. I hope that some government step will be taken against this company to satisfied costumer.

        BSNL — WRONG BILLING EVERY MONTH

        BSNL IS SENDING ME EXCESSIVE BILLS EVERY MONTH.I AM USEING BSNL BROAD 500 HOME PLAN SINCE 1/11/08.BUT STILL NOW 1/07/09 THEY ARE SENDING ME BILLS FOR 750 UNLIMITED PLAN (ACTUAL BILL AMOUNT Rs.835 ) EVERY MONTH.I HAVE COMPLAINED AGAINST THIS MATTER TO THEM BUT NO REMEDY.
        i have also suffered from this type of problem.they always send wrong bills and we have to pay the wrong bills to continue the service which is very unethical.

        However, in above bill No. 16237893 dtd. 04/07/2009 BSNL has charged For Rs. 500/- without any details. I request BSNL to rectify my Telephone Bill and inform me what account they have charged Rs. 500/- in above bill for Broad band.

        BSNL — Not Providing service properly and giving wrong bill of a high amount

        Hi,
        from a long time i having problem in my broadband connection. hundreds of times i given complaint on phone and around 10-15 times i have visited BSNL office in Faridabad . From past months first of alll i am not able to work on the connection as well as i have lost my mental comfort as i have to pay that bill which i am not using. why the hell I should pay for that thing which is not useable by me. Now they have crossed their limitiation as this neither i have used the broadband nor the phone as my phone was dead and they have sent the bill whose amount is in thousands. Am i a fool, if my ph is dead since i can do call through the ph. this time i am not going to leave them people as the businessor things which i have lost will not be covered by any kind of compensation overall i have done lots of request to them poeople but this time i am not going to leave them without taking a proper action.

        BSNL Mobile — wrong mobile billing

        I have a bsnl mobile no.[protected] and provider have chaged me Rs.240/- for calls while I was roaming in MTNL mumbai on 03.13.2008. when I saw my itemised invoice period 19.11.2008 to 18.12.2008 i found that call to which No.[protected] showing in my invoice is not possible because it was massege center no.and calls to this no every 8 seconds again and again.than I filed a complant to CCN firozabad again and again. after 10 days later he replied his nodel officer says that subscriber has called than i told him to make a call to this no from my mobile.he cheked him self call was not possible .after that I have paid the bill to avoid disconnect.so i req to you please solve my problem and i hope you will solve it.

        sir i have changed my bsnl broadband plan from home 250 to home 500 last month in august
        My plan was changed on 3rd aug to home 500 and after that i am using home 500.
        i have downloaded 60GB in August.
        Now the problem is that they have charged me Rs 4000 for august month broadband usage.
        what they have done is
        60000MB/30days=that is 2000mb per day
        now they have multiplied this per day usage with 3(as my plan is changed from 4rd aug. and before that i was using home 250 plan)
        2000x3= 6000 MB (they are treating this as Excess Usage)
        now thay have charged me .80 Rs per mb on 6000mb
        6000x.80= Rs 4800

        now they have given me discount also and finally my bill is nearly Rs 4000

        BSNL IS DOING CORRECT OR NOT.
        PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO .

        home 500c — AUGUST month broad band usage bill amount came more

        My phone no. 27162188. I am a user of 550C plan. In august month bill, broad band usage amount got more. Actually i am not used that much. I have given written complaint also in Tirumalghery office with copy o[censored]sage.Please check the usage of my plan and give me correct amount of bill immidiately. Thank you.

        BSNL — Monthly Bill from BSNL

        I am using BSNL Wireless phone for the past 5 months. My phone number is[protected]. Not even a single month I got the bill from BSNL. Every month, customer, me, has to enquire for bill amount and pay the same through net or at counter sometimes. BIggest problem is that customers are not sure what is the last date for the payment, no of calls made etc., BSNL should not take this as an advantage, as the customers so meticulous in paying the money in time. At the same time, for BSNL it is not a problem, if the bill is not paid, they will remove the connection, very easiest work.

        When the work culture will change at BSNL, although they look at the competition, people are almost near door to receive the payment.

        BSNL POSTPAID BROADBAND 750 UL PLAN — WANTING PAYMENT DETAILS

        KINDLY INFORM ME THE PAYMENT DETAILS FOR MY TELEPHONE NUMBER 2647600-

        FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2009 AND OCTOBER 2009.

        500 combo — poratal id,bill details

        i m unable 2 see my portal usage id.plz help me how 2 see of portal id & our postal bills not coming?

        BSNL — wrongly treating

        sir
        i have taken a BSNL sim 7months ago from the bsnl office. first of i was told that the sim would start within 48hrs but the sim started in 5 days. after that within one month they again stopped my service and when i asked them they told that my documents are not correct then i again submitted my documents and my sim started again but within half a month the company started a ' hello tune service ' on my sim without my request. when i call the costumer care service they refused to stop that service and cut my account balance for that service and now if i call them they don't take my call.
        i also submitted a complaint in the bsnl office.
        also after 10 p.m. they don't take call and just put the reciever and don't hear my complaints'
        sir its my humble request to you to take a satisfactory measure against them as soon as possible.

        BSNL — Wrong Information Leads to Losses

        I have BSNL Pre Paid connection ([protected]) in Saral Anath Plan, My card was expired on[protected] and there after i received message from BSNL that my plan was Migrated to SaralAnanth GP, Later when i called to BSNL Customer Care regarding this, They gave information that Your balance became Zero now, and if you want to get validity and balance, you have to recharge with Rs.225/- (Topup Coupon).

        Later i done Easy Recharge from vendor to get balance and validity, but i will not got balance as well as validity, confirming to customer care they told that instead of Easy Recharge, Go for Physical Coupon and recharge, then on 7-1-2009 i purchased Rs.225/- Cupon and scratched and try to recharge, But got message Recharge not Successes then i called to customer care they told that after 2 hours it will be resolved, later in the night i called once again they told they on the issue, once again they send request and it will be resolved. and as and when i call i have tell every thing same to every one .... reputedly, on 13th January 2010 I asked to register my compliant and gave me the number then they registered the complaint and give the number : AP[protected].

        SINCE FROM THEN I CALL REGULARLY THERE REPLY IS SIR IT WILL BE REOLSVED OR ALREADY RESOLVED or TRY AFTER 2 HOURS OR AUTOMATICALY YOU WILL GET BALANCE AND VALIDITY TRY AFTER 2 HOURS AND SWITCH OFF YOUR MOIBLE FOR 2 MINUTES AND SWITCH ON Etc….. Etc, But till date i am not got balance.

        After complain Face to Face to BSNL person, He gave me my area J.E number and name (Mr. Madhavrao J.E, Charminar Section) on[protected] i gone to office by 10:30 he was not came and by 11:30 he came and told we cannot do any thing as Customer Care is at Banagalore, If you want to complaint go to secunderbad (12 Kms from Charminar) and gave, As your account is Expired, you have to purchase First Rs.221/- Recharge Coupon then you will get this voucher (RS.225/- which i already purchased) value, I asked Sir, When i called to customer care then why not they given same information, ...? When i am purchasing Rs.225/- (Topup) instead i can purchase your Rs.221/- (Recharge Cupon), Now i am already invested Rs.225/- now once again i have purchase one more Card Rs.221/- in the mean time i lost my Export Contract due my number outgoing was blocked and Importer whose machine (Telephone) accepts only my BSNL number which is registered with them, Due to This I am suffred around Rs.5,00,000/-..? who will be responsible for this....         BSNL Broadband connection was installed in my house vide Consumer Numer UPWGZB[protected] (Phone No:[protected] in May 2010. I had opted for for Home 750 plan in which I get to use Unlimited Internet for Rs750 at a speed of 256kbps. Though your people installed Landline phone as well , I have not used it much. Now I have received the Bill for period of 01/05/2010 to 31/05/2010 bearing Bill No: T[protected]Y with payable amount as Rs15439. It is imposible to have such a bill amount considering my usage. Also there is no mention of details about usage for which this bill has been generated. Please help to enquire about same at Earliest and confirm me at so that I can pay the correct amount to BSNL to avail continued service.

        BSNL Mobile — wrong conversion of plan without notice

Rcently the plan was converted in to Excel Power from Original Sumo Power without notice and before validity date of 23/11/2010And even after repeated request number 2143929,2144873,2155129 on rcent different dates through contacting no.1503 the plan was not corrected in to original plan of Sumo powe pack.

        BSNL — Incorrect amount of telephone bills

        This is to inform you that I ,Indra Khandelwal (Costumer Id-[protected]) holder of phone no.[protected]bsnl) getting missappropriate telephone bills since March.

        I informed this to bsnl officer (Vidhyadhar nagar branch) and he told me that some mistake has been made at their end.He asked me that it would took some days to correct the same and to pay the bills later on.

        i have visited Bsnl Dept. many times but its seems that no one is interested in solving the problem.

        Now the officer asked me to pay amount mentioned in bills and to make adjustments in later bills.

        I have made 2 payments and I am not getting correct amt. of bills.

        I have provisioned broadband connection[protected] with BBG home combo 750 unlimited option on 24 jul 2009, in the month of oct 2010 I change my plan to BBG combo 599 with 4 GB Data download and 150 free call, I change my plan from web and I received a letter from BSNL in this regard stated that plan will effect from 01 nov 2010, later on in the same month I decide to change my plan to Combo Home 299 Plan as my usage is not much through web, but later on I come to know that minimum provisioning period for any plan is One month so thinking that my BBG 599 plan will remain provisioned I start using net as per 4 GB plan and same is being reflected in my BSNL portal ID ( Screen Shot attached, red circle showing dated screen shot taken and the plan provisioned in which BBG 299 never been provisioned), to my surprise I received bill for the month of nov 2010 of Rs 1679.00/- when I contacted in this regard to BSNL office they give me a phone No. of account department to contact to solve the problem, when I contacted on the no. they give me another phone and after I contacted on the No. they give me the new No. and after that I received so many No.s but nobody respond to solve my problem, later on I pay the bill (copy attached), please you look into the matter and help in getting my money back from BSNL o[censored]nfair amount.

        Dear Sir,

        I have taken two nos. of mobile cards viz. [protected] & 68. I have paid all the dues (bills) of both the cards in the month of August-2011. At that time, I approached BSNL, CG Road Office, Ahmedabad to cancel my both the mobile cards. The person asked me xerox copies of last bill and statement to cancel both the cards. Suddenly, I xeroxed all the required documents with written application to cancel my two cards and submit the person in the office BSNL and asked receipt for the same. The person in my presence, wrote down in the book my name and mobile nos and told that NO TO WORRY, now no bills will come at your residence.
        Surprisingly, in the month of September-2011, I found bill from BSNL. At that time I complained via Internet (through my mail ID) that you have wrongly send me the bill. No reply from the BSNL. Now, yesterday on 18-Oct-2011, again I found bill from BSNL. Now, what can I do?

And now when i call to customer care ,then asays that there is no such things activated , then why is my monthl;y balance is deducted after the reactivation msg of ecah service. and in each msg contain a number to deactivate the service , but when we call ,then we knows that the number is not exsist. please help .take action against the this.

                  I have a broad band connection to my land line Tel.No[protected] since May2009. For last few months the Out Look Express is lying defunct.I had lodged complaint with Barasat Telephone Exchange under Calcutta Telephones on 06.04.2011 and the problems could not be resolved till date. No mails could either be received or sent from my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and thus I am facing problems.
                  probably you'd have to check the configuration settings. BSNL wont to liable for these charges

                      Sir,

                      1. I purchased 3G SIM from BSNL Office at Bhootnath, Lucknow on 15th
                      dec’10 after paying Rs. 40/- to the customer care executive named Sh.
                      Vikas Sinha and his lady assistant (name I don’t know). They were also
                      selling 2G SIM for Rs. 4. I intentionally asked for 3G sim and filled
                      all the formalities required for that and did a FRC of Rs. 120, done by
                      DSE, Sh. S N pandey.

                      2. After this I surfed net using my BSNL Teracom LW 2772 data card but
                      the speed offered to me was pathetic and I was getting a speed of only
                      4 to 5 kbps. After this I launched complaints on both customer care and
                      198 but to my utter frustration nothing happened. I stopped using it
                      for sometime.

                      3. Then when I checked this thing with Sh. Vikas Sinha he said that the
                      SIM is 2G and that all he can do is now change the internet parameters
                      of that SIM and convert it into 3G, which any customer can do by
                      purchasing 2G sim and then do a recharge of Re 1. I was aghast at his
                      statement and found myself cheated by an employee of such a big
                      organization. When I enquired more they have said that I have to go to
                      BSNL Mahanagar, Lucknow office for more information.

                      4. I did all the roaming here and there in the BSNL offices and it
                      helped me nothing. after this I lodged online complaints in the public
                      grievance portal of government of India against. After 20 odd days I
                      received a call from Sh. S. N. Pande, DSE, BSNL Bhootnath office,
                      lucknow asking me to come and take the new 3G SIM but to my utter
                      frustration when I went there I found out that man of his level and
                      experience was scolding me for complaining against him and Mr. Sinha
                      and said for mere Rs. 40 and a recharge of Rs. 120, I was doing all
                      this. But ultimate incident happened when I came to know that what he
                      was searching for an hour was a bunch of BSNL SIMs’ which were 2G and
                      he didn’t even know that which one is the BSNL 3G SIM. He used to pick
                      any one sim and again goes to vikas sinha for asking, is this the 3G
                      sim?, and mr. vikas sent him back 5 times saying that all these sims
                      are not 3G and you better say to the concerned customer that his sim is
                      3G. Therefore after wasting my 2 hours there I found that mr .S N
                      pande refused to give me 3G sim and said that he will call me when that
                      SIM will come.
                      6. after 5 days a customer care official asked me that whether I have
                      received the new sim or not because BSNL has reported back saying that
                      they have provided me the new SIM. I felt like anything and in utter
                      dismay said that I have received nothing. Seeing this cheating again
                      from that same person I enquired from the Headquarter of BSNL in Gandhi
                      Bhawan, lucknow from SDE (operations) as AGM (PG) wasn’t available for
                      enquiry, that whether new 3G sim is available or not and he showed me
                      the same there only. The basic difference between a 3G and 2G sim is
                      that on the back of 3G sim it is written BSNL 3G and on the circuit
                      side it is written 128 bit as 2G sim is of 64 bit only and what mr.
                      vikas sinha has done is to change the parameters of my 2G sim with 3G
                      Sim so that everyone who sees it says that it is a 3G Sim but as
                      mentioned above we can only check it physically only. These people in
                      BSNL Bhootnath, lucknow are cheating people and using their ignorance’s
                      as one more thing I came to know was that the SIM which I took in
                      December was of Just Rs. 20 only but they charged me Rs. 40 coz there
                      is no price tag on the sim voucher. To utter frustration their higher
                      officers are doing nothing as I even wrote to their chairman stating
                      this incident.
                      With all this facing of scamsters and cheaters and ignorant BSNL
                      employees I demand that immediately my money (both sim charges and FRC)
                      should be returned or reimburse me with the new ones.

They said your card is group card and next time your

                              i requeted that I have subscribed BSNL Hungama MoD services for the landline phone no.[protected] and now I want deactivate the same.Kindly deactivate the service immediately.

                                    I suddenly had my number [protected] going inactive on 15th April 2011, as my SIM was showing as not registered. I made a complaint by calling Cellone @[protected] and registered on 15th April 2011 around 11:45 am. I was given a docket number of 4934941. I also visited the BSNL office Aundh on 18th April 2011 and met the concerned division that deals with Cellone. I was told that they would look into this and get it rectified within couple of days and I would get a callback on the same at my alternative numbers, which I provided. Till now (April 21 2011) there was no call back and my SIM is still not functioning. It is notable that my number was ported from Vodafone and there happened something with their database and they don;t see the number identified.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Past 3 Year i am using the cell one post connection. but last month i was forget the bill payment aromatic outgoing cutting on 10.10.11 eving 6.30 P.M.
                                    I was paid on 11.10.11 @ 8.30 A.M throu ICICI bank - net banking (Rs 2450 bill amount). Till now outgoing not going and Chennai Custer also inform to same day.
                                    Kindly activate to the same.

                                      I have taken a internet broad band from BSNL. The same is not operative for most of the time. We have made several complaints to the concerned Department and met the senior officer in person but of little help.

                                      It appears that they do not want do rectify the problem and subtily forcing their costomer to opt out to any other service provider ( Private ). The callousness of the employees is unbearable.

                                        MY NAME IS REJI.KM, I am from Kaloor Ernakulam City Kerala our home Landline no is [protected] ( CONSUMER NO 4916120 )now its not working past 5 days.I have reported the complaint to BSNL office on April 14th still they do not solve my complaint. We have telephone complaint every month the same problem.All my relatives ask me y nobody pick the phone when they dial they hear ring they thought nobody there in home or not responding.The main fun is they do not didact the rent for my phone connection not in service period.
