I have not recieved my Telephone bills in time always so i am facing lot of problems for paying my telephone bill in time cause many time i have paid late payment fee. This is not my fault Why i am suffering ? So please take an action against my problem. & I have alraedy dt[protected], given an application in BSNL Office Address :- Brahampuri Meerut. for change my address but till date not taken any action against my problem so do something quickly.

15 aug 2008 i purchage this number my bsnl no.is +91-[protected]( in this no dealer said me that u will get 100 Rs extra talktime till 15 months reacharge of 112 Rs. i m countinue get this amnt).
i reacharge 112 Rs. (topup) my no. 21 june 09 but i get only 100 Rs

i have already complaint in bsnl coustomer care comp.no.is-(F[protected].cce said me u will get this amnt with in 24 but i dont get ithis.

my telephone no.[protected].this phone is dead before 13days i complained many times in my exchange but no one come. last time it died then a line man came after two months but this time i do not want this.please sir do something for me this time. my name is ram shukla shastri this phone is mine.i live in goverdhan dist. mathura.

Again while lodging complaint to VSNL Office Kanpur by my brother for Locking the SIM, They did not entertained, and directed my brother for surrendering the original copy of FIR to take any action in this regard.
at present Myself am at Navi Mumbai, and helpless to find any near by VSNL office.
It is earnestly requested that an early action of locking the SIM of my mobile may please be carried out at earliest to avoid any misuse.
My other detail is as below.

प्रार्थी 2003 से भारत दूरसंचार निगम लिमिटेड का उपभोक्ता है जिसका मो. नं. [protected] है। उसने दिनाँक 01/08/2009 को कार्यालय से ज्ञात किया कि 525रू. के टेरिफ प्लान पर एक रेंट फ्री सिम दी जा रही है तथा जिससे नये नंबर व आपस में दोनों नंबरों पर बातें फ्री में की जा सकती हैं तथा यह फोन अन्य किसी के नाम पर भी लिया जा सकता है अत: प्रार्थी ने दिनाँक – 03/08/09 अपना टेरिफ प्लान परिवर्तित करवा लिया। अत्यन्त खेद के साथ कहना पड रहा है कि आज इस विज्ञापन युग में उपभोक्ताओं को तिल-तिल की जानकारी दी जाती है किन्तु आपके द्वारा तो उसे प्लान की भी जानकारी नहीं दी जाती हैं। पूर्व में प्रार्थी से कहा गया था किसी अन्य के नाम पर भी कनेक्शन दिया जा सकता है किन्तु जब प्रार्थी ने अपनी पत्नी के नाम कनेक्शन माँगा तो कार्यालय में पुन: कहा कि आप अपने नाम से प्रार्थना पत्र दें। प्रार्थी को दिनाँक – 07/08/09 को फ्री सिम न देकर रसीद संख्या- 26, बुक संख्या- 196 से 110रू. की रसीद काटकर सिम संख्या[protected]-3046 दी गई तथा आश्वस्थ करा दिया कि 24 से 48 घन्टे में नया नंबर चालू कर दिया जाएगा किन्तु उसका नया नंबर अभी तक चालू नहीं किया गया है। इससे पूर्व में प्रार्थी के एक जानकार द्वारा जिसका मो. [protected] इसी प्रकार प्लान बदलने पर तुरन्त ही नया नंबर चालूकर दिया गया था किन्तु मेरे साथ ऐसा भेदभाव क्यों किया जा रहा है।

कृपया उचित कार्यवाही कर प्रार्थी को अनुग्रहीत करें।

प्रार्थी लम्बे समय से भारत दूरसंचार निगम लिमिटेड का उपभोक्ता है जिसका फोन. नं.[protected] है तथा वह विगत कई वर्षों से इन्टरनेट (ब्राडबेंड) सेवा का उपयोग भी कर रहा है। अत्यन्त खेद के साथ कहना पड रहा है कि पूर्व में प्रार्थी ने दूरभाष संख्या 197 एवं[protected] पर यह शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि उसे संतुष्टीपूर्ण लिंक एवं ADSL नहीं प्राप्त हो पा रहा हैं जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उसके कम्प्यूटर सुचारू रूप से कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं किन्तु उपरोक्त विषय पर अभी तक उचित कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है आज दिनाँक 11/08/2009 को भी शिकायत संख्या 06 दी गई है। कृपया इस विषय को संज्ञान में लेते हुए उचित कदम उठाएँ।

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have taken broadband connection on phone no. 2635087, but there are so many joints in telephone wire, this causes earthing and because of this net is not working properly. We complained about it earlier (from last 1 Year) many times but did not get any proper response. Therefore, you are requested change the wire as soon as possible.

We have already inform to you through mail on 09.03.2009 & 22.04.2009

Sir,
My mobile number is [protected] and is post paid.I remain in Meerut and Noida but I do not get any kind of signals or connectivity during stay in Noida. I am having roaming facility in my phone. resulting loads of inconvenience. In case this problem can not be solved please advice me. Otherwise I have to change the service provider.
