Sub : Complaint on Bills (either waive off the charges or disconnect the connection).
Sir,
This is in reference to our number broadband number[protected], please note that we have been a facing a problem for last 11 – 12 Months.
Because on the construction of the road at Dhanwapur road, railway road, gurgaon, Our Internet line was disconnected 11 – 12 months ago. We have lodged a complaint also long back on the same but it was told that on complaint, all charges applied on bill would be waived off.
Also, we are getting the bills regularly without any services and no visit from the bsnl personnel has been made so far.
I would request if you waived off all the charges on the bill or discontinue the connection. We are not going to pay for the services we have not availed because of no connection for last 11 – 12 months.
Please treat this matter as urgent and close the connection asap.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — No service No money
Dear Sir or MadamOn 30 Jan 2008, install modem at my home. However, internet will start on 5 Feb 2008. Even without service, BSNL will charge Rs 8 in January bill for one-day internet. In addition, 10th 11th 12th 17th and 24 Feb 2008 internet service is not available. After the service I am given lots of complain about Net Speed and Usage Detail to Mrs. Nalini Verma. They send me to Mr. Baburam they give me number of Mr. Gandhi. After talk on phone with Mr. Gandhi, they give me the number of Mr. D I Patel. Then I call so many times but no result will out. Again I call Mr. Gandhi on 29 Feb 2008 about Net speed and usage record was not update after 23 Feb 2008 then he ask my portal ID and open my usage record on his system and he confirm the record is not update and give me Mr. Vagasiya’s number for my problem. Same day I call Mr. Vagasiya and complain but no response then I will call on third and 4th Mar 2008. However, problem is keep out and service is closed after 11 Hrs. from 4th 5th 6 Mar 2008. It will start on 7 Mar after 16th hrs. In that event my February bill is issue with usage up to 23 Feb.’s Data 655MB. Moreover, other usage from 24 to 29 will be Unbilled 562MB was gone to March Bill. That is why my loss in Feb 369 MB. Now my problems of speed not solve and record will update after 1 or 2 days. Moreover, I spend so many times and money on phone calls for Broadband service. Moreover, link is broken in between connection. So kindly solve my problem as early as possible. And refund my payment for Feb 2008 bill witch i pay for without service.
