Sir,
I am using the BSNL prepaid mobile (No. [protected]). I have received a message that "FEVER" pack has been activated and some amount was deducted from my account. I never requested for any value added service. I do not even know what is FEVER pack. I have tried for deactivate as per their instructions but i could not. As per the TRAI regulations, the consumer's consent should be obtained before such activation. So i request you to deactivate the value added service at once.

    AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION AND DEDUCTING MONEY OF VALUE PACK SERVICE
    I am also receiving message very frequently from bsnl ( no.5959507,54000010,[protected] that "thank you for using vastu,beauty tips,astro service. You have been charged rs. 10,3,7 . Please let me know for what reason the said amount is being charged to my mob. Number [protected] . Further kindly do something for avoiding these bad activities and please do the needful to reimburse the deducted amount which is more than 300/-Rs in last 45days. I tried over phone to talk to customer care. They told me to activate DND by sending sms to 1909. And after activating Dnd still I'm receiving the same. please please help me...

    BSNL — AUTO ACTIVATION OF BSNL BEAUTY TIPS

    Respected Sir,
    On 12.02.2011 evening, I received a sms stating that BeautyTips BSNL Alerts is active from a number +51234030 and consequently Rs.30 was deducted from my account balance. I called up the customer care and they said it has been auto-activated and took my complaint and gave me a Docket No. B12WB194442 and assured me to return my balance.
    But till date they have not done so. What can I do now? Please help me.

      Hi,i have taken a post paid bsnl sim from haldia office in the set2008,at that time for internet i have to pay 198rs and security deposit of 500,billing limit of 1000 only.the consumer care executive in chiranjibpur bsnl exchange office does not have any idea of roaming applicability on the sim.he told me that its national roaming on internet usages.after atwo months o[censored]se it automatically disconnect and i checked that its due to unpaid bill.i mailed this case to the zonal office in kharagpur,but in case of there action,the executive called me and ask for the reason of the complaint.now they gave me a billing notice of the unpaid bill with interest with total amaount 15,ooo.i cant pay the bill and want for a legal action against the employee and bsnl.

        a service named mobile TV was automatically activated by my mobile operator. when i complained it they said it will be stopped and amount deducted will be refunded. still till[protected] its has not been refunded. i made complaint on[protected] . my complaint number is 323Rj830561.i want my money back .my mobile number is [protected].

          hello
          my name is vikas grover and my mobile number is[protected] , which is a bsnl connection..
          i recharged my mobile on[protected] of 59rs for cheaper calling. but never receive confirmation msg till and also the benefit of recharge.
          i call to company for solution of this problem but they give excuse like technical problem and not solve my problem yet.
          please solve my problem as fast as possible , otherwise i go for another option like port. this is my final and last request to company.
          because a silent friend comes later in mind.

                Landline not working

                Land line number[protected] is not wokring for past 3 weeks. I have registered the complatint in gorimedu office, so for no-one has attempted to solve this issue. It shows very very poor & worst customer care service from BSNL salem branch.

Ltd;) having Land line Telephone No.[protected] in our office situated At. 9/1, Opp. Punjab National Bank, Hinjewadi Wakad Road, A/p. Hinjewadi, Tal. Mulshi, Dist. Pune. Since 5 days our office land line Telephone not working we are telephone to Hinjewadi Telephone Exchange and inform him same day but still today our telephone not working we daily call to Hinjewadi Exchange and inquire but he only giving false assurance yes we are already sent our people and immediately your phone is working but till we are facing problem. in every month the same problem we are facing it's a regular problem please solve.

                My landline no 2202218 not working properly . I hanve given so many complaint on toll free no but its no ok till date.

                  Hi,

                  BSNL is cheating customers in Andaman. They sell packages that doesn't work.

                  On 19th of july 2012, I have activated special tariff of rs 96. This will allow me to call std at 30 paise and local 10 paise. And also recharges 200 as talk time.

                  When I called STD number i noticed that they are still charging RS 1.50 per minute for std call. I tried to call customer care, but no response. I dialed there number, however cannot reach them as it automatically disconnects after I reach the speak to customer care menu. It seems they are intentionally not willing to talk to customers.

                  With 200 RS talk time, I would have got around 600 minutes.( 30 paise per minutes ), i got just 133 minutes.

                  This is a cheating, or negligence I am not sure. They are doing it intentionally or just careless attitude of bsnl employes. It is not only me who is facing this issue, almost every one in this islands are facing issues likes this.

                    Hi,

                    I activated my broadband connection in the month of September and kept a dep of Rs.1750. I missed paying the bill in the month of Nov - Dec due to personalreasons and received a text message stating that my line has disconnected in Dec.

                    Since the line was disconnected and the deposit was with BSNL I left the matter as I had to move to Mumbai for a few weeks and decided to come back and sort the matter.

                    After returning I was surprised to find more bills.

                    Tills date my total outstanding is about Rs.5,500 without using the service and after cancellation of my broadband.

                    Please advise as the customer care is pathetic.

                    BSNL — BROADBANK INSTALLATION CHARGES LEVIED DOUBLY

                    I am having Internet connection-broadband. It continued with my landline phone-[protected] upto Nov.2007.. Thereafter I had to surrender the same for some period. At the time of first installation, I was charged for Modem as well as installation. Now when I got it restarted in the month of February, 2009, I was astonished to see that I have been again levied Installation charges of 500/-. On taking up the matter with BSNL oofice Dhuri, I was directed to talk to JTO on duty, who in turn just said that as per BSNL policy, we have to levy these charges again. While at the time first installation and afterwards its surrender, I was asked that you have to retain the modem and you can get it restarted any time without any installation charges. As there is no satisfactory reply from the local authorities so this complaint.

                        I am using bsnl 3g card for internet purpose. I used to recharge with Rs. 400/- and using 1GB per month.but in last week I have done recharge of Rs. 450/- having usage of 2.5GB for 30 days. After availing this recharg facility i felt that the speed of interent is very slow as compared to earlier. I have called in customer care to solve my problem but nobody is responding to my answer properly & giving me excuses.Dear Sir/Madam is there any solution for the same as i am really facing a problem as internet is not supporting the speed which i want to complet my work.

                            I have bSNL Broadband home plan 250. I make advance annual payments in January every year. For last few months I'm having severe problem in accessing the internet. even after repeated complaints the problem is continuing. I can access the nET for a few minutes at a stretch then it goes offline. And at times it becomes available sometime later but most of thwe time it is not available for that day at all. The modem has been checked by the company and it is found to be in order. they are now not taking any interest and I'm feeling extremely frustrated! My phone no is [protected].

                              i have an bsnl mobile prepaid connection [protected] this is andhrapradesh number i am using it in roaming. i am unable to deliver the messages from this number to any airtel number and balance is deducted from my account without delivering the message. i tried to contact the customer care of bsnl but they r not responding and blaming my handset and ask to contact customer care of andhra how can i contact them when i am in roaming. i have checked everything and it is the mobile operator issue not the issue with my handset. please help me out with this.

                                i got msg from "[protected]" on 4/5/2012&4/6/2012 as "thanks for subcribing video bar" and rs30+30=60 deducted automatically without my permission .though, i have send msg to unsubcribe the service.when i complained to customer cell &k.k.nagar exchange they gave the no as my complaint no;F06ch348399&F07352098 and informed me the msg will be sent to concern dept but they can't do any thing reg refund because it is done by somebody whose is not under their control or area.I have lost Rs60+6(for sms to un subcribe). they say only CGM orGM of bsnl can do something for refund!!. this kind o[censored]nauthorised money deduction amount to stealing our money?!!.FOR THE SEVICE NOT ASKED AND NOT USED HOW CAN A DEPARTMENT TAKE OUR MONEY ?.

Without my knowledge the dailer tone option was activated and Rs 30 getting deducted from my prepaed balance. for this to talk to the customer care of the bsnl I have been trying to speak with them on their custormer care num [protected] but the number is not existing for many days. i gone thru the bsnl website to lodge a complant but there i did not find any way to approach the concerned persons. i really shocked to see their contact us, complaint booking, reach us options are useless and none of them are working properly. All the concerned officers regarding customer care of the bsnl are not approchble and gone into hidden state. It is very pathetic to have the bsnl number as i did a big crime in my previous janam. i request the concerned department in the bsnl look into my problme and give me a solution of deactivating my dialer tone. i have a sympathy on the government agencies so that im still wish to continue with BSNL so BSNL dont test our patience with ur careless and irresoponsible attitude. i[censored] do like this, soon the BSNL will disappear as defacto..
