[Resolved]  BSNL vennela plus — fnf plan not activated

dear sir,
ihad made a complaint regarding migration of mobile no.[protected] from VENNELA TO VENNELAPLUS with the MIGRATION VOUCHER OF RS 199/ BEARING NO.[protected] ON 7-9-2009 AT ABOUT 6AM.IHAD RECEIVED SMS FROM 53733 THATMY PREPAID ACCOUNT WAS MIGRATED TO VENNELAPLUS ASKING ME TO SEND SMSFOR 5 NEW FNF NOS WITH ONE LANDLINE MANDATORY.ACCORDINGLY IAM SENDING SMS FORFNF NOS.TO MY SURPRISE IAM GETTING REPLY FROM 53733 STATINGTHATONLY LOCALBSNL LANDLNE NUMBER IS ALLOWED.THE LAST SMS RECEIVED REG FNF NOS WAS AT 8.28 PM TODAY I.E ON 10-9-09.
ACCORDING TO PLAN ONLY IHAD GIVEN 2 BSNL LANDLINE LOCAL NOS AND 3 MOBILE NOS. WHEN I COTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT [protected] REG THIS PLAN ,THEY TOLD ME THE SAME PROCEDURE SHOULD FOLLOW.
IYOU HAD TAKEN 4 DAYS FOR MIGRATION AND HOW MANY DAYS YOU WILL TAKE TO ACTIVATE MY FNF PLAN,FOR WHICH IWAS VERY MUCH ANNOYED AND MY VALUABLE TIME WAS WASTED FOR THIS SIMPLE WORK.
IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE FACTS I REQEST YOU TO ENQUIRE IN TO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

I am Adapa Sudhakar from Kakinada, I have taken mobile connection from BSNL Vennela Package
eventhough I have recharged my sim, my connection was not activated yet, though I informed to the employees in BSNL office at Kakinada, they answerd me that it would be activated within one day, I met 4 times to the officials of the Department, my sim was not activated yet, I was recharged on 7/09/2009) being a business person mobile is essential for me without my mobile connection i am not able to do any business, I lost 4 days of my business,

So I request your kind honour to take proper action against BSNL customer care, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir

Dear Sir,

I am gvs kiran from hyd, I have taken mobile connection from BSNL Vennela Package
eventhough I have recharged my sim, my connection was not activated yet, though I informed to the custmar care , they answerd me that it would be activated within one day, I met 10 times to the of custmar care Department, my sim was not activated yet, I was recharged on 9/09/2009) alereday they took the complinent on 12/09/09 my complinent num ap[protected] but they didn't taken any action.

So I request your kind honour to take proper action against BSNL customer care, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir

my complaint no (11th sep) AP[protected] second complaint (16th sep) AP16099220 my mobile experise date 10th sep .i have recharged 110 top up card.100ru bal activeted but did not date extend so what to do.
my complaint no (13th oct) AP[protected].my sms service is not working.i have balance & validity.my phone & message settings are right.so please rectify my problem i have called customer care from 4 days there is no proper solution.my mobile no is [protected].

My mobile No.[protected] , in my phone balance was get negetive of Rs.52/- ( rupees Fifty Two only) on[protected] but i have not avail any subscribe song, why it was reduce the balance kindly mail the details of reduction and reverse the amount immediately after the receiving the mail.

bsnl vennela — activated loveology- without permission

we have suddenly been sent a message like you have been activated loveology service on your mobile phone . We did not request for it.We also checked our sent items. Do we have to call the cusomer care This happened to me a couple of years ago after losing Rs30 per month for more than 4 months I somehow got relieved of this problem. Now again this month I got this message from 55666.
I kindly request you to go through this.Many bsnl customers are facing this 55666 problem.
it is asked to send UNSUBLOVE to 55666 but it's not working.
Its sad that we who trust BSNL are suffering.

Please let me know what needs to be done to activate FFE for BSNL Vasantham prepaid
