i am a user of bsnl mobile no [protected]. few days ago i subscribed wap service"hot model of the day"from bsnl gprs services.i got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=743 but this url not open on my phone.so i can not unsubscribe this service i want to unsubscribe this wap service.i already sent you a complaint but you can not do any work on it.if this service is not unsubscribed on my number. it is necessary for me to go to consumer forum and change mobile service oprator. so please unsubscribe this wap service on my mobile.bsnl charges every months 30 to me and deduct this amount. i[censored] can't unsubscribe this service so i have to change my mobile service operator.

I am currently the user of bsnl mobile no "[protected]" and using presently the hand set of "Fly", few days ago by mistake I subscribed the above mentioned service through "gprs" services . Now I just want to unsubscribe this service because my mobile is currently not supportive to the url's which have been mentioned in the messages which comes from 58888. and regularly Rs 30 deducted from my mobile on the regular interval.
So it is my request to please do the needful as soon as possible and make the arrangement to unsubscribe the above mentioned service from my mobile.
