[Resolved] Cadbury — dairy milk fruit & nut quality was worst can lead to food poison | |||
Hi to all, I bought dairy milk fruit & nut from Shivalaya (super market) ,Ambattur on 7th august 2012. When i opened it today evening i found that the color of the product was light brown and immediately broken in to pieces e small pieces which is not the case with the usual brand. Then i took the chocolate to the shop were i bought, the person incharge replied that he cannot do anything for that and if i need he may launch a complaint by a week later. He also told that this is not his responsibility, the company have to deal with this problem. So kindly stop eating nuts for which i have the sample proof and shivalaya super market is not customer friendly. Regards Vanitha Was this information helpful? | |||

5 star fruit & nut — found worms & full of fungus
On 4 march their was a gift from surat for 5 star fruit and nut we opened this chocklate we found worms and funges I already send this pictures to company and Mr suresh rao. He fill one form on 20 march 2010 but their is no response from company.manav kothari
