[Resolved] Cadbury India — Poor quality of chocolates | |||
Hi, My name is Prince Jain from New Delhi. Wanted to share a worst scenario i had with such a branded and number 1 choclate company in India with Cadbury. Day before yesterday on 29/10/12 i had purchased one Darily milk choclate of rs 20 / - from a shop whose TAG number is :[protected].. on that choclate Pkd date is : 03/12 and expiry is mentioned as best before 24 months. Now when i opened and had two three bites it was mixed with Fungi and many more bacteria was there in it. Before i saw i already bites of that choclate after my throat got infected and i did vomiting very badly. Now guide is there any Audit department in such a big company how you are making fool of customer. I do have photos of that choclate for your reference. I have all the proofs form Doctor prescription also mentioning about throat infection. I cannot expect such a ridiculous behaviour from such a big organization who is having so faithful name in market. Diwali season is coming and before that only you have started doing mixtures in quality. Now i need to highlight this matter as much as i can so that all should be aware of that Cadbury is going something wrong in their products as Diwali is coming,. I doubt your commitment. The products sold by Cadbury India are inferior to those sold by the Cadbury in Europe and the UK. If Mars, Coca-Cola and Pepsico can maintain the same standards in India then why can't your company do the same? Do you guys really think its okay to sell poor quality stuff in India? After Kraft takeover I thought the quality would improve but sadly its still the same!

Myself Shrikant Huddar, resident of Nagpur. I was purchased Gift box of chocolate costing rs 200/-, on 14-November 2012,
On the box it was mention 3 (Three) packets included in the box but when i was opened the box i found only 2 (Two) packets in it...
i complaint to the retailer regarding this, but he said it is not his fault, i demanded my money back or replace the gift box of chocolate, but he was not agree to do any thing, I left my box which i was purchased in his shop without getting any replacement and money back...
so i request you to kindly look into the matter, i give justice to me...we have faith on your company and product quality, but from this incident i get disappointed by the service rendered by the retailer.So in this case what i have to do, i have not received my money and gift box. i mention the Name & Address of Retailers below:
