Sir, My connection has been fixed by your technitian yesterday. It has been found that my phone has become unusable as long as there is power provided to the modem (type 2) installed yesterday. My broadband service provider Dataone service is below standards. Mine is a business plan & the business is dependent on broadband but it stays out of order now and then. Inspite of repeated complaint the Dataone officials are non responsive. Please look into it.
