[Resolved] Datawind Aakash — DELIVERED FULLY SCRATCHED TABLET AND NOT WORKING | |||
PROBLEM: I have a received a tablet from DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PVT LTD, AMRITSAR after awaited for long 11 months, That Tablet screen is fully scratched and had worked only for few hours, after that it is displayed only the ANDROID LOGO, Checked with customer care, per their instruction, i returned the scratched not working tablet to their mentioned address through SPEED POST, Today they have called me and asked me to pay Rs.1500, as they received the tablet with broken screen. I AM NOT READY TO PAY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FOR AAKASH TABLET. QUESTION: IF YOU DATAWIND SEND ME THE BRAND NEW GOOD SET AT THE FIRST DELIVERY, WHY ALL THESE ARE HAPPENING? IF SENDING TABLET WITH FULL OF SCRATCHES , THEN THE PROBLEM IS YOURS. ALSO IT WONT WORK MORE THAN TWO HOURS. THEN ITS NOT OUR MISTAKE, THAT TOO YOUR PROBLEM ONLY, ALSO I WAITED FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND FINALLY I LOST MY TIME AND MONEY WITH YOU..... Was this information helpful? | |||

We cant send any mails to Datawind too.. DATAWIND IS ALMOST CHEATING INDIAN CITIZENS, AND NOT PROVIDING TABLET ALSO, THEY ARE SEEKING ANOTHER RS.15OO IN THE WAY OF BROKEN PIECE. This is totally cheating business. If you are genuine business people, you would have send me a good brand new tablet at the very first delivery.
And, now you are blaming me for sending mode is wrong, I am not ready to accept your stupid reasons.
If your tablet is correct, why its not working fine at the first delivery? and why you send me the tablet with fully scratched screen that too after 12 months.. whether you people made customers fool?.. Then what is the answer for these questions...
