I have sent a DD of Rs 2999 to this company and they said they will be delivering the device by september but still waiting for their delivery. Now they are not replying to the email that you can see in the attachment email. I don't know what to do. Could you please help me what to do

I have placed order “PM736332BB08” for Ubislate7+ on Jan 4, 2012. Paid in advance and after many mails , confirm from them on the payment on Apr 6 2012. From then onwards many email sent no response once in 6 months I get a mail from datawind asking for confirmation of the product or bank details for refund. Never it called me.. I tried calling there 1800 number always not working. Its been 12 months no confirmation of delivery or refund....

On October 1 (after many e-mails send by me) the sent an offer to give an advanced version(7Ci) foe Rs.500 extra on delivery and they would deliver it within 72 hours, time...

the ubislate 7ci serial number-P[protected].received on 24.12.2012 WITHOUT CASH MEMO and inspite of i paid full amountn prepaid

but surprise and i am sorry to say why are you charging rs.500 on delivery that courier boy has collected rs.500 cash on delivery because it was printed on box that -{cash to be collected rs.500}, its cost of my 7Ci now rs. 4799/=...

I have booked for Aakash tablet in December last year and took DD for Rs. 2999/- from State Bank of India Kottayti, Palakkad branch on 7th Feb. and sent the DD on the same day by Regd. post.. My booking No. is PMB98E7AFBA6.The DD No. is 658919. I got so many mails and calls from them but I did not get my UbiSlate yet. Before 2 months they called me and told that I will be getting the device with in 72 working hours. Months and now a year...

I pre booked ubislate 7c+ my order number PMDF5764DE84. i pay 4999 through online transaction . my order is still not come . u promise u can delivered with in 2-3 weeks but im still waiting last 6 week. what happening ?
i want know abt my order otherwise i want go to consumer court. ... about your criminal ad.

My booking id is "PMFCC93" and i ordered UBISLATE 7CI tab. I have received my tab but it is already used and damaged product.

I want my money back or the brand new product and not used one and in good condition.

I have ordered my Akash Tablet in January 2102, i have send the draft of Rs 2999.00 . they have encashed the draft on 8 feb 2012.And till now i have not got my Akash Tablet ,I have contacted them many times through ther toll free number i.e[protected] bt every time they say that my product will be delivered within 10 days bt it has been an year and i have'nt recieved it.

Mentioned below is the details of the email conversation I have had with Datawind from Feb 2012. I purchased a tablet computer from the company online , it has been 11 months and the tablet has still not been delivered . The support team keeps replying back that the tablet will be delivered in 3 weeks but its never happened. Please take very serious action as I have made full payment for the tablet in March and till Dec there has been false...

I have booked a notebook called Ubislate in the month of Nov 2011. I received a mail stating I can receive the product in 4 weeks if I prepay the ubislate price. So I did the payment by Chequet number 236792 of amount Rs 2900/- of HDFC bank pune. This cheque got clear in the month of Feb 2012 and i was expecting the product in the month of April 2012. But till now 14 Dec2012 I have not received any product nor I received any commitment date....

I had ordered a tablet from DATAWIND, makers of AAKASH tablets on 22.11.2012. I paid the amount 4299/- by net payment and they have acknowledged the receipt also.
