I have ordered a ubislate 7C+ on 22/1/13 by company's website http://ubislate.com,my product id is 'PMC9D74479EC',there is written in product specification that online paid product will be delivered with in 72hrs.today is 23/2/13 but i still not received my product.I paid 4999/INR on 22/1/13 through Canara Bank's
Debit cum ATM Card.I've received a call on 1/2/13 that within 1week i'll receive my product .and after that I last received a email on 5/2/13 that my order is in process. but I'm still waiting for my product,I'm sending mail them continuously but now they didn't reply me.
I'm feeling like cheated.,plz help me

Datawind Ubi Slate 7+/7C. Ref:- Pre-booking No.PM698EFCD55E. I have remitted Rs 4498/- towards prepayment of
the cost and shipment.The Datawind acknowledged receipt of the amount and promised delivery in September
according to their e-mail dated 14 Aug 2012. In the meantime I have sent a few reminders. The reply was that the order
was under process and I have to bear with them for some more time. Although more than 7 months have elapsed since
payment the Ubi Slate is not yet delivered to me. I would like to have your interference for a speedy action on the part of
Datawind.

My son has booked 7Cz+ tablet on 06.12.2012 and the delivery period was shown at that time was 6 to 8 weeks. But sufficient time has lapsed and delivery has not been effected till date.

As per company offer brought 7ci tablet for Rs 4199 by cod scheme & I purchased the tablet on date 26.12.2012. From day 1 received the product it was not working & charger is also defective. After discussing with customer care I had to send back the tablets to Amritsar with Rs. spend from my pocket for trackon courier[protected] on date 31.12.2012. There was no confirmation by Data wind of receipt of the defective product. & told me tablet not received but Courier Company confirmed the tablet received on date 05.01.2013 by datawind. After many dissociation company accept the tablet received (12.01.2013). & company confirmed the tablet & charger is defective & company changed the new tablet & sends the new tablet before the date 25.01.2013. But company sends the tablet on date 04.02.2013. Again I received the defective product (old tablet) also charger is defective. 05.02.2013 I again complaint both through email and phone. Today 09.02.2013 Company not solved the complaint. Now I want to refund the money 4199/- & compensation money 25000/- for wasting my time, lot of wrong commitment, cheat by company.
Going through all this I don't have any more energy and willingness any further follow up or spent a single penny in this.
This sort of company should not be at all allowed to sale things commercial, it's is complete incapability on the company end.

customer care confirmed( 19.02.2013) about old tablet is received by trackon Couriers( doc no .:[protected], dated 13.02.2013) & tablet is repairable .company not taking any responsibility against my case & force to take old repairable tablet , company refused to send the money & new tablet , kindly solve the case & now refund the money & compensation money 25000/- for always wrong commitment , wasting time , cheating by company,& mentally harassment with me.

I have paid Rs.2999/- towards Ubislate 7+ in May 2012. I has booked in name N.Alamelu, 26, Avvai Street, Athiaman Nagar, Kanchipuram 631502. Tamil Nadu .I have sent the bank statement.

Now I see on http://ubislate.com/device-specification/index.html that Ubislate 7C+ is readily available on payment. I would like to know (as per reference below and atttachment) whether the order for Ubislate 7+ stands and when it will be delivered or can I right away get Ubislate 7c+ by adjusting the previously paid Rs.2999/- and paying extra money on delivery.

I have been waiting for the ordered Ubislate but now ubislate is delivered within 72 hours against payment. Please let me know immediately. Otherwise I will have to approach the consumer forum of India.

During the delivery I was being asked to pay Rs. 376/- as Octroi charges, which I have refused to pay.
As I have ordered online on 12/12/12, the company policy was to be shipping the product to me for free. As the order was made online and immediate payment was made by me, the company promised Free shipping to me and delivery within 3-4 weeks. they deliver my product 3 months late and now ask me to pay Rs. 376/ additional...
Why do I have to pay now?

I did book a Akash (Datawind) tablet in April 2012 and after receiving their confirmation have made payment of Rs. 2999 for thee 1st Akash Tablet model in Jun 2012. Since after then at least 8-9 times after I called them I got same update that tablet will be delivered in next 10 working days. It's Feb 2013 now but I haven't received my tablet yet. After it has crossed my patience level I asked them to refund my money back on 3rd Feb as they are not able to deliver the product. But withe no regret they again said on 5th Feb that they will soon send thee delivery details. It's 20th Feb now and I have not seen any update about my tablet or refund. I am lodging this complain so as to get my money back.

Sir, it is very sad to inform you that I have booked Datawind’s Ubislate7C+ on 04 Feb 2013 via credit card. My booking ID is PMD5F36A049F and you have confirmed my order by email that day only. You claimed the delivery with in 72 hours of pre booking but up to now I have not get the product. I have tried hundreds time to contact your customer care personals, but they are not bothered to pickup the phone .Sir kindly inform me the exact situation or send my money back.

The Ubisalte 7c+ has not been delivered to me after passing of two months, for which the undersigned has sent a dozen of reminders for the same by e–mail, but neither Datawind has responded to it, neither sent the ordered material.

I have booked and made payment for datawind tablet on April 2012, They assured me that delivery will be made by may 2012 end. Since then there is no replay from there end. I have mailed several times but there is no response of my mail and even no clue whether what is the position of the delivery. How such a big inernational co. can do. As all know is one goes to court how long it will take that's why this type of company take advantage and harass the honest people of our country

Sir, I've booked a tablet pc of Datawind Company (Named Ubislate 7+), on 1st feb.2012, and payed Rs. 2999/- by draft in advance (for early delivery as stated in the mail ) after 10 months they mailed me that I've to pay rs. 500/- on delivery (cod) and my device will be upgraded to Ubislate 7Ci, i received the device in December 2012, i payed rs.500/- extra, but when opened the device was not new n sealed ,but it was second handed and was not working also, i called the customer care & the asked me to send it back & they will replace it (they mailed me the address also of amritsar office), i couriered it back (worth rs.300/-), they received it on 8th Jan 2013, They keep on telling me that it will be sent back to me next week & again next week n so on....but after around 4000/- rs & one year of precious time i don't have anything in my hand...been cheated ..

i ordered ubislate7c+ tablet from ubislate website on[protected] and paid online Rs. 4599. because i got an offer on email that they will deliver the product in 72 hours on online payment and i will have to pay Rs.400 less than the usual amount.

Non-delivery of tablet and non refund of prepayment money even after 10 months of pre booking
tablet (ubislate) with Datawind ( in Amritsar) in March 2012. My booking Id is "PM58CC644351". I had made an advance payment of Rs. 2999 by cheque at the time of booking. As per their claims on their website, the customers who make advance payments were to be delivered the tablet within 1 month.

I have ordered Ubislate7C+ on 30/01/2013 and paid the required money online on the of order.
My product ID is PM2AFE3.
I am supposed to get the product within 72 hours of my order as they claim.
I have not yet received any sort of reply from the company.Their customer service is always busy.
I cant even track my product delivery.I really want to know why are they delaying.
I have sent so many mails to the given address.I am fed up of all those trails.
I want some sort of solution for this asap. please.
