I have purchased ubislate 7 ci on 23 DEC but the net is not being operated and scratches on the screen of the tablet also charger plug disconnected every time.i have called customer care too many time but they didn't gave a proper response to me and the cut the phone.one time a customer care told me to sent the tablet to Amritsar office but it is too far sir and not a single courier want to deliver this because they told me to get insurance of it.I am totally frustrated sir please help me please

I have ordered ubislate tablet almost one year before. They sent after one year. But they sent different one. I have someother and they sent me different. Fine i took that. But when i seen it has many scratches on it and its battery life is very low. I called for help but they don't talk properly. They just disconnect the call. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. Please sir do something. I got irritated from this tablet. They even not given a headset.

sir, i order a ubislate 7ci+ from datawind company website ubislate.com with online payment in advance .i booked that on 7 march 2013 .. and as written on website it would be delivered within 72 days but today is 22 march 2013 that still not delivered .. when i call on customer care .. after a long time they attend my call .. and said .. it will take 1 week more to dispatch your product ... this is not a fair ... i buy this for my uncle .. he is asking what i do with money. i am stressed now is i lost my money in buy this product ... is broke the market promises ... and they not have good customer care .. they cut phone every time whenever i call in mid. they have third class ... i never want buy any product again from this company .. they are liar every time lie when i do inquiry

I have ordered for a Tablet PC with M/s Datawind Ltd, for a Tablet PC on 20-Nov-2012 Order Number: PM2E4423D6AA and online payment was made through HDFC Bank.

When the said item was not delivered till 31-Dec-2012, I have taken up with the Datawind.

As Datawind has failed to respond properly, on 04-Feb-2013, legal notice was issued before filing a consumer complaint.

Now the company informed that the order was despatched through DTDC with AWB X01814412. DTDC Tracker shows that the goods are "IN TRANSIT" for the last 3 months. When checked up with DTDC they have informed that as a consignee I cannot claim any amount from them. Rather DTDC is willing to pay for the missing consignment to Datawind under their agreement.

Still Datawind is not responding.

Myself kasiviswanathan I ordered ubislate(aakash tablet commercial version) 7CZ on 26th Jan. I have paid the amount through online(www.ubislate.com and www.ccavenue.com) on 26th jan itself by using my HDFC credit card. My Order Number: PMAD0DBD1C0A .Payment has been acknowledged by them by email. but yet to receive the product . Please note that I got promised from their side that I can get my product with in a month. I have plan to gave this product as a gift for my brother birthday on 2nd march 2013. still now I didn't receive the product. They do not answer or pick up helpline number[protected].then i search through internet and got this number [protected]. i called more than 50 times. Each time i have waited more than 10 minutes after gaving my details. but i didnt proper response from your customer support side. After sending enormous mail, a month back got message stated that it will take another 2-4 weeks.But now they stop responding for my mail too . My long wait is over . So i want my money back along with phone charges and compensation for mental stress i faced these days.

I have Prebooked Ubislate 7 + tablet in the Month 16 Dec 2011 , in feb 2013 tablet is upgraded to Ubislate 7 C+ for this i have paid 100 % total amount Of Rs 4,999/- on 18 Feb 2013 . My Booking Id is "PMA720A40DC" They have told me on date 07 march 2013 about Delivery of Tablet that i will receive tablet in maximum 5 days by Blue dart courier, Today is 21 March i have not received the same tablet yet. For this i am contacting To Datawind By email from last 10 Days but he is not replying me, all contact Numbers of datawind are not working so may not contact with them,, In this way Datawind make indian Customer foolish.After getting 100 % payment, There is no any delivery to customer, Indian government has given contract to supply Akash Tablet to This fraud Datawind Compony.....Government also Think about this type of nature of Datawind.

I am asking company i[censored] have no tablets then why you informed me about delivery...otherwise i want refund my Money ...But Datawind is not Replying any way to me... Sir Please help me In this matter Please....

The thing is like that almost two months back on 22.01.2013 I have made an order for tablet product named UBISLATE 7CZ on datawind official website www.datawind.com and made them online payment of Rs.5999/-. As per the time frame i had been told the delivery was to be made within 2 - 3 week after making online payment as per company. But the product had not delivered in that time frame. After almost six week when the product had not been delivered i decided to cancelled the order and mailed them for refund of my money.

The reason i making this complaint that from the time when i cancelled and asked for refund they are not responding and replying any mail at all. There customer care number never connects. its been two months my money is stuck. please find below the correspondence mails made to them and please this is to request please please help me to get my money back.

i have book a tablet with above said company on14.11.2011,booking id PMAB59B AFTER that company demands the advance payment, i send them a cheuqe no 508743 of p.n.b on 13.3.2012 they promise me that your device will be send to you with in one month but itill now i had not received it they always promise me we are sending you the device but till now i had not get it, kindly make a complaint against the company and take sum action against the company the cheat me, the amount is rs.2999.00.

I've paid online payment to ubislate on 24rth of February 2013 as per their 72 hours delivery offer and so far they have not delivered anything to me.I paid through my banks Debit card on 24 rth and 25th of February 2013 for Rs.3799 (for ubislate)& Rs.700(for ubislate keyboard case) respectively for orders PMBC45270E21 & PMF62811546C as per their link to my mail and further offer on their site. To now, Twenty three days have passed. I've emailed 6 times to now lodging my complaint along with the confirmation of payment details attached. So far they have not delivered or taken any effort for the delivery of the same. They are not even taking the phone.
My initial order for ubislate was on 2011 December 4rth online. That time their prebook offer was just to confirm your order without paying now. they will be delivering the ubislate within a months time through cash on delivery system. That time the offer amount was 2999/-. They have asked to send cheque on Feb2012 and i paid cheque on 1st week of March 2012 for Rs.2999/-(send to thier datawind office address at amritsar) so far they have not returned my cheque too.
Kindly help me out .. What has to be done?

I submitted my Device to get repared on[protected] at DATAWIND INNOVATORS delhi office at Sant nagar for some problems in it, Now it has been 3 month when i submit it and I have not received it back yet when ever i call [protected] tech support they promise i'll get it in 7 days, just think out of 12 months of warranty 3 month has been spent in this repare/ replacement , and now i want my device repared/ replaced back ASAP + Extended warranty of at least 2 months,

I got an offer from Datawind Ltd to book one Ubislate 7C Plus at a discount of RS 400.I visited their website and an amount of Rs 4399 was deducted from my SBI Debit Card and i was assured to receive the device in 72 hours.Again i was asked to pay Rs 700 to get the device through COD.The toll free no of Datawind is not functioning and they are not responding to my repeated emails.I came to know from your website that mine is not an isolated case. You promised me that before in march 2012 u provide tab. But till November 2012 I was not received. No response from you when I conducted via mail and call. In Nov. 6th you informed me that 7+ model was not in stock, so upgraded 7ci with extra amount paid 500/- (cash on delivery) as special offer and u promised to me shipped within 10 days. I have purchased Ubislate IMEI No: [protected] through On Line. Sir the datawin promised after booking through On-Line deliver in 72 hrs. But the datawin are totally failed in service and the datawin sent the Ubislate on 07/02/2013.

the datawin delivered me FAULTY / OLD Ubislate on 07/02/2013. But sir today its March 13the and still now thee Dues are not cleared I have called My Head a 100 times Mailed him thee details Called all thee Departments but its of no use no one is responding to my calls & if they respond to thee call they are not responding to my issue. I think so thee whole Company itself is Fraud they are selling NO use Tablets to thee Users withe a lot of Complaints arrived daily. I have mailed the delivery related issue many time and unable to get any reply regarding the same. It was displaying online that after online paying product will be delivered in 4 hrs but after 456 hrs the product is not delivered to me. I think I have been cheated by Datawind .
