DEAR SIR/MADAM
I DHARMENDRA SINGH BOOKED A TABLATE ON DATAWIND.COM FOR MODEL 7CZ BY ONLINE PAYMENT OF RS. 5999 BY DEBIT CARD ON[protected], BOOKIND ID IS PM21EE9. COMPANY SAY THAT TIME THAT I WILL GET MY PRODUCT WITH IN 2-3 WEEK. BUT AFTER NEARLY 2 MONTH PASSED AND I DID NOT GET MY TABLATE. I CONTACT DATAWIND MANY TIMES BY EMAILS. BUT THEY ALWAYS GOING DELAY AS 2-3 WEEK, 2-3 WEEK.EVEN THEY DID NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY .

i have purchased ubislate 7ci tablet from datawind in september 2012. after 6 month i received tablet but it's screen is cracked. i contac datawind and also make online complain but no one is responding.

Hi i have purchased two Akash tablets in May2012 got delivered in December after paid Them 1000 more for two units and one of The units was not working so i send and email and also called Them after two weeks i was told to courier back to an Amritsar address so i did on 16Th JAN, called Them on 24Th and got an confirmation That They have received The faulty unit on 19Th and will send me The unit once repaired but have not received until today despite many emails and calls so i don't know, please help me to get my money back from This fraud company.

I WISH TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAD BOOKED AAKASH UBISLATE TABLET LAST YEAR IN THE MONTH OF FEB'2012, BY PAYING ADVANCE BY CHEQUE FOR BOOKING OF THE SAME. THE PAID IS RS.3,000/-, AND THE CHEQUE HAS BEEN CLEARED BY THE BANK. THE CHEQUE NUMBER IS 405117 DT:10/02/2012, MY BOOKING ID NUMBER :PMD3623B90AF. SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT SENT ME THE TABLET NOR RETURNED THE MONEY PAID BY ME.

HAVING REALIZED THAT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND ALSO A NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO APPLIED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TABLET, I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

YOUR EARLY ACTION IN THIS REGARD WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

SIR,
1. .I had made payment for ubislate tablet(booking id - PMEA96C) in april 2012 1st week .
2. My payment was made through Cheque/Demand Draft number 798297 of
Rs2,999 of PNB BANK.
3. i was offered upgradation to ubislate tablet 7ci on additional payment of 500rs on gelivery and new booking id PM7056A was alloted with a promised delivery in 1st week dec2012. The delivery of product is still awaited and i am being cheated with false assuring mails of early delivery whenever i send an enquiry mail ,
4. you are requested to get my product i.e ubislate7ci tablet delivered or get my money back from datawind .

Dear Sir, I Have Booked a Tablet of Model No. Ubislate 7c+ vide Order Number: PMB5A0FD1862 dated 27.02.2013 through Online and I have Paid an amount of Rs. 4799 through Online on same day itself after that I have cancelled my Order Number : PMB5A0FD1862 on 28.02.2013 through e-mail at : [protected]@datawind.com and Asked to REFUND Money but there is no response and no reply. Disputed Amount: 4799

Ltd., Amritsar/AAKASH Tablet on 23 Jan 2013 my order ID is PM 18538 after laps of One month the product is not yet receice, I contact is several times through E-mail, but no reply is not yet received, therefor you are requestd to give me a suitable reply at the earliest please.

In the month of April’2012 I have pre booked one Akash-2 Tablet on-line from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and my Booking ID was "PMECF75B2C28" . To get the petronised delivery ,Payment was made by Chq no-141738 dtd 20.4.2012 for Rs.2999/- in favour of "Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd." as offered by the Datawind. After awaited for long 6 months& lots of follow up I received my UBISLATE 7ci ( upgraded version of Aakash-2) on 2.11.2012 after paying Rs.500/- for upgraded version against my order . No Guarantee/ Warrantee Card, no bill , no user manual, no OTG cable for dongle was received along with the Tablet.
After 7 days of receipt the product it was not working and was stuck at booting page. It actually started up but did not proceed after it starts showing text reading android on the black screen and it was not coming to its normal state. It was displayed only with the ANDROID LOGO.
After repeated trying I had an opportunity to contact with the Tech support team over ph no- [protected] and as per their direction I sent the non working device at Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd , New Delhi=65 through Speed Post . The device was received by the Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd , 108-109GK House Sant Nagar, Eastof Kailash New Delhi-110065 on 29.11.2012 as I was informed. At first I was informed that I would get my product rectified or replaced by 15 days.

After 19th Dec’2012 I continuously followed up with the tech support team over Ph No- [protected] regarding get back my device. At least 27 times I contacted with them and it is so painful that every time they are telling a lie that the product will be delivered within 7 days or 3 days. The replies given by the support team are of monotonous nature and lacks genuinity. More than 3 months was over and I did not receive back my device from the Datawind .

Now the limit of patience has been crossed and I am so much tired with the said cheater company . I lost confidence on this company since its response is not genuine and showing some sort of cheating the customers. So at present I am feeling helpless as I am more than 2000 Km away from the concerned company.
So my humble request to you kindly to take immediate steps to get back my device in good condition or to get my refund of invested money of Rs.3500/-immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered 2 Ubislate 7C+ worth Rs 5099/- each. But I received only one piece and they charged for 2 pieced. i,e Rs. 10,198/- . Datawind people are not at all responding. Also the FedEx courier has mentioned 2 different "actual weights" in From and To address stickers that they have attached on the parcel.( circled in the attachment) . What should I do now? Kindly help.

I had ordered Ubislate 7C+ on march 1st 2013 bearing order number: PM5F996. But I wanted to cancel the order, so i sent an email to [protected]@datawind.com with all details. Till today there is no response from them. I tried to call cust care no.[protected], it rang but no response and even this number also: [protected], it was busy all time. I am confused now. Will Datawind officials reply me.?

I JUST BUY MY UBISLATE 7C+ LAST WEEK, IT CREATE PROBLEMS MY PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY, I JUST WANT DATAWIND SHOULD CHANGE MY PRODUCT AND PROVIDE ME A NEW ONE OR REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....THANKS.

I am Gaurav and i have booked Ubislate7Cplus_with_KeyboardCase on 26/2/2013 using e-banking of PNB and got order id as PM77C04, the product was promised to be delivered within 72 hours, but till date i have just received a call asking my details and i haven't received my product, kindly ensure the delivery ASAP.

Ref no PM30766.booked ONLINE for tablet Pc which not recd in time,
& when i cancel my order after standard period still not a single reply for my Refund
sent more than 10/12 emails to all concern but no reply
how to get my refund back Please help me i am in very difficult position this amount is for some 1 else which i booked i paid from me

this is praveen chand and i have booked ubislate 7CZ in the month of jan[protected] and i have paid all the amount Rs 5999 /- by HDFC bank credit card but they did not deliver the product in given period I’m a loosing my money and time also. so I have kept a request for refund my amount.
I have sent many mails to the same website they have mentioned. But no reply from their side they are not lifting the phone at least for information. And they are cheating whole India people by offering these products
I need my money back. Please help me sir

i have made online payment for ubislate 7c+ on datawind company site on 12/11/2012. I have recieved ref no. Id PM81D06. At that time the website claimed to deliver the gadget within in 2-3 weeks of online. But till now even 3 months have passed away and i have not recieved my gadget yet. Although twice i recieced call from the company confirming my address in first week of jan 2013. I have written to them via email hell lot of times and called on customer care but got false assurances and dates.
Then on 30 & 31st i recieved emails giving a consignment no. Saying that the device has been sent to me via dtdc courier. But when i didnt recieve the courier i contacted dtdc courier and they informed me that courier was not addressed to me same was confirmed by the datawind customer care.
Then they never replied to my emails . And when i called them everytime they will allure me saying the device will be delivered within in one week.
I have not recieved my gadget what could i do.
