Datawind — non delivery of Aakash tablet

Address:Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Booked AAKASH UBISLATE on[protected], booking ID PM69738, company offered to prioritize delivery if paid in advance. I sent a draft for Rs 2999/- (No.-UEV 014716 - 1/2012 Dt 21.02.12) payable at Amritsar through Speed Post on 21.02.2012. Company acknowledged the receipt of Draft through e-mail dated 12.03.2012. Company also encashed Draft from Bank. Received a mail from the Company on 12.06.12 that I'll get the delivery within 10-15 working days. But till date (11.07.12) 14 days have elapsed, I have not received the delivery. Company even doesn't bother to reply the subsequent e-mails.

Sir/Madam,
I have pre ordered my ubislate 7+ on 25 mar-2012. My booking ID is pmdda9. I have also done advance payment by cheque no826939 of sbi ghodasar,ahmedabad. And debited on 4 april 2012. Company told me that they will deliver it to me in may month but yet I have not get it. Please help me.

I paid full payment of RS 2999 for the Aaksh Tablet under Booking Number during March 2012. Given below is the email acknowledging the payment.

Dear George,


This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft
number 082571 of Rs2,999 of HDFC BANK. Thank you for your payment. Your
order is in process, You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ approximately in six
weeks .
