Dear Sir ,

I Have booked Ubislate 7+ in February-2012 for Deliver in April-2012 and also send Advance Payment Cheque in February-2012 as they required, But they promise me twice to deliever my Ubislate in 10 to 15 Days and Still End of August-2012 didn't Deliever my Device which I had purchase for educational help for my Nephew. And due to their Wrong commitment I still not purchase any other Device / Computer and my nephew has loss his Marks for 10th Board. That cause me mental stressand I can't Sleep at night in tension of my nephew's Future.

So main Ubislate ke khilaf Complaint Darj karvana Chahta hu aur sath me mujhe jo mental Stress diya gaya hai uska aur mere bhatije ka Jo 10th Board ka saal Un logo ke galat galat commitment ki vajah se kharab hua hai uska harjana kam se kam 2.5 Lacks bhi magta hu.

Main ek Government Employee Hu , main Gujarat ke Rajkot District me PGVCL Company me Kaam Karta hu.

Agar Jyada steps ya phir Chhutti ki jaroorat ho to please mujhe bata dijiyega

I have loss of Rs. 35000 , only because of your wrong commitment and late delivery ( which is still not deliever ) of my prepaid booked ubislate 7+

My request is please also send me Rs. 35000 with my device to avoid future legal procedures

And another thing is you also waste time of a government employee which means you directly try to make loss to our economy , which is harmful for our society

Will meet you soon in government employees court ( only of you not support for the same )

    it is tooooo late but the company is frivolous.

        I HAD BOOKED AKASH TABLET UBISLATE7+ ONLINE WITH M/S DATAWIND, AMRITSAR IN FIRST WEEK OF JUNE-2012, ORDER NO.PME8391FD8B2. AS SUGGESTED BY THE COMPANY FOR A PRIOROTISED DELIVERY, I HAD PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF RS.2999/- THROUGH AN A/C PAYEE MULTICITY CHEQUE No.055498 AND THE CHEQUE WAS CASHED BY THE COMPANY ON 21ST JUNE-2012.             i have all ready booked a UbiSlate 7+ (Upgraded Aakash) in the month of december 2011.
            booking ID is "PMA4667",made payment through Cheque of Rs 2999/- (No.000002/Dt.19.03.12) by Speed post on 19/03/12 which is already encashed by Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Amritsar.almost five months has passed after made full payment to concern company they are neither responding mails nor lifting phone always unanswerable.
            what is going on in delivery o[censored]bislate7+ (Aakash) i am really dis appointed and feel cheated by concern company.
            i could not under stand this delay. is it purposeful?
            this is really shameful on the part of such government projects in which Mr Kapil Sibbal our central Minister is involved.
            if you can't complete the order in five month of time please refund my money.
            electronic gadgets technology changes day by day.
            this is my humble request to look in to this matter and do some thing.

              I ordered a tablet from Datawind on 29th Febrauary from their website. I made a Demand Draft in favor of them to have pritorised delivery as per the information provided by Datawind website. The tablet must be reached to me in 2 months but it did not come. I called them and they always told me that I would get it soon but I have not got that even now after 5+ months. They, now, don't pick up the phone. And now that tablet has become so old that I would now buy some other new tablet. I want my money back and also the compensation for making me wait so much and suffer. Kindly help me.

                  I have pre-ordered UBISLATE (Aakash Tablet) on December 2011 (Booking ID: PME91F1) and I should get it on March 2012. On March I got a mail from Datawind to send the amount. I sent the amount Rs 2999/- Draft details:
                  DD No.-037809 (Union Bank of India) in favor of Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd. payable at Amritsar. I got a response back that I will get the Tablet in May with a sorry note saying "We regret for the inconvenience caused for delay." and till now I am getting Sorry notes and advance dates only.

                  Now a days.. I am not getting any response also on my queries, since June 2012, when I asked them I dont need the device, I need my money back.

                  Expecting help from you to get my device or money asap.

                    And also no any information or delivery status online.

                        I have placed an order for Aakash Tablet along with my other 2 colleagues in month of Feb'12. We made the payment also during the same time. They had promised delivery by month of March. Till date(9-August) we have not yet received the tablet. Everytime you call, generally no one picks, but when any one picks the call they will simply tell 15 days from today it will be delivered.
                        Details of Booking as below:

                        PM716959B4B3 & Cheque No. : 228253.
                        Cheque delivered on date 22-Feb.

                        It's Rs. 9000 and more than 6 months.
                        Hoping seeing the complaint, company does not further delay my delivery.
                        I'm very much disappointed. I'm ok if they can pay back the amount.
                        I have no patience to wait.

                        Hoping the issue gets solved at earliest. As i was writing this, saw tons of complaint in name of Aakash tablet.

                          I had booked a tab UBISLATE 7+ on line for my son from DATAWIND in March 2012 ( booking no. Ubpmf75e3e79cc) and also paid in advance Rs. 2999/- by cheque to get it within April 2012 as they informed on their web site at the time of booking. Till date they have changed 9-10 time delivery time by saying that " sir, it will deliver within 15 days" but after passing 3 and half months, their 15 days not completed till date. I gave them mail to refund me back, but mail failed to reach there. Till date delivery status is not known to me. They are neither giving reply by mail nor piking phones also. That's there I feeling smell of cheating or fraud. As DATAWIND have broken the trust and commitment, my submission is to take money back quickly with commercial rate of interest on Rs 2999/- for the period from April 2012 to till date and compensation for mental tension they are giving me by making fool in front of other who tried then me not to book such order.
                          Sir, I request you to please help me in this matter. Any conclusion by your side will also beneficial for others who have booked UBISLAT 7+

                            Hi,

                            I had ordered Ubislate 7+ on Jan 29th 2012 vide order # PM3959A3DDAF. As per the commitment on the website, I was suppose to get the device by April.

                            I had made a payment of Rs 2999/- vide cheque # 408079 (Citibank) and dispatched it thru dtdc couriers on 8th Feb 2012 vide docket number H94423464. This cheque was en-cashed by Datawind on 27th Feb 2012.

                            Since then I had been following up with them, but no response yet.

                            Can someone please look into it and act, so that I receive the product I had ordered without further delays? If not, then please help me with the refund along with the interest.

                            Looking forward for a speedy response and quick closure.

                            I had initially placed for Ubislate7+ tablet through my order Number PMF9534E8C4E in February 2012 and also made the payment of rs 2999/- for the same via demand draft . They assured delivery of the product was to be in March. When i did not hear from the company till June in spite of repeated queries, i threatened going to consumer court to which they finally responded that the product (Ubislate7+) was out of stock and I could go for the upgrade called Ubislate7ci with an added expenditure of Rs 500/-. I confirmed my willingness for the upgrade and was assured delivery within 15 days.

                            In spite of repeated queries and filling up different forms on line and each time being assured that the product will reach you within ten days, the same has not been till date.

                            The service of this company is unprofessional. They are neither delivering the device on time nor they are doing the refund. In fact, I am no longer interested in the product but the company needs to be taken to task for playing around with the customers. Please suggest action to be taken.

                              I have booked an AAKASH Tablet (named UbiSlate 7+) from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Amritsar on 16th December 2012 and My Booking ID is PM6791DE399F. For the above product customers were told on the website of the company that, on making of advance payment the delivery will be made on priority basis and therefore to get the prioritized delivery I have made the payment for required amount of Rs. 2,999/- through the Demand Draft on 25th April 2012 from State Bank of India, R.N.T. Marg, Indore – 452001, and given the information of the same to the vendor company on telephone as well as on their e-mail id also on 10th May 2012. After that they called for my payment and contact details 2-3 times on my e-mail id, and I sent them the same on 18th and 25th May 2012 and 20th June 2012 along with scanned copy of D.D., Booking Confirmation e-mail, and a covering letter having full details of my payment, address and contact details.
                              I have made many follow-ups through e-mail and phone calls for asking information and status of delivery of my booking, sometimes representatives of the vendor company have intentionally disconnected my call without giving me the satisfactory answer, and these were very painful to me.
                              On 19th June 2012 I made a phone call for follow up of delivery status of my booking, then representative of the vendor company asked me for payment details, and then I gave him the details on phone and then he assured me that you will receive the confirmation e-mail very soon. Finally on very next day i.e. 20th June 2012 I received the Payment Confirmation mail from the Company and in such mail I was assured that I will receive the delivery by end of July-2012.
                              But up to the end of July-2012 I didn’t received my tablet, and after waiting till end of July I again wrote the e-mail to the company and gave all the details of my case and asked the final date of delivery and reason for delay also. But up to 3rd August 2012 I haven’t received any reply from their side.
                              Therefore I am feeling that, I have been cheated by the Company and the Company is a Fraud. It has collected the advance amount from me and many people like me, and using my funds since last 3 months for its working capital. I want to get the delivery of my tablet immediately or to get my money back with the due interest and compensation towards mental harassment to me at the earliest.

                                I had booked my Tab in Jan and also had send a predated cheque to Datawind in Jan for which i have got a mail that they have received my cheque , I was assured that i will get my Tab in 1week , Since then i am continuously following up with them but every time i call they give a false commitment that by the end of the month we will get out Tab , This is happening from last 7months , The Customer Care don't respond to the calls properly either disconnect the call or put them on Hold , I regret that i trusted Data Wind and Booked a Tab , I had booked iot to gift my brother on his birthday in March but got ver dissappointed by the false commitmets.

                                Kindly need some help to get my Product ASAP .

                                      now i am in ONGOLE (Andhrapradesh, INDIA) & the service center not available.
                                      When i switch on, the screen shows just datawind.

                                        I have ordered Ubislate7+ tablet online on Datawind website on Jan[protected]booking ID is PM844FBD4328). Advance payment was made thru cheque on March-10-2012. Confirmation of payment has also been received but have not received the device yet. Every month the company states it will deliver the device by the end of month. Now it has been more than 4 months after the payment & 6 months after the booking of the device I have not yet received the device.

                                        Request you to take strict action against the company, Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd, to get my refund.
