Datawind — Non Refund

Respected Sir, i booked a tablet PC under Ref No PM30766 on 26th December 2013 through ONLINE by HDFC Bank which confirmed By Ms/ Datawind after waiting estimated period when delivery not recd, i cancel the order which also got the confirmation will give credit with 3 to 4 weeks time.
but as on today M/s Datawind not replying to my mails or not a sing email recd by them. this amount is someone else which she dont have account so paid me by cheque which i transferred from account to Ms. Datawind now the person has going to lodge a complaint against me for fraud & cheating i shown all the mails but wont believe in this case what i have 2 do please reply. i am in great difficulty
