    I order Aakash tablet in November paid by online payment. They send me damaged device two times so that I send it back two times to delhi office (datawind Innovations Ltd.), till date I have not received Tablet back, At last I am requesting to refund my money back from last 5 months I have send my bank details till now I have not received money back, this is a fraud company is playing with customers sentiments, kindly someone help to get my money back.

      Following are the details of my order and payment.

      I received Tab 7c+ of IMEI [protected] on 21-05-13 at around 6:30pm.
      I found that is device is faulty after charging for 6-8hr(as per instruction). After that i gave a call to help-line,but they was very rude and ill-mannered with me.There solution was useless and couldn`t able to start-up the device.but still followed all the instruction given by customer care,but the where useless.I want my refund of Rs.5,199 from there side as quickly as possible.
      So please kindly me help me out as they dint respond for any of mail and call properly
      I hope government will take some action against them,so they will stop spamming people

        Sir, I am Narendra Kumar Sharma .I have purchase Datawind ubislate7c+ device through online pymt.amt.4899/- and payment was also done .I m waiting from 03.05.2013 (Payment date) but non delivery o[censored]bislate 7c+ even after 22 day of payment.I have also complain via email, via enquiry , via contact , by phone .but (even Per day ) but not giving answer or reply and till today no get Ubislate7Cp I can't understand that what does it mean Datawind's Concern department has not yet dispatched the tablet even after 22 days of successful advance payment. I have many mailed the issue with my order id and contact no...Ubislate7Cp .My order ID 9M2A02D my cell. [protected].

            I was purchase Ubislate 7C+ on 13th Feb, 2013. After that i was found, Charger of that device was faulty. I talked with customer care o[censored]bislate. So his executive said that you have to send that charger at our Amritsar office. So i had courier on 20th Feb, 2013. My courier reached on 24th Feb, 2013. After receiving My courier they didn't gave me any confirmation from his side. then i gave call on 26th Feb,2013 and one executive said your courier received on 24th feb, and we will repair and we will send back to you within 8 to 10 days. After that i gave so many calls and emails to them, but all time new executive said we will send that charger within 8 to 10 days and they didn't gave any reply of any emails from "[protected]@datawind.com" this mail id. Device have 1 year warranty. Now they are not sending me new charger or repairable charger.

              I ordered datawind aakash2 7C+ Tablet on 19.Apr.2013 and I paid Rs4899 online. During order, they promised to deliver with in 72 hours.Today it is 20.may.2013.I month over. Still I not at get the deliver.
              No replies for delivery status request mails also.

                I have purchased Ubislate 7Ci Serial No. P[protected]. It was having booting problem, I had already submitted Ubislate tablet at the
                Authorized service centre : Accel Frontline Care, Drive in Road, Ahmedabad on 11th feb 2013 (copy attached for your reference), where they said me that it will take 7 days to repair the tablet.

                After repairing there was touch fault in tablet. For this issue i have contacted customer care but no response,no response,no response!!!!! till today.

                I have purchased Datawind pocket surfer on 11/6/2015 through Naptol. As it was not starting properly and hanging without display. I have given the set at local service center mentioned below, they have told me that there is a software problem and install the same. I have shown the warranty bill they said to register a complaint with company and give complaint number or pay Rs.300. I have paid 300 and got the same installed. Within one day same problem continued. Thrice I got the software installed. Now they are telling that there is board problem and set has to be sent to company for replacement.

                  Hi there,
                  Have ordered Ubislate7C+(EDGE) online from datawind website on 4th May [Saturday] and I was given with an orderid : PMB99AF . As per the info given website, this tablet would be reached to me withing 5-7 working days [as I ordered online].

                  Now I am trying to see the status of my orders. When I enter my order# in order status page [ http:/ /www.ubislate.com/device-specification/status.htm] and click submit, it was showing a message saying "This is not a Valid Booking-id/AWB No." I am afraid now about my
                  order and the amount deducted from my credit card.

                  When I try to inquire about my order via the customer support numbers [[protected]/[protected]/[protected]], the phones were ringing but nobody is replying, have waste more than 100/- by calling these numbers.

                  Please help me in this regard.

I have Ordered UBISILATE7+ tapletPC in Datawind company thorough online looking in 09/01/2012 and my booking ID is PM91F1E and i have receved the offer mail and i send the amount through DD for Rs.2999 in state bank of india(DD.No.932905) in 08/02/2012 and i have sended the regisder post in datawind company send me the mail stating that they have collected the DD and they have charge it to cash and they said that they willsend the taplet soon we have waited for one month and then we planed the datawind company at [protected] number use asked the reason they replied soon you will receive late still date we not yet receved.Once when we call they said that the old taplet is out of the stock they asked for they update your ordered and i have changed my ordered to then new versan UBISILATE 7C+ Taplet and the new id is PM26E1DA07E9 and i have said that the extra amount will be paid and cash on delivery system and the company side OK
                        So i request you sir to take case and enquire the problem and help me to get the taplet. I have given this case becase i have waited for more than one year and i have not still received.

                                I book Ubislate 7+as per order ID is "PM20D9E69244" Dated 22.04.2013 paid through SBI credit card. but after payment I did not get any response the Data-wind company by mail or through sms.I got only order ID auto genre ted which was mentioned above. on April 24, 2013 when I check order status They say "This is not a Valid Booking-id/AWB No". then I call Data-wind through telephone No.[protected]. this number was not working after so many times ringing we got a number [protected]. Then I tried in this number . This is also a fraud number I call this number more then 200 times till today . when I dial this number It's start ringing but no one picking the phone when I cancelled the call amount deducted It's mean metre running I call that number. funny things on 28.04.2013 I dial same number through three phone no. [protected],[protected] and[protected] on same time. bell was ringing in all phones but when we cancelled the call all phone meter going on. after that we sent him email '[protected]@datawind.com' and '[protected]@datawind.com' on 30.04.2013 to explaining these kind of things but till date I didn't get any response Please tell me what should I Do?.

                                    My name is Sunil Gupta and I had booked ubislate 7c+ tablet through datawind site dated 17th April 2013.Advance online payment was made through my HDFC credit card. Rs 4899.00 got debited from my account as the said tablet price was Rs 4999.00 and Rs 200 was charged for shipping. I got discount
                                    of Rs 300 by using a coupon which I got from one of datawind promotional mail. It was clearly stated in that mail that the device is available for immediate delivery and will be shipped within 72 hrs.Today is 06rd of May and even after 19 day I have not received the tablet.

                                    My booking id is PMD1BB8 and while checking the booking status it always shows that ”Dear Sunil Gupta Status of your Ubislate7Cp is Hold ”. I can't understand that what does it mean by ““HOLD” .Datawind's Concern department has not yet dispatched the tablet even after 19 day of successful advance payment.
                                    I have twice mailed the issue with my order id and contact no. to [protected]@datawind.com without any reply. Helpline of datawind is also not answering after consistent try.
                                    What should I do now. Should I have to go consumers court?
                                    they are total frauds. you are never gonna get your product delivered to you. nor you will receive your refund. i am facing this from more than two months. sorry but trust me!

                                      I had ordered Akash tablet c+, in the name of my father Mr. Kishore Kumar Dey, directly from ubislate website's order booking, on the 27 March 2013, Booking No. PM92EABF2333, then on 4 April 2013 i received the tablet, Invoice No. AMFEX[protected], but it was defective, the touch screen was not working. I immediately contacted ubislate techsupport they told me it will be replaced as I logged the complain within 48 hrs of receiving the item, and they told me that I have to mail it to Amritsar address of which they will email me, but they emailed me the address next day. Then i couriered the Tablet to Amritsar at the address provided by them. Then I called them to notify them that i couriered the tablet as instructed by them before, they told me that within 10 days Replaced Tablet will be delivered, then after 10 day when i did not received the tablet I called them again, but this time they told me that it wiould take another 10 days because my defective Tablet is in the lab for repair. Then on 26 April 2013 the received back the Tablet, but they did not replaced the The defective tablet as they promised, but sent me the same tablet repaired. It worked 6 days then again today on 3 May 2013 again the touchscreen stopped responding and even its not starting after I tried to restart. I am really frustrated, please help me out on resolving this matter.

                                      data wind aakash tablet — not working the touch

                                      i have recently purchased the aakash tablet ubislate-7 and it was very well the touch is not working at all i am not using it any way now what i have to do with that tablet.

                                        I have buy a ubislate7c+ tablet . It working well but when I insert sim and it goes online then it hangs often. I call datawind they every says to reset my tablet , I reset my tab three times ,but no result. Now they are not reciving my call.
