I , Ashish Kumar upadhyay , has been online booked Ubislate 7cz (Delivery time 3 week) from Datawind Ubislate company "order no. PM2A7210A5FC" and prepaid Rs. 5499.00 online through Icici Debit card dated 11/01/13 .

I called them for order delivery confirmation...

I had been booked akash Tablet and Made Payment In 8th June 2012. Still I didn't get delivery of device. also I have made Lot of times communication with Datawind via Email. They are Failed to Deliver product.

I am Waiting for Device From One Year!!!!

I got a mail to upgrade the Model and i also agreed for it to pay extra Rs500/- at the time of delivery.

I booked Ubislate 7cz and paid online a sum of Rs 5999. However, after going through the millions of complaints on the net, I cancelled the order and have asked for refund on Dec 09,2012. I have made prebooking for the datawind ubislate tablet on 4/1/2012 and i have cancelled my order and requested for an refund on 25/8/12. i got a mail on 31/8/2012 stating that refund is under process but i haven't got the refund back...!!!

PROBLEM:

I have a received a tablet from DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PVT LTD, AMRITSAR after awaited for long 11 months, That Tablet screen is fully scratched and had worked only for few hours, after that it is displayed only the ANDROID LOGO,

I booked a Ubislate, booking ID is PMB983C19B. Payment made by sending a ICICI BANK, Tirupur cheque no 91230 for Rs 2999.00, which was debited in my account on 15/02/2012.

Till date, nearly 11 months have gone against the promised delivery within March 2012, but till date I have not received the product.

I had booked the ubislate 7ci on 25th December 2012 and I had done wire transfer (net banking) via the hdfc bank.I was suppose to receive my tablet after the 48 hr or within 1 week. I haven't heard anything from the company and also now the order status link is not working.

But it is not getting charging and also not getting starting.

I also complaint on their customer support ID , but mail being bounced .

i prebooked aakash pc tablet on Nov 2011 and the payment mode was selected cash on delivery.the coampany issued a id PMDFFD13158 and asked me to wait three months but alomst 1 year passed the coampany is not intersted in customer like me who have selected cash on delivery option of payment.so it is aganit the customers rules,if the company has interest in pre payment than why they have put the option of cash on delivery option...
