[Resolved] Datawind — Ubislate 7C(Edge) has many errors | |||
Respected sir, I had purchased Ubislate7C+(Edge) Tablet from company ie. Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. on 29th june 2013.I have tried calling Customer support number [protected] many times but no one recieves it.The email also could not be sent to said address Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: [protected]@datawind.com Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain datawind.com by mx01.1and1.com. [74.208.5.21]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 <[protected]@datawind.com>: quota exceeded The tablet has following errors: 1)HANGS REPEATEDLY. (I have tried resetting the tablet many times yet the problem is not solved) 2)MINI USB PORT IS NOT WORKING. 3)MEDIA VOLUME IS LOW. 4)LOSS OF NETWORK FOR BSNL SIM CARD (MAHARASHTRA STATE) The details of purchase are as follows: Invoice no:AMBD06290437 Dated : 29-Jun-2013 Amount paid : Rs.5199/-(COD) IMEI No:[protected] PLEASE REPLACE ME THE TABLET OR REFUND MY MONEY BACK. Respected sir,
i had talk with customer support on [protected] for four times,
Monday 22/07/2013,
this day customer support told me to do manual reset by pressing power on button and volume - button for 20secs, but this didd not work. so they told me that they will mail me the 'JOB SHEET' and i should have print of it and send the tablet as well as the 'job sheet' filled with faults to their Amritsar, office.
Tuesday 23/07/2013, Wednesday 24/07/2013 and Thursday 25/07/2013,
each time they told me that they will mail me the 'JOB SHEET' and i should have print of it and send the tablet as well as the 'job sheet' filled with faults to their amritsar office.
but for the last three days i am waiting for the 'JOB SHEET'.
I had also mailed the Problem to [protected]@datawind.com
and there is no response from the company.
Please tell me what shall i do.

My screen has stopped responding to touch...d screen is locked since pattern lock ws enabled bt now m unbale to do anything with the device its locked..i cant even shut it down..since u need to touch on "ok" option..
Would u please tell me its service centre in new delhi? So tht i may get it repaired asap..or oderwise get it replaced..

Please help me to get my money back. Purchase date 29/06/2013 I have not recieved any details from datawind Please return my money back datawind company has cheated me.
replace or repair my ubislate 7c+
my ubislate 7c+ is not powering on .it is in warranty or guarantee period59%
