My ubislate C+ is not detecting any SIM card, (idea, BSNL, vodaphone, Airtel) Signal Strength showing 0 DBM 99 ASU. I contacted in [protected], the gentleman told that this problem is not with the ubislate it’s a network problem with the concerned GSM provider. These SIMs are well working with other mobile phones & Tabs. What i will do ? also have POOR WI-FI connectivity. from where i get serviced this TAB? Need to send your Amritsar-143001 address? 1) As a ISO 9001:2008 And 14001:2004 Certified company 2) On 22nd July, 2010 Shri Kapil Sibal had unveiled the device 3) November 11th, 2012 by the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, the second version of Aakash 3) On November 28th, 2012 by UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon launched it at the United Nations in New York.     Dear Sir/ Madam, I have received Ubislate7 Cz on dt. 28/09/2013 against my booking No. "PM6CBC37D793" dt: 26/09/2013 through JAVS Courier as cash on delivery, Rest of purchase detail is as mentioned below mentioned for your information: Invoice No : AMJAVS09271436, Dispatched Through (Courier Name(): JAVS / AWB # DELDTW1007588 COD Amount : 6799/- (Including Courier Charges), Invoice Amount Rs. 6499/- (Including double Vat) Device IMEI Number Is:[protected] After receiving of parcel I fount below mentioned fault/ discrepancy as in device. 1. Tablet Charger is not working ( Same day informed to customer service and Datawind technical team but response is very bad and not satisfactory) 2. As committed, in-build camera is 2 Mega pixel but actual is VGA with poor quality. 3. Device packed without user manual without guarantee card, without Android CD & Connector for connectivity with PC connectivity 4. As committed, In-build memory is 8 GB but actual is 4.95 GB 5. Hand Free Speaker Not working Also speaker quality is very bad it's very difficult to listen phone calls with full volumn. 6. As committed, In-build RAM is 1GB but actual is 512 MB 7. All taxes included in MRP but company charge twice VAT to Customer. Therefore, I have doubt about: you are dispatched wrong device also IMEI number is simply pasted in device it's shows like something wrong in dispatch, So I do request you to look into the same and resolve our issue without any further harassment to myself.       I AM FEELING VERY SAD TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE ORDERED DATA WIND UBISLATE 7C+ VIDE ORDER NO.PM9595D669BC AND I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT OF RS.5299/- TODAY I.E, 28.9.2013 AT 6.15 PM TO THE BLUEDART COURIER VIDE NO.[protected]. WHEN I OPENED THE BOX AFTER PAYMENT, I FOUND IT DAMAGED. WHEN I TURNED ON THE TAB, I FOUND SOME LINES ON IT. I VIEWED THE SCREEN DIVIDED IN HALF BLACK COLOUR AND HALF WHITE COLOUR WITH SOME DARKBLACK CIRCLES AROUND IT. I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS.5299/- (4999.00 FOR THE TABLET+300 COURIER CHARGES) BUT I HAVE RECEIVED THE DAMAGED TABLET.       I HAVE SPOKEN WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (THEY DID NOT CALLED ME AND I MADE A CALL TO THEM) AND THEY TOLD ME TO HANDOVER THE DAMAGED DEVICE TO VENUS MOBILE SOLUTIONS, H.NO.8/11/196, SEEMA XEROX LANE, J.P.N ROAD, WARANGAL. ACCORDINGLY, BEARING MY OWN EXPENSES I HAVE TRAVELLED TO WARANGAL ON 30.9.2013 AND HANDED OVER/SURRENDERED THE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED DEVICE/TABLET TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVE.           Dear Sir/Madam

          On September 16, 2013 I have received a phone call from Data Wind company (maker of Akash tablet) and told me that they have launched the new model of Akash tablet 7cz with specification of 8GB internal memory, expandable upto 32GB, dual camera (rear and front) 1.2GB proceror, 1GB RAM with jelly bean operating system and they will send it by courier within 7 working days and the payment on delivery option.

          When I received the tablet on September 20, 2013 found that I have been cheated by the Data Wind company. The company has sent me the older version of their tablet model 7c+ instead of 7cz. The specification are also does not match as told by the company executive. Next day I have contacted the company’s customer care cell and lodge my complaint and also mail my complaint to their email address. The company assured me that their technical team is working on the complaint and their executive will contact within 48 hours. Till date the 5 days has been passed and there is no reply and no executive has contacted me.

          I want to replace my tablet replaced with the 7cz model or company take the tablet back and refund my money immediately. The IMEI number and receipt of payment and the photo of tablet is attached herewith

          This same thing happened with me also!! I think they ate cheating people showing 7CZ and delivering 7C+ and the Customer support is very very poor!! They need some legal actions!!
          The same problem to me also i been sending emails but they are not saying anything i had also got 7c+ instead of 7cz

            Today I got a mail from ubislate about ubislet 7cz tablet phone. I click on the link to order the product online. But for some strange reason i got a confirmation mail about ubislet 7c+(edge) tablet phone. Which is 1000 rs cheaper product. I have paid through my HDFC credit card. Now I want to cancel my order. My order no is PM30674. I they give me ubislet 7cz then I am ready to pay 1000 rs extra. Otherwise help me to cancel my order .

              i had purchased a product from datawind innovation pvt ltd had some problem in it so i have sent it to Amritsar for servicing and replacing the product they asked me for demand draft Rs.1,500 . i made it and sent along with the product through coriour blue dart my detail are below : name : mohammed spiritwala address : 18, jawahar marg below bohra masjid indore (M.P) product : ubislate 7c+ demand draft detail : bank : state bank of india number dd : 663390 they told me u will be getting back after 15 days but 3 months passed when ever i call they tell sir wait 1 week more but they are not sending it back. i hope u will resolve my problem

                  Dear Sir/Madam, May I draw your kind attention towards my complaint against delevery of faulty table by M/s. Datawind company from Amritsar. My continue followyp with M/s. Datawind company regarding replace the tablet or refund the amount via sending mail but till today no any response comes from there end, also I discussed same will over telephone but they did not get satisfactory answer. I booked online Akash -3 i.e., Unistale 7C+ from datawind and product delevered through blue dart at my home from 24/08/2013. I used these table for a week and after some day I found the Tablet create problem to charged and got hanged during operation. I send mail to M/s. datawind company on dated:02/09/2013 and till date continue followup regarding the same.please find herewith attached copies of Invoice & chaining mail that I send to the company.                   tablet hangs when sim is inserted

                  I have a ubislate 7c+, but when I insert my sim card it does not respond and hangs. Restarting it does not work.

                    I first booked tab 7ciplus on cash on delivery basis. Thereafter I made full payment from my sbi debit card on 22nd jan 13 after a discount of 500 was offered by company for the same tablet. I paid 4499 on 22nd jan 13 and was given a booking ID of PME3E4B. Till date status of this booking Id is Dispatch shown in red from company site.There was no news from them for next 3-4 months even though they had promised delivery within 72 hours. On 12th May 13 some body their call centre called to sell some new product, when I reminded him of the status of my booking he apologised and gave me a new booking Id PM426084ab18 of 7c+EDGE and promised delivery within 72 hours. He sent to me a mail giving me details of the order. Till now I have not heard anything from any body from their side. When ever I call their call centre, phone company charges me more than rs 20 for every call and their executives assure delivery within 72 hours. This is going on like this for all this time.                       Sir, I have made the payment to Ubislate (Gurgaon) of Rs. 6799/- through Indian Bank Credit Card on 11/09/2013 towards the cost o[censored]bislate 7CZ with keyboard case. I have not received any acknowedgement from them inspite of sending 3 mails to sales2datawind.com alongwith the credit card transaction details and 2 mails to deepika.[protected]@gmail.com. Every time I call them over phone they simply ask me my mobile number and name and say that they will contact me soon. I am from Tamil Nadu Kindly look into the matter and arrange to dispatch me the Ubislate 7CZ with keyboard at the earliest.

                        Invoice Number - AMFEDX08300861 Reference Number - PMA4BCE20B62 FEDEX AWB Number[protected] Package received date: 31.08.2013 (5.00 PM) This is with reference to the Ubislate 7C+ Tablet PC with keyboard case purchased on 20.08.2013 through credit card for an amount of Rs.5,699 (Product amount of Rs.5,499 + Shipping cost of Rs.300 - Coupon of Rs.200). The product was delivered on the abovementioned date. The product is found to be defective. The details of defectiveness are as follows - 1. The phone / calling functionality is not working. The Tablet PC is a SIM based. But it does not recognise any SIM having tried around 5 SIM cards and several times 2. The screen is with lot of scratches 3. There is a small hole in the front panel I tried to call and speak the call centre immediately and also mailed to [protected]@datawind.com but none of the delegates bothered to even pick up the phone or reply. I am officially lodging this complaint for the refund of money with immediate effect and to kindly take the product immediately. This kind of inferior and defective product cannot be encouraged. I require the refund of my money paid immediately. The package is available in good condition and it can be taken over in the same state as was delivered to me.

Through Successful online payment i bought a "Ubislate 7Cz ( 1GB RAM, 8GB Internal Memory)" with a "Keyboard case" It was very clear in the website page that "THE STOCK IS AVAILABLE & WILL BE DELIVERED IN 5-7 WORKING DAYS" but now after a week When i spoke to the customer care of the datawind innovations, They said "STOCK IS UNAVAILABLE & DELIVERED AFTER 20 Days" HIGHLY DISGUSTING!!!!!! This is absolutely CHEATING COSTUMERS!!! After Worse Responses from your side, I decided to opt for Refund as the shippment is not yet dispatched as per your refund norms. i wrote a mail to [protected]@datawind.com . you people are NOT even replying for that. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP. If no further action taken by you, I will further Go with Legal Proceedings Through Consumer Court! Reminder : As per law, This is CHEATING!                               I have complaint of Data wind company so called Akash tablet providers; to which government supported. I booked “akash” 2 yrs back. They delivered it this week. I was shocked to see the sreen of pc has crack and scratches; I didn’t get even the guarantee card and manual. I reported immediately on company web site but no reply from the [protected]@datawind.com nor any reply from the customer care. On the top of this the mobile no provided is switched off, and no one answers call on technical support no. These numbers are also not available on website. It’s a fraud company. I was told that there will be two usb ports to attach pen drives. There is only one port that too is micro usb, for which no extra cord is provided. No reply from the company since 3 days on the complaint. Users pls dont purchase any products from this company as they are big frauds. After all govement project mila to paise khila ke hi mila hoga inko.

                                Hello, I have ordered the UBISLATE 7C+ on 19.8.13 and got the delivery on 24.8.13. However I was very disappointed when come across the following problem. 1. It has been adviced before use charge it for atleast 6-7 hours I have followed the instruction but was shock to encounter TAB is not starting on battery back up mode after charging for 7hours. 2. TAB is not working on Battery back up it can only works when we put it on charging. 3. Device fails to detect SIM card hence Mobile network is not working on it. Please revert to me as soon as possible to send back TAB to you or else If it possible to return the Money Please advice Your quick response will very much appreciate.                                   hello sir/mam, I am purchased ubislate7c+ Tab form Datawind co.(1) www.ubislate.com (2)www.datawind.com,I recevied the Tab from courier company,that tab's display damaged.I complaint to the company care center on Phone :-[protected] then they say to contact their care center at Kolhapur Maharastra. As per there instruction I contacted to the Kolhapur center at Sukir Mobile Kolhapur Maharashtra. When he saw that company mail on his computer & he adviced me sent a email on your address with the photograph of damaged tab, with the timing of reciving the tab. I recevied this tab at 12.30 p.m. on dated 27/8/2013. When I received this delivery of tab box, I made full payment to the delivery boy, at this time above TAB is in the packed box. When I open this box then I see that this tab's screen is damaded & I complaint to your customar care center immadiatly. The time is 1 p.m. on dt 27/8/2013, & I am atteching with this mail 1)The invoice Scan copies & also the 2) Photo copies of the damage tab. Please see the above attechment with this mail ............... When you received my complaint about Tab, please send mail to Sukir Mobile ,Kolhapur Maharashtra & tell them to accept the damaged tab & give the instruction for do the needful. Please give me reply on my mail Id. Youre customer care contact me on 5.30 pm on dt 27/8/2013,they tell me to contact with sukir mobile & retern the above TAB to that shop but they are not accept the above TAB.

                                    I had booked a Ubislate Tablet 7+ for delivery in May-2012. However, it has not been received till date. The booking no. is given to me was PM2C56C. However, on subsequent e-mail correspondence with the company, they had offered me alternative model at additional cost which I have not received till date. On entering this booking no. on their site it shows the status that they have delivered the material to someone else. Company may give me now any other improved model at the earliest. I have already prepaid (vide HDFCBank cheque no.035639 on10.05.2012) the required amount at that time and my deposit has earned more than enough interest by now.

                                      I Manish Ashok Arya from nagpur had purchased a tablet 7CI from datawind in december 2012 and after that
                                      accidently the device locked { Pattern Lock } and after that i contacted the amritsar office and sent the device to them in january 2013 to unlock the device with a cheque of Rs.350/- charges to unlock the device .
                                      After repeated calls from january to march no proper reply for that , then in march i was informed that device was beyond repair and i was offered to upgrade from 7CI to 7C+ by paying additional up gradation charges of Rs.1000/- CASH ON DELIVERY , which i promptly agreed . Then they said to confirm it by sending an email to them which i sent them .

                                      And till today after repeated calls to the service center i have not received the tablet .

                                      And several emails have also been sent to them regarding the matter .
                                      every time i call the service center they say that it will be dispatched within a week
                                      and from time to time they give me a new complaint no
