I have purchased a Datawind Ubislate 7CZ(Aakash 4) tablet on 19th September, 2013 through Snapdeal and got it delivered on 23rd September, 2013. Within just 20 days of its usage the tablet got some issues with its camera and I took my device to the datawind's service center S.K.Enterprice, B-4, Allied House, Inderlok at 12:30 PM on 14th October, 2013. Also, there were some issues with its Wi-Fi from day 1 and it gets laggy while the Wi-Fi is switched on, in addition to this it has a battery backup problem which is a common issue with this device. I explained all these issues to the service center and they told me to leave the tablet here and you will get back your tablet within 6-7 days.
When I called them up after a week, they told me that the tablet is still not rectified yet and get back to us within another 4-5 days. Again, after 5 days when I asked for the device they told me that your device had some serious issues which we were not able to solve so, we had sent your device to our main service center and you'll get your device within 10 days for sure. Unfortunately, this time again when I called them up they told me that your device will be shipped from our head service center after a week or so and you have to wait until that. Everytime I called up the service center they give same false commitments.
till date i have not received any positive response from Datawind.
