We have purchased TAB from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. Khasara 605 near Telco service station Vill. Rangpuri, New Delhi. 110037. Vide invoice no. :-AMJAVAS10031644 Dt.03.10.2013 with cash payment of Rs. 5299.00(Rs. Five thousand two hundred ninety nine only) on POD basis. When we unpacked the piece “screen of the TAB found cracked’ We have registered the complaint & received complaint no :- 1007MH3904. As per instruction from Datawind we have deposited our tab to their local dealer (Sai shopee, service centre. CA road, NAGPUR. MAHARASHTRA pin 440002) Vide D.N.no. 034 Dt.15.10.2013 for replacement dispatch no. given by dealer is :- LKAS MH009J59. Since that we are calling continuously but not getting any positive and confirm reply nor their dealer is in position to give any status. People from technical department are giving very irrelevant answers. We have paid full amount three months back and not used the product for a minute, Kindly help us in resolving this issue.`

        I'd submitted my Aakash Tab to a Delhi servie center named Godson Enterprises for amendment as voice is not coming from the device in calls. They sent it to Amritsir office in October. I've been calling the tech team @ Amritsir, but each time I get the same response that device is to be dispatched in next 2-3 days. Relevant ticket id is 1114DL3390. This is quite frustrating. Do not how those ridiculous managers manage this company!!! I am going to a consumer court very soon.
        So? no body is going to respond here too?

            Hello sir/mam, I bought a tab from Datawind model UBISLATE7CZ on 14th of September which worked good for about 40days after that it started giving me problems. I called the technical support of the help. They gave me instructions. I followed their instruction & ended up in more problems than i had, it was just an issue with the auto rotate service for 4 dimensional view not working properly. but now, that is not working at all also, i have issues with sound not coming out from the speakers & all the apps are deleted. with the keyboard which came with the product not working either. so i took it to service center which they said which is in a different corner of the city. Service center people are so good at this they welcomed me & registered a case about this(Rep pushpa). I was informed that the repair will take some time if its a minute problem it will be corrected by Monday which is 28th October were i gave the tab on 26th of October(Saturday) to the service center associate. Also if it needs a part replacement then it will take up to 10days or so. I called the service center on monday & they said that the part is being expected my the manufacturer. i called the service center & they said that they have not yet received the part on 8th of november so i called the support service they said that the service center has made a note that you(me the user) need to collect the product were as their is no match about the statements. so i called the service center on 11th to collect the product they again said they have not yet received the part for repair & the issue is not yet fixed. so i called the manufacturer datawind they said that allow if a 15day span & let the service center team work on the product & let it be fixed(Rep name don't remember). Again i reached datawind they said it would take atleast till next Monday (Answered by rep. Shubham) which is 18th November for me to receive the tab(as in the tab to be ready & delivery fit). For the follow up, i called the service center again on on 14th November(Answered Rep angali) they said again that the part is not received & i called the support team of datawind(Answered rep. Nirmal) now he says that the part is not yet dispatched it was never documented to be send he said that he has e-mail in the parts team to send the part on priority & it will take 5 days from now for the product to be ready the product will be repaired on the same day as soon as the part is delivered. I have called every other day after that & still the part is not being send by the provider & the customer support just keeps sending emails of no use it's being send 8 times now. When is asked for the supervisor the support person anita refused for the supervisor. I am still getting a roundabouts with is Indian manufacturer's product manufactured in china. Please team help me out from this hassle. Case no(Datawind): 1026kt1048.               I had Logged a complaint in Datawind Complain no : 0921GT2354, But Still no response from Data wind & single answer from Data wind CSR "Next week you will receive". From Last 2 month I did not receive any communication from Data wind. My request to all that please do not purchase any Tablet from Datawind / ubislate.

                DataWind is Fraud Company, Cheat with Me.. (written in Hindi) maine april 2013 mai Ubislate7c+ Datawind se corier dvara recieve kiya tha. lekin 3 months use karne ke baad usme problems aane lage . jiske karn maie datawind mai phon kiya, usne bola "aap use idhar bhej dijiye hm repair karke 10 se 15 din mai apko vapas karenge." maine tablet ko local datawind cervice Vatsal infotech, bhavnagar-364002 through bheja. mera teblet muje about 1 month ke baad mila aur maine dekha ki usme jo sim or memory card lagaya jata hai uske upar ek chhotasa sefty cover hota hai, jo usme nahi tha. ye jo sim/memmory card cover hai vo datawind ke poor repiring ke douran usne nikal liya aur fir use tablet mai lagaya nahi. jiske karan mere tablet mai vaha se dust enter hoti hai aur tablet kharab ho rha hai. mai harroj datawind ko is number [protected] par call karta hu, lekin vo harroj muje kehte hai "hamare ucch adhikari aapko 2 ghante mai callback karenge" lekin usk call abhi tak nahi aaya. maine use 5 times snapshot ke saath is email id [protected]@datawind.com mail bhi kiya hai . fir bhi vo kuchh replay nahi kar rahe. Datawind puri fraud compny lagti hai, jiski custer care cervice bahot kharab hai, wo sirf device bech kar paisa kamana jante hai aur wo 1year ki waruntee sirf formality ke liye hi dete hai, ab mere dherya ki sima ye khatma ho gayi hai. agar datawind muje vo sim/memmory card slot cover bhej nhi skta to muje mera device replace kar ke dusara de ya fir Muje mere Rs.5199 vapas kare. from.                   I have purchased a Datawind Ubislate 7CZ(Aakash 4) tablet on 19th September, 2013 through Snapdeal and got it delivered on 23rd September, 2013. Within just 20 days of its usage the tablet got some issues with its camera and I took my device to the datawind's service center S.K.Enterprice, B-4, Allied House, Inderlok at 12:30 PM on 14th October, 2013. Also, there were some issues with its Wi-Fi from day 1 and it gets laggy while the Wi-Fi is switched on, in addition to this it has a battery backup problem which is a common issue with this device. I explained all these issues to the service center and they told me to leave the tablet here and you will get back your tablet within 6-7 days. When I called them up after a week, they told me that the tablet is still not rectified yet and get back to us within another 4-5 days. Again, after 5 days when I asked for the device they told me that your device had some serious issues which we were not able to solve so, we had sent your device to our main service center and you'll get your device within 10 days for sure. Unfortunately, this time again when I called them up they told me that your device will be shipped from our head service center after a week or so and you have to wait until that. Everytime I called up the service center they give same false commitments. till date i have not received any positive response from Datawind.

                  I got a call from your customer care executive on 18th nov 2013 and he said that i will get a call from the concern department in next 24 hrs but now it is more than 48 hrs and i haven't got any call. For how long you will continue in the same manner..

                    I send my new faulty aakash tablet to ahmedabad service center date: 18/09/2013 they give maximum time to repair 50 days but i dont get any answer so i call aakash technical department and they said no job-sheet done by ahmedabad repaire center so you wait more 7 days, after 12 days i contact again to aakash technical department but same answer i got that job-sheet not done wait more 7 days, then i contact ahmedabad repair center they said me that they break connection with aakash company because of some terms problem and my tablet stiil with them. so i contact again to technical department and they not give me proper answer they only tell me to go ahmedabad and collect your tablet and send again to new service center address. i already told company that i am not living in ahmedabad and to go ahmedabad from my city i need 1 full day and also 1000rs. expense . please help me Contact detaile : [protected] Rupesh Soni complaint no : 0911gt1765

                      I am Mohd Sajid from Delhi. I had purchase a Datawind Tablet Aakash Ubislate 7C+ on 31st July 2013. On that there was a problem in tablet is SMS not recivied after15 days suddenly tablets touch not working than I call to Datawind and luagh my complaint and give me a ticket number (Your Ticket ID is -0924DL1625) and gives a Address of Service Center and on 26/09/2013 I diposit my tablet in S.K. Interprises, 1712, Govind Puri extn, Kalkajji, they said we give you tablet within 4-5 day after one week I was call to S.K. Interprises there no answer from there. after 15 days I had call to Datawind official service center and they said Sir, Please give us time just one week after that I call service and Datawind service center no body can help me for this regards What can I do.                           Hello, I purchased Ubislate 7Cz with keyboard case through www.ubislate.com and made online payment of Rs. 6599 with booking Id PMCE4B4. It was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days as per the website. There was a confirmation mail about the order and mentioned that the shipment would be delivered in 72 hours. The status of the product shows Ready to Dispatch always. I sent many mails and made many calls to datawind sales & support team asking for the clear explanation with all the details i have. There was no concrete response. I checked the website frequently for the status and to my surprise, the status was updated accidentally to Print and Airway Bill no. was provided (Airway Bill No.[protected] which again looks untraceable. I would like to bring to your notice that there was no proper answer from neither the customer care of Datawind nor from their website. Kindly suggest how to proceed in this regard.                             Hi, I have received Tablet In the beginning of this month & upon opening the package I found that the camera was dislocated & product was in manufacture defect condition. Above issue has been raised with datawind CC and as per their suggestion same has been submitted to Srisai Phone Care on 4th of Oct 2013 (Job order No.6539 / Order no.LKASCKT002J87). Even after so many reminders I was told that the part has not reached from head office to replace the defect part. After 25 days when I called [protected] CC representative and they told me that it would be resolved before 7th November 2013. Since the TAT has been breached, am not interested in buying defect product, pls arrange for full refund without any deductions. Thanks & Regards, Manu Bhargav

                            Pls let me know the refund status without any deduction ASAP to avoide legal proceedings.

                                  When I received the tablet on September 27, 2013 found that I have been cheated by the Data Wind company. The company has sent me the older version of their tablet model 7c+ instead of 7cz. Next day I have contacted the company’s customer care cell and lodge my complaint and also mail my complaint to their email address.I have been mailing from the 1 day. The company assured me that their technical team is working on the complaint and their executive will contact within 48 hours. Till date now its been about to 1 months and there is no reply and no executive has contacted me. I want to replace my tablet replaced with the 7cz model or company take the tablet back and refund my money immediately.                                     I want to get my Akash Tablet repaired since delivery its charger is not working and USB is loose hence charging is not happening effectively. I had prepaid money with a delivery commitment of 15 days but I got delivery after 11m18days that too defective piece.

                                      I am Safiya Pathan from Vadodara I booked aakash tablet 1 year ago and recently got the call from company asking that do I want the product and they gave me choice between 3 devices so I called back the person and ordered datawind UBISLATE 7CZ that person said ok I am confirming this for you the order was placed on 26Sep 2013 with but on 28 Sep I received Ubislate 7C+ after constantly mailing and calling Customer support for 1 week still I have not got any replacement!!!

                                        I have booked one Ubislate-1 in India with Rs.2999/- on April, 2012 vide Registration No.PM28631420DE but did not get the product delivered till Dec, 2012. I therefore prayed for refund of booking money for delay in delivery of the product. During March, 2013 they despatched the product through the courier demanding Rs.1500/- more to take delivery of the product. I refused to take delivery on paying Rs.1500/- and the same was returned back. But they have not refunded the Registration money till date
