I had booked a Ubislate 7+ in 2011 with ID PM91866FAC4A . Later upgraded the order to Ubislate 7C as per your email dated May 8 2012 by paying Rs.1000/- additionally. But I was supplied a Ubislate 7+ on 25.6.2012.This was informed to Datawind as per my letters dated 16.7.2012, 12.11.12, 14.12.12,28.3.2013 and the latest 27.5.2013. But no satisfactory reply was received from datawind. Later as per the mail from Datawind, I upgraded the order to Ubislate 7C+ by paying Rs. 1000/- online. Through several registered letters were sent to Datawind as mentioned above,explaining all the details, but no reply was given. I have paid a total of Rs.4999/- with two DDs No.864933 for 2999/- dated 28.1.2012 and DD No.920519 dated 10.5.2012 for 1000/- (Upgradtion to 7C that time) and online ccavenue transfer reference CCA13BNLQ272 dated 3.2.2013 for Rs. 1000/- with the fresh booking ID PM 482FFA3997 for Ubislate 7C+.
Now I demand you to deliver the required 7C+ and take back the non functional Ubislate 7+ deleivered to me as per your refund and cancellation policy otherwise I will be proceeding with the legal steps against you at the earliest.

      I purchased an Ubislate 7C + (edge). The purchase had been made when the datawind people made a call based on my 3 years back enquiry. This is on 29th June 2013 with cash on delivery mode. It was delivered immediately in 3 days on 2nd July 2013, Tuesday . As I was out of station we opened it on Saturday night I.e., on 6th July 2013. In the note of starting it up process, it was written to charge for 6-8 hours before starting . So we kept it on charge in the saturday night. On Sunday morning I.e., on 7th July, tried to start it up. It does not turn up or started. Tried to reset and start.even tried to charge thru computer. But none the ways worked. So made a call to [protected]. They won't pick the phone immediately. After nearly 100 times, they picked it and after hearing the problem told to return it. Tablet was couriered back with charges of nearly RS.400/-. It was delivered to datawind on 11th July 2013. And again after trying 100 times their phone got connected. They are now saying that the received tabled will get updated in their systems, that they received it, is after 7-8 days. That I need to call back to check the status wether they received it or not after 7-8 days.
      1. They won't lift the phone.
      2.They won't listen first what we are saying
      3. They disconnect the line while we are in the middle of conversation
      4. They won't deliver properly checked or quality checked product
      5. The device does not start. It's just show that they did not checked before dispatching the device.
      6. As they need to collect the money, they delivered the product within 3 days.
      7. As they collected the money, now they are not giving proper response.
      I request to look into the matter ASAP as these people are taking ride on innocent people.

      I had ordered one ubislate 7C+ have received it on 26th july. got the time to opne the box on 28th july and i seem to find it is not working i tried every thing from resetting to charging for full day but still it is not working.
      I am very disappointed with the product and the customer care as they never pick the phone and also the number printed on the box is not in use.

      SO YOU PEOPLE HAVE FOUND THE EASIEST WAY TO CHEAT PEOPLE. CONGRATULATIONS!!

        I had purchased aakash tablet on 05.06.2012 by making full payment in deman draft (DD No. 532130 on Dated 08.06.2012). my booking ID PMDD2C524FF4. At the time of my payment the website meant delivery within 2 weeks of payment.
        I have written to them several emails stating that I have not yet received my order placed, requesting for reply about the date of delivery. Despite of writing so many emails to ythem, I have got no reply.
        Now I want my money refund. I have written so many emails to them, but no one has replied back. I dont know whom to contact.

        datawind india pvt. ltd — no delivery of product

        hi

        I had applied for ubislate 7+ in janauary and made the prepayment of 2999 Rs.with the DD number of 459372 in march. My online booking ID is PM2D8BC57A1. After contacting them fpr many times they confirmed that it will deliever within 15 to 31 may 2012 however it has not been delivered. At their toll free number no body picks up the call. I am attaching the mail sent by them also. Please look into the matter and take corrective action

          Dear sir, I booked 2 ubislate tablets and paid the full amount of Rs.6000 for prioritized delivery on 2.2.2012.
          Our pre-booking reference Nos. are PM0BF22 and PM08BD9. Since it was not delivered for more than 9 months and since they offered to deliver immediately i[censored]pgraded, we opted for upgrade 19.11.2012, this was upgraded to Ubislate 7ci with booking ID PM2933F. It was cancelled on 21.11.12 since there were too many complaints about that product by the users.
          The datawind refund department has not cared to refund the amount even after 20 emails spanning over 17 months.There customer care number is not working.

            I had purchased Aakash ubislate 7c+ but due to some problem I had send back the device to amritsar office on 30th May 2013 along with it I had also send a cheque of rs.1500/- vide Cheque No.195606 dtd. 30/05/2013 SBI Bank and that cheque has been cleared from my bank account on 15/06/2013 but till today I have not receive my device back.
            On 03/07/2013 I had word with Mr.Ajay Pal Singh (Executive) and Mr.Harbanpreet Singh(Technical Manager) and they commit me that within a week I'll receive my device back.
            Also no one answer the call even customer care executive put the call on hold for a long hour.
            Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                I have ordered UBISlate 7C(Edge) Tab through ubislate.com(Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) website by paying full payment by credit card on 19th June 2013. For the same i have got confirmation message along with 'Order ID: PMF10492EC9'. And the product was supposed to be delivered to my address with in 72 hrs. The courier service from which the courier was sent by is Blue Dart (well known and reputed courier service). I have tracked my courier and it came till Dombivali, Mumbai on 24 June 2013 and returned to merchant on 25th June 2013. when i called Bluedart they told me that it was returned to merchant because they do not have service at the address which i have mentioned to deliver. Are they not aware that service is not there at the given location during booking? Is this what well known courier company supposed to do? lets leave about that.
                The merchant who received that courier back should be supposed to update me on the same and should also update the same in database and should try to send it through another courier service or ask me to collect from the nearest outlet or nearest courier desk. They did not do any of these.
                The contact numbers mentioned in the UBIslate website is not valid. The email address mentioned is also not working (all the emails are bouncing back). There is no other alternate contact number. Tried many emails but no one responds. Is this company fraud? By all these i feel it is fraud.

                  Received a call on same day. Request for 7 C + without leather case
                  they ensured, I will get the same but with an extra cost of Rs.700/- on COD

                  I sent an email confirming that i will pay Rs. 700/- to the courier boy for 7C+ without leather case apart from online payment already made.

                  On 15th June courier boy arrived at home with 7Ci only and asking for 4100 + cash !!!! I I refused to accept.

                  After numerous attempts I got a executive on 21st June and he promised i will get the 7 c+ or 7 ci with leather case within 10 days...

                  But not any positive response so far......

                  To whom I contact to solve this issue.....I am also agreed for Money refund option

                  Need to give courier boy remaining amount ( in between 400 to 800). your customer care executives haven't any idea about that, some times they say 400 some times, 700 ...but i haven't any problem to pay...

                  every time they saying it will dispatch today..some times giving DTDC courier docket No. also...but all false...really cheating...many times they hold me on line around 30 minutes and simply cut the line...the worst customer service ever seen in life...

                    I purchase his product and made payment through netbanking, company employee said your product will reach within 72 hours, but now more than 7 days no information about my product, i was sending many mails to company at supportin.datawin.com as well as sales department and enquiry department, but no response till now, status of my product shown in his website always under dispatch and mentioned waybill number, but these details are not authentic or false, I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

                      THIS IS TO GIVE COMPLAINT ON "DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PVT LIMITED", FOR NOT DELIVERING THE UBISLATE 7C+, AFTER TAKING PRE BOOKING ORDER AND ALSO TAKEN THE AMOUNT RS. 4899/- , THEY ARE NOT EVEN REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND CALLS. IT COMES TO THE POINT OF MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING THE CUSTOMERS AS FOOLS.

                      I have purchased online a Ubislate 7c+ Tablet from www.ubislate.com and paid the full amount of Rs. 4899/- through online payment gateway on dated 01.06.2013. After this transaction I received Purchase Order No. PM482F2a dated 03.06.2013.
                      The delivery period was within one week . When I try to track my order on http://www.ubislate.com/device-specification/status.html every time it shows "This is not a Valid Booking-id/AWB No."
                      I have mailed at Datawind customer support many times but no response is there. I tried to call at [protected] but every time no response.

                          I received ubislate7c+ on dated[protected] at 3:00pm from Blue dart couriers after paying Rs-5200 him but provided ubislate7c+ is a dead device because no blinking or sign seen in this ubislate after charging 6:00 hours it is a use less piece. Please change this device and deliver me a new ubislate7c+ otherwise refund my payments i have done hundreds of phone at[protected]Mr.Avinash, [protected]-Mr.Amrinder) and in your company but no result was found and no one satisfy me. If you not satisfy me then there is only way to knock consumer courts for me. I request

                            I had purchased aakash tablet on second week of Dec 2012 by making full payment online against which I had been given PM9DCEF343E6 as transaction ID. At the time of my payment the website meant delivery within 2 weeks of payment.
                            I have written to them several emails stating that I have not yet received my order placed, requesting for reply about the date of delivery. Despite of writing so many emails to ythem, I have got no reply.
                            Now I want my money refund. I have written so many emails to them, but no one has replied back. I dont know whom to contact.

                              After 9 months of waiting for my device to arrive, Datawind sent me a faulty device. I emailed their techsupport team on Feb 21st, 2013 and I'm yet to receive a reply from them. After trying their support number around a 1000 times, I was asked to send the device to their service center in Hyderabad. I gave it there and after waiting for 25 days and calling them up instead of receiving a notification from them, my device came back unrepaired. The company needs to understand that they aren't giving away devices for free--when you take the money, you need give your customer something that works!!

                              This is regarding a complaint raised about my Ubislate 7Ci since the time I received it. The battery is discharging even after the tablet is switched off/shut down.

                              Complaint and service history:

                              A. I was asked to send the device to their service center in Hyderabad. I gave it there and after waiting for 25 days and calling them up instead of receiving a notification from them, my device came back unrepaired.

                              B. The second time Datawind decide to do a home pick up and drop of my device because of the unresolved issue. The tablet was picked up by fedex on June 25th tracking number[protected] and I received it today, with the problem still unresolved.



                              Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
                              Asking me to pay 1000 INR and upgrade to Ubislate7C+ is not the solution to the problem. Please refund the total amount of INR 3500 I paid if you can't send me a new and functional device. You can issue the cheque in the name of: Soumya Nalam. The amount of time and money I've wasted on this is enough.
                              I want a complete refund for the faulty crap that you people are selling! Stop emailing me and calling me to sell new devices.

                                I had booked a ubislate 7C+ tab on 30/5/2013 through online payment from DATAWIND company. Booking ID is PM23EE6FF1FC. They given the shipment no AWB[protected] through DTDC courier, but still now i am not getting this product,

                                I have contact with DTDC they told that it is wrong courier no, after that several time i send mail to datawind company website but they don't reply me, and also try to contact through phone but nobody received the phone.

                                  and i received my device sucessfully within 2 days of booking.

                                  and today[protected], My ubislate device is not working properly, as TOUCH is not at all working in the device , and i did RESET 3 times ,but still i'm facing the same TOUCH problem, and the device is completly new without any physical damage or internal problem, but the TOUCH is not working properly, and to complain regarding this issue i tryied calling on customer care number many times ,but there is a no response , now i'm very much angry on the customer service of this company. If my problem did'nt get solve within this week i gonna complain this issue in CONSUMER FORUM , against this company, so please do the needfull as soon as possible , i dont have the address of your SERVICE CENTER in HYDERABAD.                                   I, N Siva Kumar serving in Army has been booked 20 months before for the AAKASH Tablet, but received recently on 22/06/2013. The device did not working properly the display screen was shaking and blinking continuously later the whole screen become black spotted and blurred then the device hangup I tried two to three times by resetting the device by reset option given in the back lid of the device the problem did not solved . I even not used the device a single day. Will the company did not check the product while despatching the customer.

                                  I already sent an email regardig this Tablet IMEI No [protected] that the device is not working properly its hang up every 5 to 10 min the display screen blinking like a wave motion then the whole screen blurred and black spotted suddenly it hang up, but you people are mentioning that any issues regarding this device contact this id. You are not giving any solution to the problem that I mentioned. will you return back the product and issue a new one. Because I did not used the device even a day.                                     I ordered a Ubislate 7ci vide booking ID PM89ED583D5C on[protected] making full payment via Axis bank netbanking. As per the website, it was to be delivered within a week. However, it was delivered on[protected].
                                    As instructed in the manual, I charged it for 8 hours but the device was not getting switched on. There is no indication of the device getting charged.

                                    After several attempts, I was able to contact customer support by phone and informed them about the problem. They advised me to write to [protected]@datawind.com. The complaint number is 134581.

                                    The invoice number is AMBD05130108 and the device S/N is [protected]. I have written to [protected]@datawind.com seven times giving all the details but there is no response from them.

                                    M/sDatawind has:

                                    1. failed on the delivery time as promised
                                    2. as per their website, Datawind promised to replace the defective item and arrange to collect the defective device from the address given but they have so far failed to take any action on the complaint.

                                    This amounts to cheating and I have no faith in this company called Datawind.

                                      This is complaint against the Datawind which hasn't delivered my UbiSlate 7 of latest version.

                                      I have done the payment in last January 2012 against the booking code number I got from Datawind and its been 18 months I haven't received my device / tablet.
                                      I had sent the cheq of Rs.2,999/- and which is also debited from my a/c in January 2012 in Datawind a/c but still the Datawind hasn't delivered my UbiSlate 7 which was the highest version at that time.

                                      Last month I received a call and email from Datawind they confirm my residence address and when the courier came it ask for COD - Cash On Delivery, which I denied as I already done the payment and reply / inform through the email I received from Pardeep Kaur deep.[protected]@gmail.com. And till date I haven't received any call nor any reply for my email neither any explanation from Datawind.

                                      I want the answers from the Datawind why such delays, why they want to me to pay again the amount when I have done the booking and payment well in advance to have fast delivery but none of the promises has been kept by Datawind.
                                      I want my money back with returns, I want to sue Datawind for this negligences and for the wasting my precious time for the followup & writing emails randoming with no reply / response from Datawind and charge for disturbing me peace and health since I done the booking and payment.
