After 9 months of waiting for my device to arrive, Datawind sent me a faulty device. I emailed their techsupport team on Feb 21st, 2013 and I'm yet to receive a reply from them. After trying their support number around a 1000 times, I was asked to send the device to their service center in Hyderabad. I gave it there and after waiting for 25 days and calling them up instead of receiving a notification from them, my device came back unrepaired....

I ordered a Ubislate 7ci vide booking ID PM89ED583D5C on[protected] making full payment via Axis bank netbanking. As per the website, it was to be delivered within a week. However, it was delivered on[protected].
