I purchased UBISLATE 7C+ EDGE, on[protected], mode of payment : ONLINE Payment. Transaction payment ID : PM3E955, IMEI : [protected]
and i received my device sucessfully within 2 days of booking.
and today[protected], My ubislate device is not working properly, as TOUCH is not at all working in the device , and i did RESET 3 times ,but still i'm facing the same TOUCH problem, and the device is completly new without any physical damage or internal problem, but the TOUCH is not working properly, and to complain regarding this issue i tryied calling on customer care number many times ,but there is a no response , now i'm very much angry on the customer service of this company. If my problem did'nt get solve within this week i gonna complain this issue in CONSUMER FORUM , against this company, so please do the needfull as soon as possible , i dont have the address of your SERVICE CENTER in HYDERABAD.
