[Resolved]  Dish TV — Complaint against Dish TV Call Center: : Lethargic attitude and no ownership at call center at Dish TV, dish TV channel recharge

Subject: Lethargic attitude and no ownership at call center at Dish TV, dish TV channel recharge.

This complaint is on Dish TV customer care (call center). Dish TV call center is not competent enough to handle customer's sensitive issues. Their call centre boasts on minimum 2 hours TAT and maximum 24 hours TAT to address the issue and provide a resolution to the problem raised by customer. This case which I am referring to took more than 96 hours (4 days) with no resolution at all. Complaint is against VC no. [protected]
One instance happened with me. On 7th April '11 I recharged my Dish TV account via net banking (using debit card). Today is 11th '11 (10.30 pm), the amount has been deducted from my A/c however my account has not been recharged till date. Moreover, I am getting system generated calls that my connection will get deactivated on 11th Apr '11 as this being the last date. I am completely unhappy the way sensitive escalated issues are addressed at this call center. On top of this they have stopped taking payment from HDFC net banking but have not at all intimated to customers via their website (another flaw). Also their website does not provide we customers the escalation route which is a mandatory requirement for any corporate which is providing customer service. I request that this matter to be taken very seriously and company should be penalised for all the basic requirements they are not adhearing to. I also requested with supervisors and managers at call centre over call that I need to be connected to call centre head and the same was denied right away (this is not at all acceptable again). Also no staff at any level is authorised to take an exceptional call / stand in cases of high sensitive escalated cases.
I have written 9 emails to customer care, more than 11 phone calls to call center but all in vain and was totally helpless and frustrated.
Names of the Dish TV call centre (Noida) staff who have handled my this case inappropriately (via email and on call): Deepak Kumar, Mr. Sachdeva, Parul, Asif, Sumit Kumar, Shazia Khan, Adil Shafi, Manisha Gairola, etc.
In case this customer complaints website can assist routing such customer complaints to the concerned corporate, I would request you to pl. arrange a call with All India call center Head at Dish TV (if feasible). If not, pl. suggest an alternate route to get in tocuh with him / her as person at that level should be aware of the ground level inconveniences faced by the customer.

my vc nos is 0150153, 7110 I was contacting your customercare on[protected] ftom 12.370pmto 1254pm today(sunday 14june09) only music was being played and no body attended the call. my Email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in, adress Wing Commander SCSaxena 35 Gokulpuri(Khokabas) Jaipur 302011_1.It was quite irritating that service is promised and not given SCS

Bloody Customere Care not attending phone calls
no one will read those mails i[censored] send to [protected]@dishtv.in . They are all paralysed from their mind. A bunch of inept apes running those customer cares. Their higher authorities are sleeping like Kumbhakarna. There is no accounability and no escation process.
If you ask them about their higher authorities, they will always say they are very busy ... I don't understand what they do . All that group looks like a team of impotent, who promised not to deliver. Can anyone give email ID of their regional head ? They can not tell you what exactly the escalation procedure is . Such a horrible experience ... a nightmare that I invited in my life by taking Dish TV DTH. I am planning throw those STB and antenna into road in front of public and will go online to create awareness against Dish TV. Being a private player, such horrible experience they are giving ..just unimaginable.

No shame left on their face ... Shameless, deaf inept, inefficient running Dish TV DTH. Saharukh Khan lost my permanent respect by endrosing such horrible brand.

Dish TV — Shameless company!

I had given my Dish tv set up box for repair on 25th May 2011 to the only dealer in the city. Today after 6 days and more than 10 complaints to the company is unable to respond on the issue.

The above two shameless customer care executives have replied by mail saying :
"We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your request to our concerned department and assure you of a prompt response" (May 28, 2011)
-- Whereas I have not heard from them since that day.

We received the box from the dealer when we spoke to them and BEGGED him.

"THE BOX IS DEFECTIVE AND IS NOT WORKING!"

DTH services are a sham! Our local cable operators are far better than these foolish companies who are just misleading their customers.

i am the dish tv customer using this programs till 5 years we did not have any problem in these years but the dish tv service get dumped i like one channel Life Ok get disconnected from our TV we know that we have to give xtra charge or cutted our days from monthly pach we are agree and we again & again calling dish tv service but anybody is not attending any call all may cut or diffuse the number is [protected] and[protected] so from 1 week we are roaming from one place to another so we can not miss full version of mahadev program if we miss full version there is now no our limitation to manage such type of carelessness or we accept tata sky offers or many others and say all people to use other programs accept dish tv if you want to avoid this call[protected]
